Had a bad experience here last night. Food was exceptional but service lacking. Waitress wasn't good. I had to ask for a refill and she never showed up with it. Disappeared for 15 minutes. Showed up out of nowhere and I had to repeat what I wanted. Lol. If I was a waiter i would make sure im gettin 20 plus percent of my tip. Being busy and being there for the customers need. Had a bad waiter experience also before the pandemic and now again. Seems like the best service is if you sit outside

The food was pretty good. It took over 45 mins to get seated for dinner. We kept waiting on our server to come back by the table. My guests food was delivered and he ate almost the entire meal before I received my food.

Had a great server and she ever took time to take a few photos for us. She did a great job. Our food was also very good. Overall we enjoyed our time together and we would come back for more.

Came here for Father's day just after they opened and they had quite a few tables already and only one server working but the hostess came over and helped take our drink order which was nice. Once we were able to place our order they quickly brought out food for our toddlers so that they wouldn't have to wait long. Overall, most experiences I've had here were acceptable so I keep returning. Any friendly service is always barely satisfactory starting from our arrival so if there was one area I wish they could improve on it would be just that.

Karen and the Manager Kate made sure that our dining experience was terrific. When they found that the kitchen was sending food out slow the expedited our order and made sure that we were happy with the service. We will be back for dinner again! We visited again in February since we received an e-mail offer for BOGO for an entree. I had my eye on the Ribs and planned my visit to get the BBQ Ribs, my surprise when I got there to be able to choose 2 different types of rib so I got the one with rub and sauce on the side. I loved the dish. Oh we also ordered the Fajita Combo, Shirmp, Chicken, and Steak, The chicken was dry but all the rest was great! so much food for two that we even took a doggie bag (for me) home.

It's been a while since we've visited Chili's. Our first time at this location, they did not disappoint. Our server Summer was Great! Very attentive, polite and very personable. She definitely made our visit memorable. Thanks Summer! 😊

I had dinner here for the first time, the Cajun chicken pasta dish. It came to my table after a somewhat lengthy delay, but they were very busy at the time. Unfortunately, the food was lukewarm at best, fast approaching coldness. I notified the server and they immediately sent it back. To my surprise, it came back to me within a few minutes. It soon became apparent to me that they just put the plate in the oven and didn’t re-plate the meal…the accompanying garlic bread came back stone cold. The pasta was very tasty and enjoyed it, but I think I would have been more appreciative if they would have given me a new plate…some may consider this petty I’m sure. At the end, I asked to speak to the manager, her name is Lielani. She was very apologetic. She did say their policy is to re-plate and would investigate why a shortcut was made. She was most kind and offered me a generous compensation. I like proactive managers like her and was impressed. I’ll revisit the place because of her. If there were 1/2 stars, I’d give it 3-1/2, but don’t think a 4 is warranted. Maybe on the next visit I’ll be more satisfied.

Five stars for service, we walked in wanted to sit at the bar but no room at bar top. But the hostess let us know that we could sit at high table. The hostess let us know that Molly was serving bartender and was also covering the bar flood, so please be patient. This is outstanding service, to give a heads up. Molly was indeed busy, but she quickly gave eye contact and outstanding service. Also team work from the hostess she helped clear and clean tables, while keeping track of the front! We appreciate your team work and would love to see it in all places we stop at!!!

Chilis always delivers great food and great service ..The Tortilla Soup is the best..always get the bowl ..good to the last drop!!! Make sure you have the chilis app ... for specials and rewards Especially the Birthday dessert reward that I redeemed ...the Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie with Vanilla ice cream perfect for 2!!!

Chilis has always been one of those places where you find yourself coming back to every once in a while. Good food selection, bar & drinks, and especially the lava flow. What can I say? It's a really good restaurant 😋

This club is has enough pizazz to host the top tier financial elite while also providing the same level of ambiance and comfort of your grandma’s house. 10/10 would eat here again. Chili’s, it’s where business happens.

Couldn't ask for a better way to end my long truck of a day...finally soup! At the bar. Company provided courtesy of Chili's and the bartenders sparkling ponytail just added flair to her great service😉 she had a 9 top but took plenty good care of me...and as usual I wound up next to one local and one East Coast plant ..we are everywhere...😂

An excellent choice with great food in a variety of selections of soups, salads, country style BBQ ribs and crispy chicken fillets, to burgers and steaks, and southwestern Mexican style infused items. Variety for anyone to enjoy. It was great to see their now fully reopened bar full of laughter and a huge crowd!

Awe! Although there were few servers the service was still excellent-- food came hot. The shrimp fajitas were great -- just order less or no onions -- gave it a strong taste.

The service is always good here but the 5 stars is for the only item order here: dry rub ribs. They are awesome. I can't find this type of ribs here anywhere else on the island. They are "fall off the bone" tender with a bit of smokiness.

We visited a couple of days ago for a friend's Bday. The food was great but the service substandard. Our main waitress was ok but she was very busy training a new gal who didn't follow instructions. We felt like we were being ignored. We had to get up for our own napkins. The wait staff need to train and pay more attention to their customers.

