Omg I love this gym! First off the gym is very clean and tidy the management and staff are amazing with great vibes!

Bill ( manager) Danny ( employee front desk ) lyric (employee front desk ) Ed ( Trainer) Khyera ( employee front desk ) all provide amazing customer service. You can ask any of the above for assistance. Enjoyed going to this gym; very convenient due to working across the street in the same Plaza. I go to Youfit in the morning and on my lunch time just to have peace and sanity.

I came in yesterday to cancel my membership because I was told over the phone that they can’t do it over the phone. So I walk in and I ask if I can cancel my membership after charging me $83 when my member ship is $26 and the man working at the front says they don’t do cancellations in store and he gave me a card to call so I call the card the automated robot doesn’t help so I call The same YouFit in margate today and now they’re telling me I have to go in the gym to cancel my membership so can you guys make up your mind? Your wasting peoples time and your taking peoples money, your confusing a lot of people by doing this very sad very bad customer service for sure wouldn’t recommend this place.

I don’t think Steve is a good fit for the job he doesn’t know how to talk at all. I called today and I was trying to get my membership back he was like called when is manager around and I was like I had membership before I just want to know if I get it back He said oh I’m kind of busy right now hurry up , I told I-am a customer too whatever you busy with the others I’m the same as them after today I don’t think I need to go back there, that's very disrespectful.

This place is always nice and clean. The staff are super friendly. The equipment was recently updated too.

This is my second time at Youfit and the changes they have made and the new staff are very friendly, attentive and collaborative, it is always clean and with many activities or events to motivate their clients. Keep in that way

this Youfit location is awesome. everything is super clean and always stocked, the evening staff is super nice and friendly which is a major plus. Sebastian who works the front desk most evenings is the best! i could not recommend this location enough

I’ve been to this gym a few times in an effort to finally keep myself accountable with my New Years Resolutions. I was definitely nervous at first but the friendliness of staff like Shannon made me feel more comfortable. I no longer have to give myself the car pep talk before going in because I know the environment will be a clean and welcoming one.

Shady organization. Be very careful to sign up as there are numerous gotchas and protections in the contract to steal your money. I had to cancel in April 2020 due to the pandemic. I had agreement of cancellation, all the paperwork. They kept charging me monthly for 10 months after even though I met all contract requirements. I had to change credit cards and they are still attempting to charge me with a CLOSED account.

When I went to this gym, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the gym area was!! As someone who actively goes to the gym, I appreciate when the areas are clean and the staff, super friendly. Any questions I had, a staff member by the name of Shannon was super nice and answered my questions thoroughly. Definitely will recommend to my friends and highly suggest this gym for anyone: beginner or gym regular.

The staff is awesome, the gym is kept up very well, the price is extremely affordable, and I haven’t had any bad experiences with other patrons. The only thing that could make the gym better is if they had a few more pieces of specialized equipment, but they’re not missing anything necessary.

SCAM!!! So in May I was trying to cancel my membership but because of the unprofessional employees at the gym I went back and forth with them and emails about how to cancel, the emails told me to cancel at the gym and when I went to the gym they told me twice that I had to do it online then their system was down so next thing I know it’s June I go to a different health club to cancel and finally they let me cancel I was told I would pay for the month of July because of the 30 day notice but no one told me about a annual fee which I was charged for. Unfortunately I was not informed about the annual fee and if I was able to cancel in May like I attempted to I would not have to pay this in the first place. Poor customer service and lazy employees.

Staff is friendly and the gym has half of their equipment updated which is nice. But if there’s one thing I really value is the cleanliness of a place and the men bathroom stinks so bad, every time I go. So, if you are looking for a gym that you need to change before go to work I would check it out first before making a decision. Another down side of it is the music, once you start going for a week you will notice it and understand what I mean. But that’s the least of my concerns, you can always bring your own music and earplugs and enjoy your workout music.

