This company is at best incompetent or at worst dishonest. I used the Charlestown car park on 3rd May 2022 with a valid ticket displayed on the dash board. A couple of weeks later I received a Parking Charge Notice. This is what I wrote on the "appeal" site. "The charge on your invoice is incorrect and I have no intention of paying you any more than I have already to use your car park. Your correspondence says I can “APPEAL” this charge. This infers that you are a statutory body. You are in fact a commercial company. You have no statutory power, so this is at best misleading. I enclose a copy of your “Notice” together with a copy of my parking ticket, which clearly shows I was within the time paid for. The photographs of my car also clearly show the ticket being displayed on my dash board above my steering wheel. I know that it was facing the correct way because I returned to my car to check the departure time though my windscreen about an hour before we left. The photographs on your appeal web page also clearly show the ticket displayed. I left the car park before the ticket expired. Clearly you do not vet your correspondence adequately before sending. Checking your reviews on google, I see I am not alone in getting spurious charges from you. This sort of harassment is stressful and completely unacceptable. " I eventually received a curt reply stating that "on this occasion your appeal has been upheld". Arrogant incompetent fools!

Now I've calmed down. Charged £100 to use a pub car park. I should have paid and got a refund from the landlord. Honest mistake. Only an online appeal process no phone line available. They are giving landowners a viable service. In this case at the expense of the customer; time, money, administrative duties etc. I tracked down the CEO Andy Dawson. Who did return my call. He was reasonable, among other things he mentioned what the service is used for, blue badge owners, ambulance parking etc. But he couldn't justify charging such large amounts, except that recourse is available via appeal. He wasn't happy to talk about the dividends they pay to the majority shareholder; Sovereign Capital which is a private equity firm. One of the founders of which, has left to pursue a political career with the Conservative Party. No doubt these large charges are passed on to the people financing Sovereign Capital.... juicy amounts of interest paid in a low interest rate world. Waiting to find out about my appeal... I don't think they will knock anything off for my time... I'll think thrice about going back to that pub..... providing an essential service to the private landowner but at what cost to his customers....

Simply don't pay, they go away. They are not a legally enforcing body. I could put a notice in my car window stating that any sticker on my car or correspondence and they agree to my terms of a 100 pounds charge. No difference just ignore, never respond to them. They never get me , just threats. And PLEASE people stop calling it a FINE. They are not fines. Just bunch thickos Charging you. Next time put the notice in your car window. Any notice stuck to your windscreen will result in a 100 pounds charge. But never respond or call them. IGNORE

Beware users of Underfleet Car Park, Seaton, Devon. Appalling company with wholly unreasonable fines and quick to increase the fine if you dare to question it's validity. I had paid for 4 hours parking but returned late to my car with my elderly mother we couldn't hurry and we misread the sinage apparently. An expensive mistake which increased to £100 even though I was originally told if an appeal is made the original charge still stands until after the results of the appeal. However this is not so as the fee went up. An wholly immoral exhorbitant fee for an honest oversight. Will aim to avoid said carpark in the future. Additionally I have just been back to the area and not a single car was parked there. I walked to check the terms as I didnt have the information to hand upon appealing. A car came into the car park and the driver questioned if there was a problem to park there. I hope visitors will continue to avoid said car park. But i suspect Premier park won't really care as their hefty unjust fines more than make up for it.

I've only give this company 1 star because it won't let me write a review without giving them one. Visited Gillingham ice rink on 23rd May paid the £3 parking charge in cash then entered the ice rink for my child's hockey game. Today I received a letter telling me we never paid! I've been visiting this rink for years, at least 4 times a year. Fully knowing that we have to pay but all of a sudden this company are making out I've decided to not pay this day!! Absolutely disgusting that you can't have a phone call conversation with anyone over the issue. Appeals email address doesn't work, one phone number says the reference number is invalid, where another phone number says the charge is cheaper then the letter says. Gillingham ice rink aren't interested even though they also had problems with the plant that day making both hockey games run over, so God knows how many more people will get hit with fines from this cowboy company. The only option left for the individual receiving the changes is to pay as this company puts every obstacle in you way.

