This is the place to go if you're in the market for an authentic cuckoo clock in the black forest. The building itself is quirky and fun, and the place is stuffed wall to wall with traditional and more kitsch masterpieces. The owners are friendly and attentive and can answer any questions. Touristic, but definitely worth the stop.

This is one of the biggest clock shops I have been to. It’s just off the main road and is a great spot to stop and check out some of the local clocks. It’s got everything you could ever think you would need. Battery operated clocks to ones that need to be adjusted weekly or monthly. The staff are really friendly and even explained shipping and tax return processes.

Awesome experience to watch different models and types of cockoo clocks which are handmade in the nearby places in and around triberg. Very polite service by explaining each and every doubts, demonstration of selected items.. Worth visit

If you can stop here, by all means, do. However, i wouldn't reroute. Really nice shop, amazing clocks and very sweet staff!

Mom wanted a cuckoo clock from the black forest. The one she picked. Old and new clocks. Modern and vintage clocks. You can add your own little custom decorations to your clocks. Friendly, informative staff. Protection on shipping and good service/warranty protocols. Looks like they host workshops there, too.

So weird, yet so fun. They have so much stuff but it’s all just so typical. Definitely a tourist attraction, but so unique in it’s own way. Definitely worth a visit!

Plenty of options for clocks that run the whole spectrum of styles, qualities, and prices. Yes, the place is a tourist trap, but if you are in the market for a Black Forest clock, you've already fallen for doing the touristy thing anyway. The location is beautiful and the building is decorated in a really fun manner. The staff were very pleasant and this was one of the few places in Germany that we weren't kicked out a few minutes prior to the advertised closing time. *Note for VAT* The staff at this store are familiar with the VAT forms issues to US citizens, but more importantly when we realized that we did not have any unused forms on us, they gave us the mailing address and a receipt to include with the form in the mail. It took a while to get the form back but it ended up working out for us. For that we are grateful.

While their shop in Triberg is beautiful, and the people friendly.... In the end the clock I bought, was not the clock I received. The outer box was correct, but not what was inside the box. I admit I didn't verify that the box contained the correct clock....I assumed that it did. When I told them what clock I wanted, they went and got for me an already packaged clock.... It's not like I picked up the wrong one! Worse yet, I emailed them to let them know and ask them to be sure to be careful going forward.... No refund or replacements requested , and... I've heard nothing. That's the worst part.

Large shop with tons of items to pick from. The owners were amazing and let us ship items we purchased at the store home. We also shipped items previously purchased and this really helped at the airport. Great store with super nice people.

My sweet son was on vacation in Germany and bought me an absolutely beautiful cuckoo clock from this store and had it shipped to my home in Texas. When it arrived, the weights were missing. He sent them an email requesting the weights, along with his order number on his receipt; that's it. They responded that his email wasn't very friendly, but they would send them soon. The package was delivered today. I was so excited until I opened the box. They only sent 2 weights. This clock has 3. He paid a fortune for this clock to not receive everything it should have come with, twice now. I am very disappointed with this service.
