We came here for drinks, appetizers, & desserts and it was perfect! Amuse Wine bar is connected to Stage restaurant. Amuse is their sister store that is great for a more chill, fun ambiance. Stage restaurant is more fancy with a full dinner menu. 1. The ambiance, decor, and service was just amazing. All of the decor and installation art is so exotic and interesting. We had so much fun just sitting and looking around. 2. The drinks. They have an expansive wine list with many options to order by the glass for a tasting or by the bottle if you know what you're looking for. I did a wine tasting which was great! My friends ordered the Home Sweet Home with Lilikoi rim. This drink was DELICIOUS. The lilikoi rim was *chefs kiss* 3. The food. We ordered one appetizer: the Patatas Bravas. I had high hopes for this dish. I order this at any restaurant that has it available. This was by far the most interesting twist I have see on patatas bravas. The katsuobushi is so cool because when it's hot it moves a lot so the dish was moving as we were eating it. None of us really liked this dish that much, but it wasn't too disappointing either. We definitely still ate most of it because we were hungry. 4. The dessert. We ordered one dessert: the Warm Dutch Apple Banana Crumble. This was absolutely incredible. The combination of the horchata ice cream and warm applewood smoked carmel sauce over the cinnamon oatmeal crumble was perfection. I wanted to lick the plate! 4. The location is a bit difficult to find. We walked around the entire building struggling to find the entrance. We ended up having to walk through a large garage parking lot in order to find the entrance. I cannot wait to be back, but next time I hope to try out the Stage side :)

Good selection of wine that you can sample on machine taps, Good appetizers but a bit pricey. Good service and normally got ample parking. The Happy hour is awesome, u can get $50.00 put on your wine card to drink for $28.00. they also have happy hour food specials to choose from. They have beers, and different types of liquor. Live entertainment in certain evenings around 7.

Perfect for date night, a night out with friends, or just sitting at the bar solo! The art work throughout the restaurant sets a sexy vibe. The wine dispensers are still under maintenance due to not being functional during Covid restrictions, but they've mitigated with several types of wine flights and the service is impeccable! The food was delicious. Brussel sprouts are a must, and if you like escargot, you have to try their version! Repeat guests...and we will be back!

I love coming here! I love the food and drinks! Wait staff are friendly and cool! Chef Cainan is the best dessert chef! Loved his Deconstructed Smores with handmade marshmallows! The apps I ordered tonight were flavorful and tasty!

Absolutely wonderful! The decor is beautiful and unique. I especially like the large pictures on the wall. My friend and I ordered the charcuterie platter, and sashimi salmon special. To drink I ordered the Hugo cocktail, which was delicious and refreshing. Then, I followed it up with the Island Hopping wine flight, which included 3 wines from Italy. I topped the dinner off with the decaf french press coffee, which was delicious with some raw cane sugar, and passionfruit sorbet, which was divine! It was sweet but not overly so, which made it perfect! Our server was so knowledgeable about the the drinks, including the regions from which the wines are from. Service is attentive and professional. The dinner was a farewell dinner for my friend who is moving off island to the mainland. I cannot think of a better place to have had dinner for this special occasion.

I was here only for a presentation and a networking mixer. The parking was very easy, lots of space and no charge. Up to Amuse Bar and Cupola theater, excellent facilities and food. I will definitely be back again.

Salad was meh, the Brussels sprouts were way too oily and salty, but this dessert right here... I’ll go back just for this ...

This place is a really neat experience! The happy hour is a good deal, you get a $50 wine card for $30. You can dispense samples or full glasses at some of the kiosks. The food is just small appetizers, but it was good. Some of the wine bottles are hard to read though, so I was just guessing at what I was getting. I'd go back, it was a fun time!

An interesting place, they give you a card in which there is a limit of $ 32 and you can taste different wines, the cost of a glass is indicated on a small screen. Don't expect to pour a whole glass, it's just a tasting, in tasting you always try a little bit to feel the whole taste of the wine, an interesting experience. Unfortunately, the choice of food is not great and the portions are like in French restaurants, so go there full. The place is hidden on the second floor along with a furniture store, we went from the parking lot and found it quickly, it would not be clear from the street. The waiters are very nice.

We were introduced by our friend who lives in the neighborhood, the wines are good and the drink menu is actually pretty extensive, they not only have wines, but beers, cocktails and stronger stuff. Food menu is quite nice and happy hour has some pretty good deals. I enjoyed playing with the self serve wine machines, and tried a couple of interesting whites and reds.

I just want to comment on how impressed I am every time I try the desserts here. This is hands down my favorite place on the island to recommend to friends who are looking for a lively spot to enjoy light dinner and drinks all night long while they are here for a visit.

Love Amuse wine bar!!! The best wine bar in town. Just wish they would open on Sundays or Mondays since these are my days off now 😭

Drinks were good! Ambiance was cool. The wait staff was super nice. They let us order off of the Stage menu and the pork chop was phenomenal, so was the New York strip .. but Gordon Ramsay would be so disappointed in their rendition of the beef Wellington. And for that to be the most expensive thing on the menu, I just expected more. It was mediocre at best. Otherwise, everything was good! Their cheesecake was good! And I’m not a cheesecake person, but they made a believer out of me!

One of the best 10 meals I've ever had! Eclectic atmosphere, knowledgeable server, amazing food! Ask for the Cherry-vinegar mock-tail. I had two!!

We had an AMAZING server that made our girls night out the phenomenal! The entire staff was "all hands on deck" which was great to see and we were never lacking anything. We got drinks, appetizers, meals AND dessert.... everything was delicious. Smaller portions, so don't go there starving, but it was a great change from greasy foods you normally get at restaurants. Quiet atmosphere and such fun decor.

😐 We checked in here for a late lunch and it was a bit of a disappointment. The food was better than it looked like and the beer was alright as well. The place was almost empty and there were a lot of pigeons. I gave only 3 stars for the service because you order online and there's little interaction...