I have never left a 1* review for anything, though from my recent experience I can only describe this company as dishonest, and not even deserving of that 1*. I used the car park in Braunton, paid £1 in the normal way, using a £1 coin and entering the car registration, for an hour, collected my purchase from the local shop and left. Received a ticket a few days later, which said I was there for 64 (it was quite a substantial purchase…for me anyway!) minutes and had ‘overstayed the period of parking.’ Fair enough, though a little harsh charging £100 for 4 minutes. Read online about the 10 minute grace period, and appealed. Premier park declined the appeal on the basis that I hadn’t paid for parking at all, despite issuing a ticket for overstaying the amount I had paid for. Appealed to the ombudsman, and Premier park supplied a heavily redacted list of vehicle registrations that had been entered in the machine, which resulted in the appeal not being upheld. This has taken a couple of months, and I simply cannot be bothered with the hassle of it any more, which I can only assume is the aim of this company. Additionally the signage was not great-I was well aware that I had to pay-hence paying-but from where I parked to the machine, nothing was visible saying I could pay any way other than using cash. I would have preferred to have used a parking app, as there is an audit trail that would have been useful when dealing with a dishonest company like this one. The only signage making mention of the app option was on the side of the machine facing the outside of the car park, and was not visible from where I had parked, the walk to the machine from my car, or when using the machine. Absolutely terrible and dishonest.

14 days to pay the lower amount ??? the fine was issued on the 29/07/22 but landed through my postbox on the 13/08/22. Unable to pay as it's over the 14 day period so smacked with a £100 fine even though I'd paid £4 for the parking on the day, apparently not enough. The appeals process just fills you with dread. Yet another jumped up bandit company with no moral standards.

I parked in their longstay car park in Exmouth. Paid, didn't exceed the time limit and got a charge! I did appeal and thankfully it was successful. I used a photo of my bank statement with their name on it, I also pointed out the photo of my car they provided from cctv was also showing the bloomin ticket I had purchased on my dashboard. I am pleased i was successful of course, but I still don't know why I was charged. The initial letter cited 'driver parked in a manner that made the driver liable. Nobody has contacted to explain the charge or even apologise I can't seem to get hold of anyone to talk to about it! Dreadful company.

Totally agree with every other review on here, money grubbing and loathsome company preying on the unsuspecting. Had a fine for parking in a car park with the most confusing and randomly updated signage... appealed and was told i wasn't allowed to request half the things id queried as it wasn't covered by GDPR, ended up paying the file as i truly couldn't be bothered to waste any more time trying to communicate with a company which clearly doesn't have a clue what their doing or what their enforcing. Might as well have sent my email to the junk folder of an Indiana scam call center for all it was worth. Never expect to ever deal with this company again, but if i have misfortune to ever see their letterhead again, it'll be more likely lining the bottom of my cats litter tray than being read !

Hefty £170 fine for a genuine typing error made entering the car registration number at the ticket machine in the Underfleet car park / Seaton, and we still have the ticket stating it is a "Receipt" as our proof of payment. It is impossible to resolve issues with Premier Park. After settling at a ridiculous cost of £170, my complaint letter was further retuned advising me the enforcement payment remains outstanding, I have been trying to resolve this issue for five months where I really wish our car was never parked at this dam car park. We wont park in the Underfleet / Seaton car park again, but I do hope the landlord reads these reviews to understand what type of company they have partnered up, and how unfair enforcement affects local residents of the town.

Avoid these car parks. The bellends have a car park which we used and their mobile paying service didn't work. So we had to borrow cash from strangers and this time put us over the limit (not even parked yet) and we get a fine. Then they won't pick up the phones and listen to our complaint.

Absolutely all about gaining money out of people they are not about managing parking. Anyone who gets an invoice from these cowboys should contact the landowner first. 100 pound invoice or fine when I spent close to 1k at a carpark run by them. I am returning back to the store tomorrow to return all items purchased.

Be careful when you park your vehicles at the parking area managed by this company. First you will find No sufficient information display on the parking. Secondly, even if you pay for the parking you will get a penalty tickets. You will not be helped to prove you had paid for it. This company only wants to make money.

Used machine at Sandy Park. It doesn't issue tickets which is stupid to start with. Ran through payment process and presented my card - machine seemed to take and age to process and then reverted back to starting screen. Wasn't sure if I'd paid or not and machine didn't indicate otherwise. Tried calling them to explain - no chance. No one to speak to. Fine paperwork doesn't tell you if time spent contesting the fine takes you beyond the 50% 14 day period, or not. This lot are NOT incompetent. They are GREEDY and RUTHLESS. They got my money but they need reporting - awful company!

Only gave one star as unable to give zero! Entered my registration and paid £2.00 cash at Branscombe Beach, didn't receive a ticket from the machine but didn't worry at the time as assumed it was digital. These cowboys sent a parking notice with a fine and said I hadn't paid, they should be prosecuted as there are hundreds of tales like this about them, bully boys just hope people will pay up and be scared by the threats of prosecution. Well not me!