I am disappointed with the Margate location. I signed up nearly 3 weeks ago and expressed my interest in the classes. I was shown the class schedules and was excited to get started. I showed up to class 3 times only to find out there was no class. Even though the classes day/time were listed on the app. I spoke with general manager who made promises that the class schedules would be updated and I would receive an email weekly with schedule. That did happen but it still was no class this week Tuesday at 6pm. I am discouraged and disappointed by youfit. They need to consider not everyone wants to use the equipment but we like a Zumba or cardio class!

YouFit Margate is the best gym in town! If you’re not always up for weightlifting or using machines (which there is a great variety of!), then check out the new HIIT+ class they host on the turf area. It’s the perfect combo of resistance training and cardio and the classes are never exactly the same! A great way to try something new and switch it up with an AMAZING coach!

Amazing clean place to work out. Ava is always there to help with any questions with a smile on her face. She showed me around the place to make sure I knew where everything was and felt comfortable. Margate is my favorite location to go!!

I love their new HIIT class!! Best one I’ve been to. Full body workout and the instructor and staff are amazing. They even got the General Manager who was so friendly join in with us! Great atmosphere, great people, and clean!

I love this gym, all the staff is super friendly, Lenny is amazing. He knows the names of all the members that makes me feel at home. The new equipment is AWSOME and the location is perfect for me.

This YouFit is amazing. All of the staff are friendly. One of the main reasons why I still go to this specific gym is because of the bond I share with the staff. Lenny especially is one of the coolest people I’ve met. Always positive. If you go to this YouFit. You will not regret it.

I'm newly moved to Margate area. Ufit gym is very clean and all the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The exercise class is very nice, instructor Veronica is so energetic, friendly and very experienced. Enjoyed her classes every time.

I enjoy my silvers sneaker class on Thursday and Friday morning with our fabulous instructor Veronica. Her energy and positivity is contagious. She makes working out fun . I look forward to her classes every week.

After not going in to the Gym for 11 months I tried cancelling my membership (no refund). Youfit is charging me $10 to cancel my membership...talking about taking advantage of a pandemic! Highly unethical!

I went to the YouFit Gym, Margate location to check on changing my gym. I was very impressed with how clean the gym was! Ava Ryan helped me and she was so sweet and knowledgeable about everything. She made me feel so comfortable. I think I will be making the change and will be telling my friends.

This gym is ok. You pull up and the sign outside is faded, then when you get in, it looks like they just gutted whatever building was there and put their equipment in. There aren't many machines, especially compared to other gyms, and very few classes. If you just want to go and get a workout in it's good but don't expect much. Def suggest hitting another location if you want anything beyond bare bones.

I am writing to commend your Silver Sneakers Instructor Veronica. Veronica conducts her class with a true understanding of the physical diversities of the Silver Sneakers participants and varies her program accordingly. She is an excellent instructor with enthusiastic and positive attitude. She is an asset to your organization and is someone I would want to represent my company!

This Youfit is such a vibe, the staff are very friendly with great customer service, it's definitely what makes this place feel welcoming. There's a variety of equipment, never over crowded especially for a person with social anxiety, its such a comfortable atmosphere being surrounded by so much positivity. Have to give a special shout out to Lenny for being so awesome, always motivating everyone, as he would say "here we're family".

Signed up easily and definitely had one of the best experiences there. Shannon one of the people who work the front desk is always helpful and very informative. The atmosphere is always warm and they are always greeting you as your coming in and leaving

This youfit location is very friendly and accommodating. The times I’ve been here, it hasn’t been too full and the staff has always been pleasant. I dealt with Ken most recently and he was personable and handled my request expediently and professionally. If you’re looking for a local gym, I recommend this one.

I’ve been at this youfit for more than 2 years and one of the best employees out there is Lenny! He is a great person who gives great customer service and he always loves to motivate everyone in the gym. I recommend everyone to sign up for this gym because of this man right here . He will welcome you to the gym like family.
