This elements gives false information. Was told I could get gift cards with my membership at any location. That was a lie. Drove all the way down there to do it. Was also told I could cancel over the phone and was told it has to be in person when though I live an hour away. Elements massage is inconsistent as they are each individually owned and each one makes up new rules making it difficult if you move away from the original location. 0/10 wouldn't recommend this elements or any for that matter

I liked the professionalism of the staff. When I walked in the lovely lady at the front desk was nice when greeting me and helpful when filling out my paperwork. After my massage she gave me information about signing up for a membership and explained how everything works. She was not pushy about the membership which I appreciated. I did decide to get a membership because I really liked the service at this location. Darius the massage therapist was veryu nice and professional. He made sure to ask what areas to focus on and the pressure was on point. I loved the Halloween decorations! It added a great holiday touch.

I had a 60 minute massage with Darius. When I arrived my neck was so stiff I could barely turn it from side to side. I discussed what was going on with Darius and then he got to work. When the 60 minutes was up my neck felt much better and continues to improved throughout the day. I would 100% go back to Darius for another session and would absolutely recommend him to family and friends. 5 stars!!

Today was amazing with Evelyn she is so knowledgeable and is a perfectionist with what she does! I’ve never experienced this type of massage, hands down the best! I just wished I had more time with her, I’m definitely doing 90mins next time. I used to live around the area and moved 40 minutes away but doing the drive is SO worth it, not changing locations.

Of all the therapists, Michael stands out! He knows the body and how it works in more ways than I ever understood before. He shares his knowledge willingly (if you are interested). I always look forward to our next appointment!

If you are looking for a prenatal massage this is the place to go! The cut out table is such a great option and it gives you a relief and break from laying on your sides it’s completely safe and comfortable. Front desk always does an amazing job at attending to you and the store is always clean and welcoming