Used to love Chili's in the 90s. Grew up near the original in Dallas going after every HS Football game. No longer has any of the old items and does not even do chips and salsa free now. No awesome blossom even! Didnt have a greeter/host at the door. The menus are paper, the floor and tables looked dirty, the food portion was small and mediocre, and I waited and looked for an employee to seat me and finally found someone after I walked through. Too bad. I won't return.

Food was excellent as was the service .but the washrooms were discusting filthy, urine on the floor by the urinal .the sink had mold on the silicone .the taps were rusted .and the washroom smell you could smell them down the hall .the ladies was just as bad. I was amazed Chilis is a huge chain with high standards .someone dropped the ball here.

My wife and I ordered loaded baked potato soup and it was delicious. They don't always have that soup but when they do it is good. We ordered delivery to a hotel so I bet it even taste better in person. Chili's is always a nice comfort food.

Told em when we sat down we had to be somewheres in a hour n a half, but its 20 minutes way , so we got a hour n ten before we gotta go. Girl says no problem, I gotchya, we arent too busy. Ok cool. Then after 50 minutes the appetizers come out, she didnt even come by once between us ordering (which we did right when we sat down, cuz we knew what we wanted n were tryna give em plenty of time) and when the apps come out...so when she brings the apps i say " hey not to hassle u but can we get them main courses to go actually please cuz we gotta bail in like 15 minutes", she says yeah, But then brings em on regular dine in stuff after 30 more minutes, so i say oh yeah hey remembr we need those to go, can u box em up please, n she says " u wanna do it yourself?, im really busy" (theres like 10 servers n 6 customers in the place) , I said nah, I dont actually, so she stomps off n has the kitchen staff do it, comes back twice as rude. Then when im tryna drive crosstown thru rush hour traffic n eat the grub, i find out its barely even cooked. Bruh. Lame

Chili’s grill and bar is a solid restaurant that pretty much Delivers what you expect. A hardy menu of ribs, burgers, fajitas, and wings… With a little bit of appetizer choices and pasta. I think I saw a vegetable… But obviously not much of that beer and a wide variety of margaritas (I don’t understand flavored margaritas, really)… But it was made fairly well, and satisfied my appetite to my expectation. It isn’t fancy… But it’s solid. The inside of the restaurant is fun and energetic. With a nice dining area and a bar area that has a few TVs in it showing the games. Service staff seems very much underpowered for the number of customers present… It took a very long time to get our check and then to pay for our meal As a sidenote, the menu seems to have some confusing pricing moments built into it. There’s a couple of get two or get three mixed plate, offerings the Seem well priced… until you realize that one of the offering is actually not included in the deal (baby back ribs)… And if you want the baby back ribs as one of your two or three, there is a added charge of $9.99. I can imagine that some clients get upset because they don’t understand that when they order a two for with ribs. The ribs were good, the basic hamburger was very good. The wings were large and meaty. A good place to go.

Take out review: Shrimp in Cajun pasta was raw. Had to cook it at home to consume. Garlic toast was not toasted... soggy... had to heat it up myself at home.

The food was delicious. The service was outstanding!!! Novie is a great server. She is a very assiduous server. She was very busy, but she still made us feel welcomed and important. We enjoyed everything. The food , the atmosphere, and the service, that's why we keep going back. We had the ribeye, the explosion salad, and of course the chocolate molten cake. I can't go there and not have the molten lava cake.

Sat at the bar and had a beer and a piping hot bowl of delicious chicken enchilada soup! Hit the spot! The bar tender was very attentive and friendly!! Great place to go after shopping at the Kahala Mall!!

When I come to Chili's, it's because its a safe option for my friends. It has a good variety of Tex-Mex type of food that everyone would enjoy. The country fried steak is something that I get whenever I come. It's a nice and filling dish for an alright price. It usually comes with corn with I like to opt it out for broccoli instead.

It was a beautiful night to eat outdoors and service was great.

I love Chili's and tonight I came to the Kahala mall location. I was craving ribs for a week and then one night my long time love Chili's pops in my food deprived mind. It was pretty late. We were the last in the joint but the server was really cool about it. The food still tasted delicious as always. I had the full rack ribs split into House sauce and the Original. They don't have the Memphis Dry Rub anymore. Changed it to Texas dry rub for some idiotic and insane reason but that's a different rant. The food and service 💯 in my book even without the alcohol. Definitely recommend and will return again whenever I get that hankering for saucy ribs and hopefully beer next time.

I recently ordered takeout from this place for another friend and I (2 nights ago) - we got two of the lunch specials in a burger and then another bowl. the fries were missing from the order and the toppings are missing from the other dish. The salad that we got was stale with wilted lettuce. all in all, it was packaged rather badly and was not inspiring to the appetite ....having actually eaten here in person in the past it was really disappointed with presentation and the result of the food that was delivered to us.

So afraid of this pandemic that my girlfriend and I haven't sat down to eat at a restaurant in almost a year. It felt so nice to have a birthday lunch with my son. I love Chili's. I had the Boss burger and it was so delicious. Chili's is one of my favorite restaurants.
