This was my first stay at the Modern and it was extremely disappointing and nothing special. Without prior knowledge, on arrival we were told that there is no room cleaning and we have to ask for fresh towels and other room amenities when we need them, including putting our garbage outside the room. Firstly, we are not in quarantine so I don’t know why this is the case and secondly it is not hygienic or pleasant to have used towels and garbage lying around every floor of the hotel corridors. The staff at the hotel are extremely slow at actioning requests. When asking for towels, I waited up to an hour for them to be delivered on one occasion. They also don’t answer the phone promptly and even before my trip I was trying to contact the hotel about my reservation and I had trouble contacting them via email and phone. The pool is nice, nothing special. The sun beds are filthy however- they could use an upgrade. Pool bar closes at 9:30 which I thought was quite early for a hotel? The overall cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing- on arrival the room was far from spotless. There were hairs on the bathroom floor and dust and dirt on the floor which I had to clean myself. 3 electrical sockets in my room were not working and the WIFI cut in and out. Wouldn’t bother staying again- apparently it has recently been acquired by Hilton so I hope they can whip the hotel into shape!

We enjoyed ourselves. The room was cozy. Shower was nice and water had good pressure. Had a microwave which was unusual but very nice. Bed was good but wife said it was kinda low to the ground. All in all a good hotel. We didn't get to walk around and see the pool but maybe next time. I just don't get this resort fee they charge everyone. I think its ridiculous and another scheme for the hotels to make more money.

AWFUL. BED BUGS.... We spent over $2K to stay here for 5 days for my friends birthday and were greeted with rude employees who didn't welcome us and demanded to pull our car up a different way at 11PM after 8 hrs of traveling. After this, we discovered we had GNATS in our room that were in the walls, crawling around our beds, in our fridge... The last night we stayed here, we witnessed A BED BUG crawl into my friends suitcase. We're from NY, we've unfortunately seems bed bugs before and that was it. We also found a mysterious brown stain on our bed after the room was cleaned that seeped all the way into the sheets and we had been out all day. The worse part was that we had a birthday dinner planned with a cake and everything and we had to cancel the reservation. And the best part is when we went downstairs and spoke to the manager, all they offered us in return was a later checkout and $100 hotel credit. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? We deserve a refund! We deserve dinner and cake sent to us. We deserve an apology! We have planned this trip for 8 MONTHS. They couldn't event offer us laundry service since our flight leaves before we could get it back. To say that I'm appalled and not surprised is the truth. They don't care. They just want to make money. DON'T STAY HERE!

We came here to celebrate my sister and her boyfriends graduation. The rates for the rooms continuously changed for the rooms. We reserved at one rate for 2 nights and we're told a different rate for 1 night. Others in the party had the same issue. My sister reserved the adult pool/spa area for their graduation at one rate. There was emails about reserving chairs and tables only to find out the communication AGAIN was left to be desired and were told that the tables weren't in their reservation. we barely got 6 chairs and 4 high tables. At the end of the party we were told the deposit went from 1500 to 2100. The manager was rude and unreasonable. The rooms are not worth the 294 to spend.. hope someone else has better luck because a group of over 30 people this did not go well. Very incredibly disappointing. Truly the only experience that has been pleasant was the food at the pool bar.

I am not sure why this hotel receive such mixed reviews. My stay was 5 star. The plus for me was it was smaller hotel so not a huge trek to get to my room, away from central Waikiki for a quieter stay, and still close to everything where I could walk. Checkin was smooth and the text messages for when room was ready, follow up on stay, and check out reminder was appreciated. Anytime I called the guest services, my calls were promptly picked up and answered. The room I stayed in was most economical, but felt very luxurious with the partial ocean view, spacious room, and big bathroom. The pool area was nice and great stopping point on the way to the beach. What I liked best was the free yoga classes. People complained about the resort fee, but I felt it was fair especially with the amenities offered.

