I showed up and hadn't eaten all day and was hungry and wanted a beer. Derek took 15 mins to get me a single beer and the bar only had five people sitting there. When my beer finally showed up the top 1/3 of the glass was all head. I couldn't even drink it yet. Then my salad shows up at about 30 mins and I have no silverware so as I still sit there hungry and thirsty unable to eat my salad and drink my beer. I noticed a piece of super moldy cheese sitting right on top of my salad. So I speak with a manager about my horrible experience and the most that happens to "fix" the situation is they remade my salad and finally after close to an hour of being there I was able to get a beer with less head, a good salad and silverware. Only thing that was done for me was a SINGLE free beer...... One free beer for this nightmare of an experience.

If I could give this a 0 star I would. Our waiter was disrespectful to us the second we sat down because he was upset our large group asked for split checks. When we tried to order, he couldn’t hear us over the music and told us that we didn’t know english and left the table. He then proceeded to take videos and photos of us-As shown below. Manager was helpful, but we still didn’t get our food for literally 2 hours. We will never be returning & I will not recommend to anybody.

Very bad, just terrible. If it were possible to put -1 star, then this place would award -100 stars. It all started at the entrance: there were many free tables in the place, but for some reason the hostess escorted each of the free tables only after 10-15 minutes of waiting!!! There were many places with wet and slippery floors and without signs: I tore my slippers!!! Drinks were brought quickly, and that was it. My friend's order was ready in 30 minutes. My order was ready in an hour. what a fool you have to be to bring two orders to two people at the same table at different times, with a difference, attention: 30 minutes!!!! French fries are cold after 5 minutes. It is almost impossible to call the waiter, they do not see and ignore everyone on purpose.

This Buffalo Wild Wings in the world famous Ala Moana Center Shopping Mall is a great place to watch a sporting event and grab some delicious food. I went to watch a Mixed Martial Arts event and a real fight broke out right next to me with people getting slammed to the ground, but security was there in a heartbeat and calm was returned to the area in seconds. Visit this restaurant and enjoy the award winning Buffalo, New York-style wings in your choice of 26 sauces and seasonings.

i got nothing against national chains, infact i luv me sum Denny’s grand-slam breakfast. As for this sports bar-wingdome-hooters frankenstein, the food is ok to fine, they have bunch of screens and cold beers on tap. My question to you is WHY travel all the way to hawaii to eat or drink here???? why???? i’m sure you have one back home. so i urge you to explore. use the tech in your hands to try a local find. be a better traveler, don’t be that unremarkable person. life is too short bothas and sistas. amen.

Waited about 5 minutes to get acknowledged and seated. Three tables around us were sat not bussed with rubbish. Our server took our order and came back later after two of us finished our meals. My daughter sat almost in tears because she did not have a fork to eat. I ate almost all of my cauliflower wings before my husband asked our server for silverware. Service was terrible. What a shame considering this is the nicest location We’ve ever visited.

My wife and I have been to BWWs all over the USA and it is one of our favourite restaurant chains. This time we were travelling with another couple and had really talked up how good BWW is. Unfortunately, this experience was terrible. So there were 4 people in our group. Got seated reasonably quickly. Music in the restaurant was uncomfortably loud which made it impossible to have conversation at the table. Ordered 2 beers, 2 cocktails, plate of wings each and some sides. 20 minutes later 2 plates of wings came out. They were cold. Sent them back to the kitchen. Still no drinks on the table. Then the sides came out. One was a salad, no cutlery. 2 more plates of wings came out. They were also cold and one had only 6 pieces instead of 10 as was ordered. Sent them back to the kitchen. Beers finally came out, and shortly after all the wings gradually came back to the table. Most of them were hot but the original order of 10 pieces had 6 cold and 4 hot (even though the server told us that they were a fresh serve). 5 minutes later, the cocktails arrived. Our server was very apologetic.

If you're in need of a late night snack in Honolulu, then this is a good place to grab a quick bite. Decent customer service and in close proximity to tons of hotels as well as shops.

It's really messed up. I ordered 2 drinks, buffalo wings, and french fries, but it took more than 10 minutes for the drink to come out, and I was embarrassed because the drink came out wrong, but the menu came out wrong. It took almost 30 minutes to come out again, and the french fries didn't come out, so I just canceled it and asked for a receipt. I don't want to go again.

I’m not sure I’ve ever been to B Dubs, but I’ve heard it discussed and was curious. It’s standard fries chicken chunks, the sauces were tasty and well proportioned, a bough to coat the chicken but not dripping. The 10 pieces was more than enough food. They have about 20 beers on tap if not more, they also do some nice mixed non-alcoholic drinks. They show sporting events on tons of TVs, including fights, so it’s a cheap way to access entertainment if that’s your scene. Parking is free and can take a bit to find in the huge parking structure, but there will always be some somewhere. This is in the third floors in the foot court area, by Target.

I would say a high atmosphere but I am sticking at this level. When we first sat at our table the lighting was really good and then for no reason the lowered the light level. This mad it really difficult to read the menu for anything. The food was really good.

Buffalo Wild Wings is one of my favorite food chains from the U.S. I love this place, but the branch in Ala Moana Center has slow service. The wings were great though, definitely got the best wings in all of the U.S.

