I purchased windows and sliding doors from Champion about 15 years ago. They have had to come out a couple of times to replace windows and slider doors. About 2 year ago I again needed to have sliders and windows replaced. It took over a year to get the windows wand I am still waiting for the sliders. I have called multiple times and have been told they will be delivered soon. They call back and ask me the same questions as to what I need. It's coming up on 2 years and still no doors. Do not order from Champion. The quality is not what it should be and now they are not honoring the life time warranty. Very disappointed!

Do not use this company. We had them come out a few years ago and it was a nightmare experience. It took 9 months to get our windows fixed. From lack of communication within there company. Windows measured and orders incorrectly. And now we’ve been trying for 3 weeks to get a hold of the company for service work. They do not answer the phone. Won’t return emails. We did have 1 Person contact us but they had the wrong order. He said a service guy would reach out to us but nothing. I actually wonder if they are still in business. I would strongly suggest taking your business to another company.

We had Champion replace all our home windows in July 2012. At the time, they had a satellite office in Baltimore and we had a good reference from a trusted family member. We were so sure of Champion that we didn't even get any quotes from competitors. The installation went fine and we have not had any problems with leaks, etc. But late in 2020, one of our windows was shattered by a rock or golf ball and we called Champion for replacement, which is included in their warranty. What an ordeal it has been! Champion closed their Balt office, so they had no one locally to handle the replacement. We had to wait a few months just to have someone come out to measure. Champion's excuse was "covid" but it was apparent that they were trying to save money by not servicing their Balt area customers. Finally once someone did come out, the replacement window was ordered and it was a few more months before it was ready, which is an inexcusable delay.. All the while, I have a shattered window with glass shards everywhere and a cold room b/c of the broken window. Once the replacement window finally came in, the Champion "tech" arrived, but he had no tools or truck or uniform and no way to clean up all the broken glass. Apparently, he must have thought that he would just come by and pop the window in, and no one told him about all the glass, etc. Plus, and this is even more troubling, it was the wrong window! Apparently they ordered a top sash, and we needed a bottom replaced. Unbelievable incompetence. So, we now have to wait another 2-4 more weeks for the correct window. And on top of this, Champion charges a "trip fee" of $ 175.00 to put in their "free" replacement windows, which is a joke and a rip off and makes their "free" replacement warranty nearly worthless. But, of course, no mention of this during the sale! What can I say? In my experience Champion's customer service has been awful, and I put this out as a warning to others of what they may be in for if they use Champion.

Wow , just an update, its now been 3 years of raining into my house through champions disastrous window install, and going on 10 months since I made this review. The company did set 6 or 7 appointment dates to install the correct size windows and seal them correctly so it would no longer rain inside my house through their windows, but just as always, they have been thru a few other managers, and failed to show up , each and every time they scheduled an install. No courtesy call, no calls to reschedule , they just don't show up. Its always me having to call every day, every week, for another lame excuse. What is it going to take to get the correct windows installed Champion? Your insurance wont fix my house until you replace the leaking windows. A company that has been around for this long, I would expect to see some form of leadership arise from this and reach out to me, and correct all of these problems without having to further escalate through other avenues. I said I would update with pictures and videos next time, so I will hold up to my word. Pictures and videos to follow : Worst 2 years of my life trying to get windows installed. Paid in full, here I am 2 years later, waiting for Champion to come install 2 windows they can't get installed correctly. Its been raining inside my house for almost 2 years now. They put windows in backwards, then the next time they cant get the windows sealed, and since then, when it rains, it comes through around the windows, and literally floods my foyer, like flowing water on my tile floor. Sheet rock is trashed and has black mold. Water flows out around my front door trim and the door inset itself, so now I have to have the entire door replaced, along with the storm door which is rusted. The front porch is now molding and collapsing from the water. And 2 out of the last 3 times they scheduled to replace the windows, it was a no call no show twice, and the last time they called and said the damage was so bad at this point they needed to file with their own insurance company. Pay attention to this people, its no joke, if you want to waste 10 grand and have your nice big house destroyed, ignore this and make the purchase. I almost forgot the small details here about how champion cant teach a person how to measure windows correctly, that happened twice in this period as well. An even better laugh was when they installed a couple of windows on the sides of my house that has siding, they actually installed a window on top of siding, without cutting the siding to the correct size, maybe that was another error of not being able to measure, but regardless, they managed to hang those windows on siding, and used 4 TUBES OF SEALANT( caulk ) on each window, to fill in the gaps, why as a paying customer did I have to inform a window company that was wrong I'll never know. I could go into the way they wrap the windows, or how they take up the gaps for windows that are too small for the openings, but I think I have gotten my point across, I hope I have. By the way people, I am still waiting for a call from Champion to schedule sheet rocks repairs , replacement of my entire front porch, doors, floors, and replacement of these 2 last windows. Today is 6/14/18. I will be sure to make another update the next time they don't show up. Next post will include pictures. That's a scary sight too, I promise. Thanks for ruining my house Champion, way to stand up and take responsibility for your company's lack of leadership in the Memphis area. Not to mention the length of time it has taken to get you guys to correct this.

