Disappointed that rates were not listed online. Arrived with a small trailer of construction debris and was charged $140 for 900 pounds. Have more debris but was keeping it lower than the trailer sides. Had I known I would be charged for a minimum one ton, I would have waited to make the 40 minute trip and the payment.

Had to dump off some home supplies after our basement flooded and took it to this landfill. The lady at the window was very helpful and kind. She made it easy for me to drop off everything needed. Just make sure to be aware that there can be extra charges for certain items and they are not open on the weekends.

Drove there with a small trailer of leftover stuff from our move. Was told there is a $150 minimum. Would be nice if that was posted on the website.

Extremely dissatisfied with their services. I ordered a 20 yard dumpster for our home demolition projects. The delivery was great. Pick up.. still pending. It’s been well over 1 week now. I called and spoke to someone 4 times and each representative said the same thing, “We’re sorry about this delay. We will investigate and get back to you.” I have not received a call back from the office after talking to 4 different employees. My contractor is now saying that he might not be able to complete the job due to this delay. I would not recommend WM and their services if you need them to abide by their schedule after they take your money.

WM is a very reliable and professional garbage service. The site is always left clean and they drive at a reasonable speed for the area. They are very good to work with.

Moved our trash day without notice, said they sent a "postcard" really! Text me, send me an email, I actually look at those. Several neighbors missed that too. Then went from a 2:00 pick up to 10:00 AM to 8:30 AM with out any notice. Poor communication from WM except when they want you to rate them.

They are charging for lawn services no others. Cities get free curb side pickup or yard services but not Cambridge???

They won't let you cancel with less than 90 days notice even if they have nothing in writing that requires it. If you move or go out of business, tough luck, pay up long after you no longer own the place.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. I called this morning and was told the landfill was open until 3 pm. When I arrived at 1:30 pm, I was told they had closed to the public at 1pm. The lady in the booth was very rude, as if I should have known their hours even though they aren't posted on site AND I CALLED AHEAD!! Just because you work at a dump doesn't mean you need to have a garbage attitude.

Curbside rates in my area are lower than any other. I checked and my previous provider would not match. I needed a repair and they came to my doorstep and replaced my container, not out on the street.

So I have a question.. I'm moving nd have a much of trash such as old clothes, toys, cardboard boxes, a dresser nd just plastics etc I want to toss, can I come dump there nd if so is it cost per LB or ?

After pick up the bins have been blocking our drive way and ended up in the street. Almost every time.

If you are not concerned with reliable service then WM is for you. Not to mention shady business practices when you want to cancel because of their failure to provide reliable service. I'll drop off the can for free...

WM provides very consistent and competitively priced waste pick up service. They are a company that is very easy to work with and communicates very well with their customers. WM provides 5 star customer service.

I ordered and paid for a 40yrd roll-off dumpster. When it wasn't available I agreed to a 20yrd . I have not received a refund after a week and a half .

Roll off experience - was told there was no way we would go over weight and be charged extra. In the end was told we went approximately DOUBLE the weight and was charged way more than expected

Poor customer service. Willnot get container back where it was on arrival. Highway robbery rates and play many many games to auto renew you - TRY to cancel, reps lead you on until you are past their cancellation window.

$30 to get rid of an old twin mattress seems excessive but it's inline with the other places I checked. The signage is lacking to say the least, the WM signs at the entrance are obscured by trees. Having never been there before I had no idea where to go and there is no clear direction to stop and speak with the attendant at the scale which is what you have to do. I didn't see any signs and couldn't see in the windows at the scale booth because they are designed for much higher vehicles such as garbage trucks or semis. So I continued on looking for an office and was directed back to the scale. The lady there was very friendly and helpful, she alone earned atleast 3 of the five stars given.

Just went there with a trailer full of construction debris to clean out so we could use the trailer this weekend. The website said open until 4:30 we got there at 4:03 and the lady said they close for residential drops at 4:00 and only commercial accounts can dump until 4:30 and that we could come back on Monday at 7am...time for plan B! Thanks for losing our business!

0 stars….. They took over 2 weeks to deliver the cans and I just refuse to continue service with them. Very disappointed….
