Amazing infra but pathetic service!!! Been there for a business meet and the way the security person talks to you is rude & unprofessional and most importantly disrespectful. Didn't expect this from Biocon and highly disappointed that they cannot train their staff even to speak, especially to a woman.

Worst place to visit where people are busy with their own work and doesn't value vendor's time. Too much of security procedures makes it difficult for vendors to work.

I recently witnessed some concerning work ethics within the Biocon team, particularly regarding my friend's experience. Despite being a Kannadiga, she was unjustly pressured to communicate in Hindi instead of English. In her attempt to address the mistreatment by reaching out to higher authorities, unfortunately, none of them supported her. Ultimately, my friend felt compelled to resign from her position due to the unbearable circumstances. This incident raises concerns about the company's commitment to fostering a fair and inclusive work environment.