The workers were prompt, quick, methodical, and professional. The work site was cleaned up very well, which was greatly appreciated. Their product is excellent and has made a difference in the temperature inside our home. They responded promptly to concerns that we have about on window and are scheduled to address the issue shortly. We are overall very pleased with the product, service, and the workmen themselves.

There is zero communication among champion workers, this is the worst company that I have ever worked with. I have been waiting for over 6 months to get windows installed because the champion representatives don't have two brain cells to put together. They are not upfront about any extra fees and my services have been delayed multiple times. One person will tell you they are coming to install the windows and then they show up and they haven't even ordered them yet. They are extremely difficult to get a hold of and when they finally answer the customer service people are rude and give you false information.

Do not use this company! They actually asked me what I wanted, "I want to be able to see out my doors and windows". Candice is very nasty. It has been over 18 months and they have refused to honor their warranty. I even called their corporate headquarters. They kept telling me Kelly Myers the district manager would call me, never happened. I have to now sue them in court.

I love my new doors and screen doors but it is a low down shame what I had to go though in order to get them. When I went through the initial process of picking out the doors and getting the price quote I was very satisfied with the sales rep. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. They then had another employee come out and do what I assume what was supposed to be a more accurate measurement for the doors. Finally a few month later they made an appointment to put the on doors. When they got there I was told that three out of the four doors that were ordered were not going to fit and they would have to order new doors with the correct measurements. I find this to be completely absurd since the company is named Champion Windows and Doors. Maybe 1 door could be mismeasured, but not three. Then the people who took off my kitchen doors weren’t going to put them back on until I called the company. So after I was told that the doors were not going to fit I didn’t even receive any contact from the company, I had to call them! After speaking with someone about how I had no screen door for the one they actually were able to put on I was told they could come out and put the screen door on since it had been received. So someone else comes out to put the screen door on so my expensive front door isn’t exposed to the elements. When the gentleman finally gets there I am told, yet again, that the door is not going to fit and they will need to order yet another door. This is now the second time that I have taken off work to meet someone who has been able to do nothing. Now fast forward to the third visit I had with them trying to put on my new doors. Everything went smoothly for the most part except, for my kitchen door they put on the old hardware for my new door when I had paid for new hardware. When I asked them about it the gentleman stated that he was told to put the old hardware on the new doors, which didn’t even make sense. I then had to call the company, again, because I knew I had requested brushed nickel hardware and it came with both doors. Come to find out they had lost the other door hardware and had to bring it back on a different date. On the final trip to my house, the gentleman came with the door hardware and it was…gold, not brushed nickel. It was supposed to match the front door and be keyed alike. After explaining that this was not what I had requested and that they were supposed to be keyed alike he went to a nearby hardware store and bought some new (much cheaper feeling) hardware to put on my door. I was not very happy about the process or how my situation was handled so I was instructed to contact Jackie (the regional manager) which I did twice, and never received a return phone call. Lastly after about 2 weeks I just so happen to be going through my emails and I find one about the payment for my doors. When the gentleman left after putting my hardware on he made me sign a document stating that the remaining balance was going to be applied to the card I used for the down payment. Which was why I assumed I was not contacted about payment. Come to find out the CVV code on the back of my card was being entered incorrectly and had been entered incorrectly so many times that the fraud department had blocked my card. You would think with spending almost $10k of my hard earned money I would’ve received better service, some kind of discount, or at the very least a call back from the regional manager for the MULTIPLE inconveniences, but alas, I have received nothing for my troubles. I still have 2 doors in my house I would like to replace and although I absolutely love the look and quality of my new doors, I will not be calling champion back due to the experience I had.
