My first time at the mcallen location and it will be my last. I was seen by William Valdez. First of all I want to reiterate that I work a physically demanding job. I’m very familiar with types of caring and ethical bedside manners. Valdez struck me as an arrogant egotistical chiropractor who was more concerned about getting me out of there than evaluating me. He was Telling me my issues were on the opposing side of my claims. He made me feel like I was incompetent and my pain wasn’t real when I clearly stated I knew I had a radiculopathy source pain in my neck radiating to my left shoulder. I’m very familiar with descriptors and how they correlate with types of pain whether it be neurological, musculoskeletal etc. I hadn’t been able to move for a few days and even have issues breathing and he kept telling me it was a muscle issue. That I just needed to rip that bandaid off and that it was due to having knots in my back. Not only did Valdez show arrogance and poor and lack of sympathy for the patient, this man failed to do a simple x ray before going in there popping my joints. I’ve been in severe pain and requested an MRI and he was able to get me an appointment for an outpatient MRI center 7 days from the date I went to go see him. He said that was the soonest anyone could see me I took matters into my own hands and made 1 phone call to local MRI center and was able to get one the following day. This just goes to show how they don’t even try to get you the soonest appointments like they claim. Additionally I requested an excuse for work and they gave me a hard time doing that. Even the people in the front desk were more concerned with Halloween pictures and decorations than they were about their patients. I just wanna clarify, I don’t just sit around I work in the ER and these people clearly don’t care to say the least to give me ample time to recover. With my issue I require rest and I am still in a lot of pain and just received my MRI results and have yet to get a call from this man but luckily I don’t need any contact or want any for that matter with this office. Turns out my suspicions were right after reading my own MRI report it turned out to be worse than suggested. While I will never be returning to this office ever again, If you’re looking for a good chiro I highly recommend going to Jheri Villarreal at the Edinburg office, who has excellent bedside manner and makes you feel heard. He will honestly take very good care of you.

They are awesome. Daughter doing shock therapy for her TMJ and she is doing so amazing! Before coming she couldn’t even open her mouth but 1/2 an inch. Thank God we found this Doc. We have spent thousands of dollars on her for TMJ and nothing has worked! But this shock therapy is just unbelievable and with the assistance of manual therapy that is being done as well, it has made a complete difference. Dr is very knowledgeable in TMJ. Thanks a million ❤️

It had been a year since getting crunched and Dr Tagles' office was the first place I called, and I couldn't be more pleased. The staff is great and very knowledgeable. The environment is soothing g and very positive. You get crunched, time on a tens unit, and you session is finished off with a nice massage. Who could ask for more? This should be the chiropractic standard, period. Give them a try, you won't regret it. 🤜🤛

Starting with the front staff they are awesome, I am a new patient to this clinic and I was seen right away. I was amaze how the staff was so attentive and helpful to everyone. Dr. Pablo Tangle lll, explained to me the treatment plan. Very smart and kind Doctor, I would highly recommend to everyone.

Great customer service, very knowledgeable Chiropractors that take great measures towards their patients. I feel great with my first visit and will continue to get chiropractic service here!

I love this clinic!! I've been going here for over 10 years. I love how I can get adjusted and have a massage and other therapies in the same appointment! The providers are great!!

Dr Moreno did a great job. Very knowledgeable, he was able to give me an adjustment even though I'm a big boy. Its not easy to do. Thank you sir!