Nice pool, love the interior design, painting, larger space bedroom and bathroom. Some has balcony. I am lucky to have a beautiful view from my bedroom window. Clean room. Wonderful idea to have water dispenser to refill our water bottle. All the employees are really professional, kind and always greeting the customers. The location is Close by with the restaurant (Red lobster, McDonald's, bars, etc), souvenirs stores and Public transportation. No more Vallet parking but easily accessible for vehicles. Also lift for the wheelchair to go inside the hotel from front of the hotel.

Good location, "meh" hotel. The rooms were tight and the bathroom had two large floor-to-ceiling shutters where you could hear anything in the bathroom, which was weird. The beds were tiny and the room was on the smaller side. They charge $25 per night for parking which is steep. They also charged an amenity fee (around $50 per day) for the daily amenities, but the pool was closed and there wasn't any daily housekeeping due to the pandemic. It was an okay hotel, probably wouldn't stay here again but it did the job.

So this stay really made the trip all the more better. Only thing I would say is use their parking garage instead of the Marina Garage across the street... I know it's a few bucks cheaper a day but the staff is so unhelpful and when you ask for help it's as if they stare daggers into your soul because you interrupted their movie. Back to the hotel: The stay was beautiful. On Saturdays I think they have some kind of free luau for the hotel (wish I would have known, but we all went to Germaine's anyway). The pool is beautiful and the bar staff was so busy yet so polite and engaging. The Concierge were so helpful in giving us ideas about vacation activities and the front desk were so fast in assisting my family with any needs. The cafe was so good and the rooms were perfect. They are definitely uniquely designed, but if my family (2 sisters, mom, and myself) survived, I know you can... no big deal. The mattresses are on the firmer side. Even though during COVID they cannot clean the rooms during your stay, they were constantly running up fresh towels, samples, etc. There is a water bottle refill station with tasty water on level 2 and 1 I believe. They have towels for you by the pool and the music is always lively. There is a really convenient shuttle stop for some activities by the entrance. The ABC store is right across (also McDonalds) where you can buy plenty of food, energy drinks, gifts, fruit, etc. The hotel breakfast is delicious (chicken and waffles) but make sure you walk to Aloha Kitchen nearby and get the souffle pancakes (the coconut one is a dream). Great stay, good deal... amazing staff.

Cute boutique hotel. Great location right off of the beach. Good bar and restaurant. Unfortunately the lobby bar “the study” is no longer open. We enjoyed using the adults only wading pool. No housekeeping services during our stay due to Covid. No blankets provided in the rooms until requested. Beds were made with just sheets. Hotel room was very clean and renovated. Nice bathrooms, friendly staff. Minor improvements recommended such as providing guests with blankets. Would stay again.

The location was great and staff was friendly enough. The amenities were poor. No housekeeping. We had to ask for and change our own sheets. We had to constantly call for fresh towels. Floors got dirty pretty quick with all the in and out from the pool and beach (pool and bar were actually quite nice) and they wouldn’t come clean or take out trash. We stayed here for a week! Definitely didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. I felt like we paid 4 star resort fees and got budget cut corner accommodations. Not impressed.

Everything is good. The room size is above average. The pools are clean and all amenities are good. The staff are courteous and requests for linen and other essentials were taken care of immediately. Parking is not a problem. Request a room that has a view of the lagoon so you can watch the fireworks on your room. I only gave 3 stars because of the policy that they do not clean the rooms when requested. I understand not cleaning daily but if requested, they should clean the room.

We've given this hotel a fair amount of business due to the location being convenient for our business needs. My boss's schedule changed and he was coming to the island earlier than planned. The hotel was booked and couldn't accommodate him an additional two days. Rather than having him move hotels which is horribly inconvenient, I wanted to change the reservation dates so he could stay there on his next scheduled trip. Since the room was non-refundable they declined to modify the reservation dates. By the way they have a large link that says "click here to modify the reservation" yet in fine print it says no modifications. There are a ton of options in Honolulu, most of which are nicer (IMHO) so I'll take our business to a hotel that actually cares about their customers. Nothing about this experience exudes the Aloha spirit. ***Edited to add- their response validates what I said. Apparently they have no interesting in doing right by the customer or in repeat business. Not refunding is one thing, refusing to change the dates is another thing. Its not like I got a bargain rate on the room; their policies just aren't good (IMO) or in line with other hotels in the area. No need for me to call the manager to have them explain their horrible policy.

