    I went there to get my wisdom tooth removed and everything was fine. Then two days later I was in strong pain and was in contact with the dentist and they told me to go back and have a look at it. They did quickly look at it and said its fine and nothing needs to be done. When I go to checkout they tell me since they only had a quick look and didn’t do anything I don't need to pay anything. That was end of October - In February it starts. They send me a bill stating I need to pay since I didn’t come to my appoint - which obviously is NOT true. I have sent multiple emails only one of them was replied to, asking for more info. After i provided the info needed - nothing comes back. I have called, they said they will call back - nothing. Today I recieved another bill stating they will charge me even more due to non payment?! How come they can keep sending bills but don't reply to my emails? This is harassment!

    I came here first 9 Nov 22 a retainer was put on my teeth however it wasnt done properly so part of it fell off. I went back to have the retainer reattached i was told that the way it was dine first was inadequate to support my teeth, i had to pay full price to have something redone that wasn’t my fault. In March 2033 i did my first root canal treatment. I developed a real bad infection where i did the root canal i was in the uk on vacay around apr 2023 so i had to go 3 separate times to the dentist antibiotic alone would not work so my teeth was opened to release puss and mucus that accumulated in my gum (the smell was awful).in July i did what was supposed to be the final root canal treatment and now i am having the same feeling again that i have an infection. My mouth feels horrible. I would not recommend going here

    Very good doctor from Spain .Quick service and excellent treatment.In case if there is any emergency treatment, I will come back for sure . "5***** plus rating " from my side .

    On my last visit here I encountered a Spanish expat dentist with poor English language skills, poor social skills, make me sign a waiver so I can't sue them if they make a mistake (that can't be legal) and all this when you are suffering tremendous pain. She proceeded to do two root canals in 35 minutes (!) perforated my root, shrugged and said I should ask my regular dentist for help. Try to make use of their services as little as possible is my advice, I have been here on multiple occasions over the last years, sometimes you get lucky and get someone who actually cares about their patient. Sometimes you don't, and that can cause a lot of unnecessary pain and costs lot of money to fix.

    I appreciated the quick service, english speaking personnel, explanations and information given before starting the treatment about what she will do for a specific tooth problem. During the intervention the personnel was intensely verbal about internal/off topic happenings and exchanging lots of personal information. While having a headache at my appointment, I would appreciate if the doctors are more discrete, less loud with discussions related to proffessional topics and also to check in from time to time, to ask how is it going.

    My boyfriend had an emergency, and even though they might be short on dentists, they took him in and did the extraction in a fast, professional way and without any pain. They even gave us a paper with how to take care of the wound. And they gave us clear explanation as to what the next steps are for his conditions. Thank you for the good experience.

    They prioritise documents over human. Make sure you take your ‘original’ documents, because copies does not work.

    They were very efficient and helpful with my circumstance. The dentist was very clear on what she was going to do to help me and also on her recommendation for me after my emergency visit.

    I received an amazing treatment from the team and the warm reception from Claudia was awesome. I was however not happy about my referral outside the facility and even the city for my dental surgery. I expected the process to start and end with them but I was told they were fully booked. I suggest you get more surgeons so clients can enjoy the complete sweetness of your care.