Nasty company! Back in 2021, I have received a penalty letter for parking 4 minutes more than I should off! I was on holiday in Portugal spending Xmas with my family so was not aware of the ticket! Anyway when I come back I had 1 day left to pay and I went straight online and tried to pay but it says " reference error" So the reference number they gave it to me doesn't work so I tried to call them several times too and no one answered!!! Then I moved house and didn't received any Letters... I am now receiving solicitors letters to pay £170. I will pay £60 ticket fine but I won't pay any more than that. They can take me to court. Please be aware of this company and make notes of phone calls that you tried to call them , notes of everything as you might need later on to prove it.

This company is absolutely disgusting and shambolic. I parked on the Blackburn Car Park outside Vue Cinema which has a time limit of 5 hours. Whilst there we had food at the Ten Pin Bowling place watched a film at Vue Cinema played 2 Games of Bowling and then had Nandos. Due to Nandos having delays/ waiting times this put me over my 5 hours by 32 minutes and I have proof we was in the complex for the full time we was parked. But wont allow the appeal to go through. Disgusted with the process If this company continues to do this to people the businesses within the complex will loose out on more money the more they do this to people. - Do not use this companies Car Parks Avoid at all Cost. Absolute Money Grabbers

I didn't expect to win my appeal but I did expect a little compassion instead of the obviously scripted rejection. I explained that the reason for my inadvertant overstay was that I was arranging a wake with the venue for my late wife of 57 years and the last thing on my mind were the t&c. It pleases me greatly however that Premier Park Ltd are the real losers financially as part of my contract with the venue was that the cameras would be turned off for 8 hours so that the 20+ vehicles at the wake could park for free + there was an unscheduled after wedding party turn up so they parked for free as well. In conclusion I therefore have no compassion whatsoever Premier Park Ltd for your loss either.

I paid by Ringo at Priory car park Dartford, I have a receipt for 4 hours although i only stayed 2 hours. £100.00 fine i appealed and they reduced it to £20.00 what a SCAM what cant speak cant lie! This is how a corrupt company makes money even with proof my appeal refused, next is the newspapers or best i think small claims court so they are forced into admitting they are scammers!!!

Received a penalty charge notice for not displaying a Pay and Display ticket when I had paid correctly through the Ringgo app on my phone. I appealed and sent PDF copies of the Ringgo receipt for the parking. Appeal took nearly a month to process. Apparently my appeal was successful. "Please be advised that on this occasion your appeal has been upheld and the above PCN has now been cancelled. We have now removed your details from this PCN." No apology or anything for a month of worry.

When parking at Blackburn, Lancashire Train Station you need to drive through this company’s car park for Vue Cinema. I paid for and parked in the train station car park belonging to another company. Weeks later I received a parking fine from premier park, even though I didn’t park here! I appealed and showed them proof that I’d paid and parked on the train station, to which I was told my appeal has been denied. I am currently seeking CCTV from the train station and I will pay a solicitor thousands before I will pay this disgusting company a single penny!!

reported the company to gosport marina due to their procedures and lack of customer service. decided to take legal action against them for failure to issue receipts for parking charges. its a legal right to get a receipt if you pay for something. these people are not above the law. i only drove into a car park and into a private gated boat yard at the other side, didnt even park, but got a fine. so second time when they failed to issue a receipt ill take action

Really sad pillaging of a beauty spot. Pinged for staying 1h22 minutes in a car park, which we had purchased a ticket for. Didn't immediately purchase a ticket, due to there being an injured baby seal on the beach, and calling Gweek Seal Sanctuary to let them know. Unbeknown to me, we had our picture taken on the way in, at which time I qssume the clocks starts ticking. Paid for an hour. My daughter paddled in the sea. It took a while to get her in the car minus wet clothes. We were clicked as we left. An arbitrary way of enforcing parking at a deserted car park, in a beautiful part of the world. I'm sure there should be some leeway time regarding parking up, getting small people out of cars, sorting out change, reading signs, and then doing the reverse. I'm assuming that the hour is taken from when you enter the car park, and not when you purchase the ticket, and then no leeway is given for leaving the car park, and all the rigmarole that comes with having a small person. God forbid you have a disability. So yes, absolutely greedy pillaging of a beauty spot. Thank god the National Trust own the rest of the coast. Absolutely avoid any car park worked by this company.