The only way I can describe my experience at The Modern Honolulu: bait and switched. We lived in Honolulu for many years and The Modern was always a very nice, classy, and a little edgy, place to grab a drink and invite friends from out of town. It was cool. Now, we've come to learn that the hotel was purchased by Hilton, and it shows in every way. Immediately upon arrival, we were told that they don't offer daily room service, we have to pay 20-something per day to park at the hotel, the Study bar is now closed, the nightclub that's attached to the building is also closed, and he room that we reserved has two tiny full sized beds. There were no other rooms to switch to and an upgraded room would be a "suite" at an additional $800 cost to us. We arrived on Sat night to a full parking lot and had to park across the street which was not only an inconvenience (they do not offer valet), but also more expensive at $28/night ($28!/night to park a car). We asked the front desk if we could have our room serviced but they informed us that the workers were currently negotiating (aka on strike), and that they could provide us sheets and towels, but that we would have to make our beds. I'm sorry, but given the price we're paying for this hotel along with all of the additional completely ridiculous fees we're being forced to pay ("resort fee" oh please), this is absolutely unacceptable. We will never stay here again and I would highly highly recommend that you cancel your stay here if you have the opportunity. We tried our best to cancel our reservation but couldn't get a hold of a single person that could help us do that. Just a total utter disappointment. It's sad.

Rented two rooms at The Modern Honolulu for 4 nights. Would not stay again. Room: Our room wasn’t ready by check in time… we had to keep checking on the room status even though they kept telling us that the rooms would be ready soon. One of the rooms felt dirty (stains on various furniture) and smelled like bleach/ mildew. Not sure if they rushed the cleaning on this one room. Check out time is really early at 10AM. We tried to request an hour late check out since our room wasn’t ready at check in but the receptionist was pretty rude and would not budge at all. The cleaning crew literally barged into our room right before 10AM. Very unpleasant to feel this rushed and makes me feel confused why our room wasn’t ready if late check out is not allowed… I’m pretty sure one of the elevators was down during our stay so it always took a long time to wait for the elevator. They make you return the beach towel cards at check out so there was a mad dash to check out at 10AM. Think I spent almost half an hour waiting for the elevator. Ofc the check out line was long too. We switched to Hilton Hawaiian Village right next door after these 4 nights and our experience was MUCH better in every single way. Pool: The upper adult pool is lame. like a very shallow kiddie pool for adults. There aren’t enough sun beds with umbrellas at the main pool. I wish they would have told us at check in that apparently if you spend a certain amount at the pool restaurant, you can reserve a sun bed for that day. Pool Restaurant: One of the only positive experience I had at this hotel. We enjoyed the happy hour food and drinks. Especially loved the fries and poke nachos. Everything tasted good! Service was attentive and good too. The Modern Honolulu won most improved award. Can’t imagine how much worse they used to be. There’s clearly A LOT more room for improvement.

I really wanted to give this hotel a 5 star review, but a few issues I’ve seen: 1. Drinks at the pool bar are $15+, a salad with protein is $26 and no gluten free options. Staff is really friendly and attentive but idk if management understands that if pricing goes up, demand will decrease. Would you rather each guest buys several reasonably priced drinks or pay a little more for one or maybe none at all because the pricing deters them? I would have spent more money at The Grove if it weren’t so insanely overpriced. 2. There was a large party of guests at the family pool and they were playing explicit music, yelling and the kids are screaming and trying to push each other in the pool, playing with squirt guns and getting other guests wet. I saw several people leave as a result. Even after complaining, the hotel didn’t address the issue to ensure enjoyment for all guests. 3. Construction above my room in the middle of the day when I was trying to take a nap. Guests pay to enjoy staying here day and night. I understand it can’t always be avoided but if you’re going to disrupt maybe check in with the guests around that room to coordinate a good time to start hammering away. All in all, I think there could be other places more worth the money spent.

