This is probably the best place to watch the sunset in Waikiki Honolulu. It’s breathtakingly beautiful. There’s many places to watch it nearby for free too so you don’t have to spend money, but if you want a creative cocktail and delicious fries and fish tacos and live music every night between 6-9 pm, this is the place to be. And there’s a fantastic view of Diamond Head!

There were NO vegetarian or vegan option for the kids menu - they only offered fish or chicken tenders or I had to pay full price for the grilled cheese that has four different kinds of cheese, along with tomato soup, to be made just with one kind of cheese and on white bread with no tomato soup. Manager talked with me and refused to make ANY compromises so here’s my one star. My daughter didn’t get to enjoy so therefore this place doesn’t deserve 5 stars. Period. Edit: we got our food and it was subpar. Not impressive, just subpar. Definitely NOT worth the price. The view is definitely worth it, beautiful, but the food is NOT worth it. Be prepared to spend on overpriced food and drinks that are NOT as amazing as the view. Definitely OVERPRICED. Not on my list of places I would recommend to others.

Romantic spot for appetizers and drinks! Highly recommend you show up near sunset so you can soak up the view! We ordered the shrimp sandwich and marlin fish dip along with drinks. The appetizers were excellent. We ate outside and there was a beautiful blue light at our table. This place also has live music. It was worth every penny.

Very over priced for food quality. You are paying for the views and comfort of not leaving your hotel if you are staying at Sheraton Waikiki. No wait during the day. We entered at 12:30 am. Staff are friendly. We had room credit so decided to give this restaurant a try.

Tried twice at RumFire. Both dinner time. Fist time sitting inside have the ocean view. 2nd time sitting outside nearby the pool. I would recommend outside at early dinner time and inside after 8pm, otherwise a little bit cool when wind blows lol. Seared Ahi Tataki is the only dish we recommend. Seafood pasta supposed to be good, shrimp pans clams not bad, but the pasta need 2 more minutes cooking. Sea and sand cocktails and Mai Tai cocktails must try :)

We decided to eat here on a whim as wee were walking through the Sheraton looking at the scenery. Great staff, food was delicious, price was reasonable. We would definitely return for another meal.

A gorgeous view with live music and a glass of wine is just perfect. We ordered an appetizer called chicken karaaje and OMG we really liked it, it looks like a simple appetizer, but so delicious 🤤 The service was excellent!

Beautiful view for dinner. The burger and fries were delicious. Friend had the grilled cheese, it was good but not the best. The french fries are a must.

RumFire at the Sheraton Waikiki was not a spark more like a slow sizzle. If the food is going to be overpriced at least be tasty. I had the Japanese fried chicken and seasoned fries. My mom had the fish tacos. Neither meals were tasty. The fish tacos were very fishy and the Japanese fried chicken had no taste, didn't taste like chicken, and the outer crust was soggy. Even the seasoned fries were not seasoned. However, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, great social gathering place. Food 👎 - Atmosphere 👍.

Ambiance is INCREDIBLE! Menu and food are TRASH! Go here for a hi-end feeling spot sitting right on the water but do not go for the food! Service was great! Drinks were ok. The view is unbelievable!

Great views and delicious food. Price included several drinks and 25% típ on the total check. Recommend the speak and the seared amberjack. The rum reserve huí huí is super good. The staff above and beyond.

Came in for drinks and some snacks. Got there right as they opened, sat outside with an ocean view, which was awesome. Drinks were great

A True Gem with the Essence of Aloha - RumFire Shines Brightly From the moment I stepped into RumFire, I knew I was in for an unforgettable experience. The service here is the epitome of the Aloha spirit - warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, making me feel valued and well cared for throughout my visit. The culinary offerings were nothing short of outstanding. The smoked ahi dip, with its rich, smoky flavor perfectly balanced with a creamy texture, was a delightful start. But the star of the show was the lemon herb mahi mahi. This dish, featuring perfectly cooked fish accompanied by a harmonious blend of lemon and herbs, was a testament to the chef's mastery in blending flavors. What elevated the meal further were the top-notch drinks – each one crafted to complement the food and enhance the overall dining experience. In summary, RumFire isn't just a restaurant; it's a celebration of flavors, hospitality, and the very essence of Hawaii. Whether you're a local or a visitor, missing out on this gem would be a regrettable oversight. Five stars aren't just deserved; they're earned here with every delightful bite and sip.

The view makes this restaurant 5 stars! The drinks are resort priced, the food is good also, but it really is about the ambiance! Being able to watch the sunset and enjoy this atmosphere!

This place is hostile to vegetarians. One grilled cheese sandwich, with grocery store sandwich bread, sans pork, a small cup of tomato soup, and a glass of wine = 40$. They could not have been less interested in accommodating. I never write reviews but I never walked away from a restaurant feeling straight up scammed/cheated.

View fabulous. Food had to be sent back and comped. Cheap IKEA decor. Waitress was kind. As Kama aina, we won't come back.

Wonderful area to watch the sunset. We just went here for a couple of cocktails and they were quite good, a little bit on the sweeter side I'd say. Service was quite good. The big reason to come here is just the location and the view.

I finally made it to Rum Fire after all my visits to Waikiki. First of all Ben makes you feel right at home with is welcoming smile 😊 His many years of experience direct you to a dining experience you deserve. Tonight I ordered New York steak which was AMAZING! The view of Waikiki Bay and sunsets are the best! Mahalo Ben🤙

I had a good time here. We ordered a cheese board and a few drinks. Everything was good. The wait staff was very under staffed the day we came and still the waiter we had was keeping up with everyone which was very impressive. The view is beautiful which is also great!

Food is Amazing! Prices however..... pricey! But worth the taste! Steaks are purchased separately from sides. Everything is purchased as separate trays. But to our surprise it was worth and sufficient!

We had dinner one night while we were staying at the Sheraton Waikiki. Food and drinks were great. Ocean view amazing.

Loved this beachside restaurant in Hawaii. They had live music and you could hear the waves crashing on the shore. Tiki torches everywhere. The food was really great. The drinks were strong. The while ambiance was perfect.

Great covid protocols - they collected information for contact tracing, spread out guests and, like all of O’ahu at this time, required proof of vaccination or covid tests. We went an hour before sunset and it wasn’t too busy. We sat outside and had a great view of the beach and pool. The mai tais were strong, my husband couldn’t finish him. Probably the most unexpected and delightful thing was that the fries were AMAZING. Definitely get them! We also had such great and friendly service. Only thing I wish is that they had someone playing music inside and it seemed like it would have made more sense if he was outside playing for people, but I’m sure there was a reason why.
