Our first visit here was for breakfast, amazing iced margaritas, perfect for the heat. The food during breakfast was amazing and the prices overall compared to most in the area are good. Definitely worth coming here for breakfast because the prices in this area can be a bit ridiculous. We had a less enjoyable experience when we came at another time for lunch, staff was unfriendly and impatient...My wife ordered the chicken, she's not a picky eater, but found it almost inedible and did not finish... I ordered the fish tacos and they were a bit bland. Given how night and day the experience was I would recommend only coming here for breakfast, seems like a more friendly and quiet environment in the morning, in the afternoon it is a bit crowded and the change in pace/staff was a bit unwelcoming.

Read about them online - ended up going back several times 😎 - had the tacos a few times (carnitas are very tasty - a friend had the fish and she was happy). It is great to sit close to the windows, see the ocean and the beach, enjoy freshly made food and a beverage - Highly recommended for a casual lovely meal in an extraordinary location. Can also take the food to the beach....

OMG is situated in a premier location with unbeatable views. Pretty much everyone in Waikiki must've stared up into the restaurant. The entrance was also funky and enthralling and we got really excited about the hope of tasting great Mexican food in Hawaii. There's a few "issues". First of the all, the staff isn't really friendly. Not sure if they were having a bad mood day but somehow we felt like we were being shuttled rather than served. Next, you have to order and pay, rather than sit-down and take orders. This is fine but they leave out every single condiment you may need to enjoy your food when they deliver, which means you are getting up constantly to ask for things. Oh, and of course we tipped up front. Food was okay. Decently flavorful is the best I can describe. The gaucamole wasn't too fresh. The eggs were great. The Frenchtoast felt artificial. The burrito was the best of the bunch ... but you really shouldn't go too wrong with a burrito. I'm giving it 3-stars only because of the atmosphere and the great views. We loved the canteen feel and the lively music. Other than that, no need to go back to OMG.

Delicious food and yummy frozen margaritas! Pork Quesadillas and Steak Tacos were our favorite! We ate here almost every other day and it was a nice affordable option in Waikiki.

A very pleasant spot, and tasty tacos. We were in around 1:30, so there were very few people in there. Getting a window seat is the answer - good people watching while dining. Tacos were very good, we had a chicken and a braised beef, as a set, which came with rice and beans. It was plenty of food for 2 people. Place was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly. Cheeky name for the place, given is proximity to the Churches both beside it and behind it... ;)

I had the vegan burrito with black beans, rice, veggies, and salsa. I also had the chips and salsa. Everything was delicious and it was exactly what I was craving. I really like that their vegan options were clearly labeled so there was no guessing/having to ask what was what, which makes a huge difference when eating out as a vegan. Friendly staff, fast service, nice decoration, and 1000 points for the awesome music -they were playing Olga Tañón and Chichi Peralta hits from the 90s, it felt like a party. Also, the view! Get a table facing the street for gorgeous views of Waikiki beach and the trees that line Kalakaua Ave.

The food was good with large portion sizes for a decent amount ($15). However, limited to certain amounts of toppings (without an extra charge). 16 oz. and 32 oz. margarita options (different flavors) and to go available too! Chipotle-style serving line. Seating on site. No parking on site.

The location is Great! but service and food is not, its a restraunt that serves you like Cafe Rio but not as good! Ordered two tacos, and Chicken Nachos, and they barely put anything on them unless you payed more money. Got two Margaritas (13 each) but they come in a plastic cup and are just flavored out of machine. Spent 66 dollars with tip… go to a different restraunt and have a nice dinner for the price. Asked employees when was Happy Hour and employee stated he did not know, employee came back later and stated they did not have a Happy Hour, not sure if employee’s are new or just disorganized. Gave 2 stars just for the location and view!

I did not eat here, I just dropped in for frozen margaritas. I got the pineapple since I’m a tourist. My wife got the lime. I drank mine fairly quick, so ya, I liked it. I helped my wife with hers, only because she is not a frozen margarita person. To be honest the drinks weren’t any special, but they were good. If I get a chance to return I’d like to get a nacho also. Service was good

I’m a Waikiki Beach Boy found out about this place from some of the other guys. It’s a great deal for Waikiki the food tastes awesome and authentic. The prices and great and affordable. The service was excellent, I couldn’t decide between all the different choices, but they were patient and explained things to me. I had a braised beef burrito with cilantro rice and pinto beans, it was huge and delicious!!! Definitely gonna go back, it’s on the second floor above Burger King they have a nice view of the beach and ocean.

