Always blown away at how good the food is at The Marietta Local! First visit we had the fried chicken and french toast. It was delicious! Second visit had the Nashville Hot Chicken! Yum! The spice is not too much and the handcut fries are a delicious side. They do have outdoor seating and we were able to sit outside and enjoy a nice cool morning while festival set up was happening. Highly recommend! Two thumbs up! 👍👍

Very authentic feel Pretty much self seated. order the chicken fajita bowl Very flavorful And great portion size. Everything a bowl should have rice, beans, lettuce and grilled chicken with red bell pepper, corn and a side of dressing they give. (Youll have to Ask) 😅 great place for Breakfast and lunch.

We had breakfast here before the rush. The staff was amazing! Super nice and helpful. Really appreciated it! Ordered chicken & French toast and a skillet with chicken. After reading all the amazing reviews my expectations were quite high. Unfortunately, we weren’t really impressed with the food. Not that it was bad, just not very flavorful. Maybe it was an off day.

Great spot to grab lunch. I always go for the Nashville hot chicken wrap and their made from scratch chocolate chip cookies.

We were visiting from out of state and were recommended to go to Marietta Local for the “Best fried chicken in Georgia “. Truly, the best fried chicken I’ve ever experienced. The atmosphere is cute, service is great and food is exceptional! Don’t forget to order grits and collards as your sides, you won’t be disappointed. Loved it!

We stopped by Marietta over Labor Day weekend and enjoyed an art festival they had in the main square. We wanted some southern food and decided to come to The Marietta Local. We shared a spicy chicken on Texas toast and it was so good. Our only complaint was that we decided to share. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Definitely would recommend and will be back next time we are passing through!

Great food and service. The location was very busy because of Chalktoberfest. You order at the counter and the food is delivered to you at your table. We had the Chicken and French Toast. The chicken was moist and crispy and went well with the natural maple syrup and flavorful French toast. We also had the Hot Chicken Wrap. Again the chicken was moist and seasoned well. The sauce was spicy but not over-bearing. The herb buttermilk ranch was nice with it and the bacon in the wrap was nice and crispy. I give it a 4 star because my breakfast potatoes weren't cooked all the way. Probably because of how busy they were. They have Stubborn brand fountain sodas which are very tasty and different.

Today was my first time coming in person, ive had their food on many occasions because my husband would bring home some after work (1-2 hr commute) and i would ask him to bring it because its so good even if it was reheated. In person it is phenomenal nice and fresh 100% would recommend even if you live far like we do it’s DEFINITELY worth it! 💞

This was my second time visiting Marietta Local. The first time I got the Nashville Hot Chicken breakfast without gravy and it was so good. Their hashbrowns are delicious too. My BF got the eggs Benedict and I had never had it before but it was so so good. The sauce they put on that was amazing. This time I just got the chicken biscuit with cheese and the Nashville hot sauce on the chicken. It was served fresh and quick. I was able to sit outside on a beautiful fall morning and read while enjoying my delicious biscuit. This will be a place I must return to.

Best place for lunch in town! Food came out super fast and was delicious. Loved the chicken sandwich. Fruit side was good. They offer Stubborn Soda which is a huge win in my book. More natural soda option. There are some unique flavors, too. Service is friendly. Small town feel. Prices are fair. We loved it.

Very warm inviting and a chicken sandwich that is on point. It isn’t just smothered in sauce but instead just tastes good. Try and get in before the 12:15 crowd. There is lots of parking in the parking deck.

Best brunch we’ve had in years. Service was impeccable and genuinely friendly. Food very high quality with excellent variety for our party of 10. I had the fried chicken and French Toast - total explosion of flavor!!! My wife had the skillet and she commented to me how much she loved it. Excellent coffee. Venue itself was relaxed and comfortable - cozy like a New Orleans bistro brunch eatery. I wish we lived closer.

The Marietta Local is one the best restaurants ever! From being greeted right when you walk in the door, to the speedy and accurate service, and the adorable atmosphere inside, it was a pleasure to dine here. I had the Turkey Club and it was so delicious. The brioche bun topped it off. We also ordered the Fajita Bowl, absolutely amazing! And the North Georgia Apple Salad with fried chicken! The chicken was exceptional. If you are in the ATL/Marietta, GA area, this is a must eat!! Will be eating here again!!

Went back to the Local for the first time in a few months. It was pretty slow for a Friday morning which was nice. The fries were good and so was the older server that brought food and cleared the table but that's where the compliments end. I had a chicken sandwich where every component was dry even with me adding the Nashville sauce to it. I have never had coleslaw that was so dry with such little flavor. I just chalked it up to an off day and left. When I was clearing out my wallet I noticed I was overcharged for that sandwich. I was charged a credit card fee when I paid in cash. The receipt even says I paid in cash. So not sure how many customers this has happened to that have already trashed their receipts. Not sure how this happened when I was the only customer in line and the restaurant was dead. I submitted this feedback through the website for The Marietta Local two weeks ago and have heard nothing back. I would say if you are thinking of coming here stick to the breakfast items and make sure you double check your receipt. I didn't want to leave feedback here but what else can you do when you get no response through the website.

AMAZING! Marietta Local was our caterer for our daughters rehearsal dinner and did an outstanding job! Absolutely the best fried chicken and one of our guest said "these are the best mashed potatoes I had in my life!". The food was beautifully presented in my home by Rachel and Dalvin who were gracious to everyone. Highly recommend using them for any event. Our California guest were pleasantly surprised to have a little South in their mouth!

Our first time. Restaurant was busy, but staff was great. Our food came fast. The French toast is very good, but the fried chicken was the best I've ever had. Perfectly seasoned (not a salt bath like others I've had) and very juicy. We'll be back for sure. Even saw a waitress bringing out a water bowl for a customer's dog, a plus in my books. Bravo

Recommend to us by a family member who lives here. We could not have been more pleased! This place is fantastic. Our family member suggested the Eggs Benedict (only available on Saturdays), and while waiting in line the owner chatted us up and suggested the hot chicken and clued us in on the grits that are so good they "are like having ice cream for breakfast". Every bite was so so good. The chicken was so tasty. It is a cutlet about 1/2 inch thick and they must brine it because it was very tender and moist. Nothing to compare it to. And yes the grits are a must! My only regret is that after eating I asked if I could've had the Hot Chicken on the Eggs Benedict, yes, yes I could've. SMH. Next time, because there will for sure be a next time.

My husband and I came here this morning and loved the food. It is so delicious and would easily beat our many of the chain breakfast restaurants. I ordered the Marietta Skillet w/ bacon and my husband got the French toast w/chicken. We really enjoyed our entrees. The staff are very welcoming and the decor inside is cozy. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. They clearly know what they are doing.

Excellent service, the woman cleaning tables and running food did an amazing job keeping the dining room tidy and running smoothly. The food came quickly and the iced tea was pretty good. The only complaint we had was the food. It wasn’t bad at all but my husband and I both got their fried chicken sandwiches. The buns were barely warm and I think we personally just didn’t love the combo of a sweet slaw and sweet pickles on a chicken sandwich. It all just blended together and also didn’t taste very fresh. But otherwise it wasn’t a bad experience, and the service was good.

Great food! Had the breakfast skillet with Nashville Chicken. There is limited seating, so try to grab a table before ordering.

Recommended to me, I met friends here for breakfast and we had an amazing experience. The staff was wonderful and food delicious.

Cute little restaurant that sits on the corner In marietta Square! I went for the first time today - had the open faced Nashville hot biscuit with Stone Ground Grits. It didn't disappoint. The coffee was good and the staff was super friendly. I will be returning