The Modern used to be one of the coolest boutique hotels in Honolulu, but it has recently been bought by Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV), a timeshare corporation, and so it has changed a lot. It now attracts a more pedestrian crowd that I suspect are there for the cheap room rates that are offered to people that are willing to go on the timeshare promotional sales tours. I used to love staying at this hotel, because the services, pool bar food, the feature restaurant, and the shop were all very pleasant and unique. This is not the case anymore. The rooms are tired and the service staff all have a bored corporate feel to them now. It’s a shame because this used to be a really cool place to stay, but once again, corporate America has ruined something unique.

Apart from the hard, low beds and the minimal furniture in the rooms, everything else was awesome! The washroom is huge and well laid out - loved having the little clothes line in the shower to hang up the swimsuits. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful with anything we asked for. LOVED the refill stations with cold delicious water - saves on having to buy water bottles. Bring an insulated cup and you're golden. The pool area is nice and relaxing, when there aren't a bunch of screaming kids (seemed to be just on the weekend) and the covered area next to the pool is also quite comfortable. Nice location- walking distance to a lot of amenities and most excursions will pick up pretty close to the hotel. The pool bar is great and the daily happy hour food and drinks were delicious. The lobby area/business lounge is roomy and comfortable and if you have a late night departing flight, the hotel will store your bags for you. Overall though, it was a great place to stay.

I fly to Hawaii every year for my birthday, and this was one of my favorite stays! The best part of this hotel is the pool area. The bartenders and servers are so much fun and so polite! They made my birthday trip here amazing, I truly do miss them! The hotel itself is located in a prime location and the rooms are nice. The food here is great too! If you want a beach/pool day and don’t really feel like going anywhere you can honestly assure that you’ll have great food, drinks and service right at your hotel, plus there’s a small beach a short walk right behind the pool. I Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re going to be in Honolulu and I hope to return this year for my birthday when I come back.

1st time in Hawaii $35 approx from the airport in a taxi. Checked in no problems and we was happy with the room, pretty basic but all we needed iron and board, safe, hairdryer, fridge shower was good. Clean towels and extra sheets as and when required. Concierge was helpful. Bar and pool was great as was the service we got. Stayed on the 8th floor and had mixed views of road, pool area, harbour and beach. We checked out at 11am and was allowed to use hotel and facilities all day, they looked after our bags and sorted the taxi for our return journey to the airport. no complaints.

In A Nutshell: -The Modern Honolulu is the perfect hotel to stay at. -The location is awesome b/c you aren't smack in the middle of busy Waikiki, but walkable to get to the restaurants, bars & stores within 20 minutes or less. -Across the street was a McDonald's & the biggest ABC store in Waikiki if you need snacks, etc... -If you enjoy outdoor exercise such as running you will love that this hotel is very close to Ala Moana Park, so you can go for a nice run that isn't too far away. -You are located on a corner lot, right next to the Hilton (which btw will takeover the property). -Parking is cheap ($23) you get in/outs. -There are two parking levels, there was always spaces available + the walk to the hotel lobby is convenient & short. -If you ever had to find additional parking, there is another cheap parking lot across the street which had like 3 or 4 floors. -This hotel has a swimming pool, nice outdoor lounge area, outdoor bar, plus other covered seating that connects to the outdoor pool area. -I really loved the (2) free water stations they had. -This saves you from buying bottled water, just bring a water container & fill up w/ clean & some of the best tasting water you'll ever drink (no cap)! -There are 3 elevators, so you won't wait too long to up/down. -The rooms are very modern w/ a nice sized shower bathroom. -The rooms have king sized comfy beds, plus a small lounge couch w/ nice lighting. -There is a small patio you can use to watch sunsets that have a small table & two chairs. Overall, this is a really good hotel, perfect location, nice staff, great tasting water, close to the beach & overall not too busy. I would definitely stay here again.

This is one of our favorite hotels on the island. Very clean. The rooms smell clean without the cleaning sent. Everything is sharp and organized. The pools are a bit on the small side, but you have the ocean right there if you want more.

