A
very
popular
place
to
eat
in
Axel,
with
a
helpful
and
friendly
staff.
When
we
arrived
for
lunch
at
one
thirty
in
the
afternoon
on
a
weekday,
the
place
was
packed.
We
were
given
seats
in
a
waiting
area
where
we
ordered
something
to
drink
until
a
table
became
available.
The
building
is
an
old
church
and
the
restaurant
is
cleverly
designed
in
it.
The
food
choices
are
quite
varied,
but
don't
expect
'regular'
bread
(except
for
the
burgers).
Everything
comes
in
flatbread
or
'oerbrood.'
You
can
customize
your
order.
A
kids
menu
with
regular
snacks
is
available.
Also
for
kids,
there
is
a
play
area
and
they
can
get
crayons
and
a
coloring
page
at
the
table
to
keep
themselves
busy.
There
is
a
large
outdoor
dining
area,
but
the
weather
wasn't
very
nice,
so
it
was
empty
when
we
were
there.
The
place
also
has
a
snackbar
area,
if
you
just
want
take-out.