I ordered the burrito with steak and was not happy with the quality of my food. The steak was very chewy, I had to spit out a few pieces. The food had little to no flavor and was very overpriced. My expectations were not high but I’m leaving here a bit disappointed. The dining area is very nice with a cool view of Waikiki Beach. It’s a bit loud in here but that’s not a complaint. Overall I wouldn’t recommend the steak but it’s worth a try if you’re craving a burrito and want to hang out for a bit in a cool, laid back spot. Added a pic of what was left of my burrito as I did not finish it.

I loved OMG! It’s better than Chipotle and a great option for vegetarian who might be struggling to find good places in Oahu. We had the nachos and veggie bowl. A must visit place right near Oahu main downtown and next to Waikiki beach. The restaurant has a good setting and view of the beach. Wish it grows a following and can expand to other locations. Only comment would be on service where the staff seemed off putting and had a roll eyes attitude. That can be improved for sure.

OMG has good, fresh, tex-mex style food. You select how you want it (burrito, taco, bowl, salad, nachos) and then add your rice, beans, protein, salsas, and toppings. The kalua carnitas was really good! You can also get a churro or dulce de leches brownie for desserts. It's located on the second floor so you enter through a staircase. There is an elevator in the back but it was broken at the time. They get busy but process orders very quickly. Lots of indoor seating.

This was a great vibe for dinner on the second floor lookout for dinner! Beautiful beach views while eating fresh Mexican cantina style dishes 😋. Food was on par with the menu offerings and within reason on price for the location. Careful with the stairs leading up to the second floor, as the line can get long and require standing on the stairs leading up to the order station! Recommend while visiting Waikiki Beach ⛱️

Everything was fine, not great but ok, until I needed to use the restroom. Ugh! It seemed like the bar decided to make some extra money by offering breakfast. That's what I get for looking for a cheaper meal.

OMG is good, quick Mexican food in Waikiki, much like a Chipotle that many people may be familiar with. I always get a burrito or a bowl and today ordered a burrito and a quesadilla. We shared the quesadilla and we're both full, so we saved the burrito for later. Delicious as always and if you eat there you get to enjoy the nice view.

Great place to sit down and enjoy your breakfast. Awesome views of the ocean. We had the cowboy breakfast and a couple of tacos. The corn tortillas probably needed some salt and lime, and were a little bit lackluster. The Barbacoa was bland. Nothing that a little bit of salt didn’t care. I think that we got excited about this place because the lunch menu looks really good for both vegetarians and meat eaters. I wish that we came here for lunch instead of breakfast.

It was just like a Chipotle in a bigger setting with a semi-blocked view of the beach. You have to go up many stairs. The line was long and we actually had to wait on the stairs. The line did move quickly and the fish tacos were good, but did not stand out among the other dinners we had in the same area throughout the week.

Quite an interesting experience I had here. This Mexican restaurant is located at the second level. Business was brisk on weekend evening, with a queue reaching the staircase. Looks like lots of options and sides to choose from, and I ordered more or less blindly, as I am not familiar with Mexican food. It turned out quite good, and a beer always helps.

Hole in the wall Gem of a restaurant. Take the stairs. Lots of choices, made to order, served hot with a good selection of drinks. I ordered a Braised Beef Burrito. I think it weighed one pound, topped with whatever I wanted. Made quickly. I also didn't find the habanero sauce too hot. Ordered a side of Chips and Guacamole. Was also good. As far as I've seen this was one of the least expensive meals I've had here and the price of the beer was also the least expensive. Best bang for your buck. As a bonus, got to watch the sun set from the open deck.

Great food and an ocean view. I had a chicken burrito and Stephen had a burrito salad (everything that's in the burrito minus the wrap). The burrito is the size you want by the items chosen from their line of meat, veggies, and sauces. This restaurant is located upstairs of a business below. I didn't notice an elevator. If a lift is needed you might need to use a delivery service.

Fun, fast Tex-Mex served Subway style. Good for a quick cheap meal in Waikiki and very popular. Tables look out on to Waikiki promenade through open windows on 2nd Floor. Decent range of bottled beers and margaritas served from slushy machines.

Great view. Ok coffee. Beans and rice were decent. Meh otherwise.

Reasonable island prices for the flavor and portions. Best burritos I’ve found on the island so far. Great service always which is really refreshing. Best quest on island by far, but bring your own chips because theirs are pretty bad

Never been to a place where they give you nachos but don't melt the cheese on them. The wife got carne asada fries and said it tasted like eating roast beef.

Good location a little past all the craziness of the main strip in Waikiki. Similar style as Chipotle - you order at the counter, pick your proteins, veggies, add ons and then beverages at the end. Pay before seating and there is plenty of seating for larger or smaller parties. We got the barbacoa and it was incredibly tender and slow roasted.

Similar to Moe's. Didn't feel quite as flavorful as Chipotle. Very friendly staff. Clean restaurant with a great view.