Let me start out this review with the positives so that it doesn't ruin your day... The atmosphere is awesome. We went during Monday Night Football, and the place has TVs to the gills - I think 15 or more, with at least 3 that seemed like 80" or more. There were a bunch of various sports being shown, but when it came time, the main audio that fills the restaurant went to football - you know who's king in USA. That being said, everything went downhill from there... First, we ordered drinks. Our server is a nice girl, and I'll just stop at that. We waited like 10 minutes... No drinks. Keep in mind this is Monday early afternoon for MNF time in Hawaii, and the restaurant was about 20% capacity. I've been a server before, so that's why we even waited that long. She totally forgot our drinks, which is the very first and perhaps easiest thing to not screw up. And then when we reminded her, she came back with the wrong drinks. I had ordered sweetened iced tea, and she brought me unsweetened. Next, and the biggest reason why I gave this place two stars - the food was salty as hell. It was like the cook watched too many Salt Bae videos, but it was the GIF version that was stuck on a perpetual loop. I know some restaurants do this trick to get people to order more drinks and alcohol, but the nachos that we got was literally filled with salt. It was so bad it overpowered any semblance of nachos. The only good appetizers we got was the onion rings. Even the chicken wings was just okay. The boneless ones were dry and inferior to the regular boned ones, but that's not saying much. The sauces were pretty good, though. Overall, the chicken was dry. In a nutshell, come here for the atmosphere and maybe the experience, especially if you are an overseas tourist, but definitely not for the food.

Food order was charged correct but received wings with no sauce. the fries seasoned with what we had ordered instead… we also ordered a burger that came with no toppings, nor did it look like anything in the picture. We were asked if we needed untencils as we ordered to go, never got them not even a napkin

In terms of BWW's this one wasn't great. We went to watch the game while we were on vacation and I understand being busy but our server checked on us a total of twice in 2 hours. The wings were good but I didn't want to wait 45 minutes just to order and then spend the next hour trying to get the attention of anybody that works there.

Came in for lunch at 12 am. and got seated immediately because they were slow. Atmosphere here is really nice, seats are very comfortable, you get lots of lighting but not too much where it's overwhelming. They also have lots of television, so you can come in and catch the games, whether it's NFL, basketball, or fight night. Our server came over to us in no time of eating. We ordered a house-made avocado with chips for appetizers. I ordered a taco that comes with a side of fries, and my wife got honey BBQ bird dog. We got the food and moped it. Everything was done to perfection with different combinations of flavors hitting you all at the same time. Would definitely be coming back.

Excellent service and Henny Hustle was too delicious I had to order extra Hennessy because it was fabulous. Thank You for helping us enjoy our anniversary

Every time you come to pick up the takeout, you will see many waiters wandering around, but no one pays attention to you. Then you are waiting for your takeout endlessly. No matter whether you come to pick up your meal on time or not, your takeout will not come out on time. It is not just not on time. It is a long wait. I don't understand how the kitchen is allocated or how the store is managed. In short, I don't see any traces of management system. In fact, it should be equally important for the guests who eat in the restaurant and the guests who order takeout. Whoever wants to eat has to wait for nearly an hour

Went here with low expectations because I haven't been impressed with the food in the past. After my experience I will never be back to this location due to the awful service. It took over 45 minutes for the server to take our order. Over an hour for the food to come. And when it did come 2 dishes came out and we were waiting for 1 more. We tried to get the waitress's attention but no luck. When she finally came over I had already finished my food. She said to us "oh! I was wondering why you guys kept looking at me!". Unacceptable service, however, I do not blame the server entirely. She was alone in the restaurant with about 10 tables. At one point I saw 2 other employees, I can only guess one was the manager. She could have done better but the majority of the poor service can be blamed on poor management.

Supply chain issues is something they can't help, so make sure you ask ahead if your favorite go-to dishes/drinks are available before you put your name in. BUY one get one traditional wings on Tuesdays was definitely a nice promo. This particular visit took about one hour from ordering to get a basket of cheese curds, and 12 extra crispy wings. The location was maybe a third full so not quite sure why it took that long. Not the first or second time either. We did get a chicken quesadilla within five minutes though. Haha. Mightve been an off night but it did look like majority of the tables were all waiting on their food. Some didn't even bother to finish it.

This place was hard to find. It is located on 3rd level of shopping complex. No signs posted on lower first level. Food and staff was good (as usual). The music was WAY too loud. Server couldn’t hear my order without yelling. Children were uncomfortable with the loudness of it as well. I’ve never been in a restaurant with it that loud. Only Bdubs I’ve been to with a real Buffalo head above the door. This menu had few extra items offered.

I went just to do a to go order. The customer service was very excellent.

Off the chain good wings. Our wings were prepared exactly the way we asked for. We didn't dine, but at pickup we notice the environment was comfortable. Im sure many people hit the mall after eating there. Good place to fill your belly befor your wife draggs you thru the mall.

Beers were large and cold, service was excellent and the wings were the typical from BWW. X2 wings on Tuesday was an added bonus.

I came in today with my sister because I just love it here. Our server was the bartender, Eli. He did an amazing job. He made sure we were okay. When something was taking a while he made sure to let us know. The wings were saucy and delicious. I will be sure to keep coming back here.

Never disappoints! The largest variety of sauces with every heat level. Service was on point!

In the Ala Moana Center, 3d level next to Target: Dined here on 6/29 and 7/06. Tue special was 1+1 wings ($18.79), local beer (3), fries, chix tacos (6.79) and mac+cheese (5), all very good. Sports bar and grill ambiance, wide-scrn tv's, diner seats spaced apart. Nice bartenders and servers (Kaylee, Nicholaus). Excellent post-shopping stopover.

They dont take reservations so expect a wait time if its busy or if an event is going on. Note that food takes a while to be received, so anticipate another wait time. Overall food is good, atmosphere is nice.