This place is old and dirty. Maybe this place was modern in 1960!!! I would not recommend, it’s gross. It smells! The mattress is old spring that is very uncomfortable. The bathroom has one towel hook so the towels will never dry.. Not sure where the person who said the bath was roomy, shower, sink and toilet it’s the size of o nice powder room. I guess you could hang the wet towels on the hooks by the desk. Ice on every other floor. Most of the rooms have two double beds, great for sleeping alone. Make it a king and a pullout and the room itself would be better, still I would not stay here again and I do mot recommend. I would rate that about a motel 6, not a Hilton! You don’t even get real coffee cups very thin paper that absorbs the coffee, Yuk!

We are Diamond Members and this is our first visit to this property. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds were a little on the hard side but we still slept well. You hear no noise from your neighbors but a little street noise. We were on the fourth floor and had a sideways ocean view. No daily room service but they were quick to respond to any of our needs. All hotel employees were pleasant and went above and beyond to meet our needs. They are in the process of renovating but everything was very clean. The location is perfect the mall and Hilton Hawaiian Village are both an easy walk as well as the beach. Very glad we chose this location. Check out the city busses to Pearl Harbor. Very easy and cheap.

Overall a great experience 👍🏼 Would stay again at The Modern QSA: Q: overall the rooms could use a bit of a face lift, however pretty good. The Reception area is pretty good. The pool area was great. S: Service pretty friendly, Front desk 4/5, Pool area 3/5, room service 4/5. A: Overall ambience is good. Happy traveling 🏖️

Loved it! The price was insanely affordable for this prime location. Beds are comfy, room is aesthetic, balcony is very spacious. The staff was friendly and so helpful. The hotel offers lots of activities like yoga, Lei making etc. the pools are awesome! About a 2 minute walk from the beach and private lagoon. Lots of shops and restaurants right outside. I would definitely stay here again!

While close to the beach, there is a McDonald's across the road and Ala Moana is within walking distance. As other reviews have said, there seemed to be no Japanese speaking staff and I did not see any Japanese guests, so I think this is a good choice for those who want to enjoy the local atmosphere while in Waikiki. (However, the signage was in both English and Japanese.) The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, although I was a little nervous when I was waiting in line because they were very American. The check-in process was even better, as I was able to complete important details such as room descriptions and resort fees one at a time using English text on the machine, which is something Japanese people are relatively good at reading. My only concern is that I didn't have much cash on hand and couldn't give much of a tip. The rooms were relatively clean. The showers had the same amount of water as in Japan. However, there was no heating and the room was extremely cold. I was also surprised that it costs 400 yen to buy water in town, but this hotel has a water server, and I was grateful that I could drink as much water as I wanted for free. Checking out also took only a moment to hand over the key. Since we were flying in early in the morning and didn't have much time to spend, we were stingy and chose this hotel, which cost less than 30,000 yen. Beginners should definitely stay at the Hilton, but if you want to feel the American atmosphere, this is a good choice. There was a demonstration at the pool on the hotel grounds at 7:00 in the morning, and the noise was so loud that it must have woken up all the guests in the guest rooms. I guess that's part of the American experience.

Recently stayed here as a change of pace for me and my fiances, Birthday celebrations; as we're both November babies. It was a nice stay for what it was. Amazing food, an amazing Phoenix view room of both the city and the Ocean with the beach. Beautifully built. With a professional representation. And as a local doing a stay-cation. It makes you feel like you're away from home and away from all the stresses of life. 10 out of 10, I will most likely come back here again. The housekeepers were extremely friendly and helpful and let us know that housekeeping services are every three days, for anyone who is curious. ( I asked out of curiousity) Their pool area is super nice too and an amazing area to take pictures for those who are photographers and instagrammers that want a good location for a photo shoot in general. Especially with the sunset pool and sunrise pool. Omg. I have no words as to how pretty pictures turn out to be. But if you want a good place to have a vacation, or even a stay-cation. The Hilton Modern Hotel is one hotel you need to try.

First time staying here the staff where friendly and helpful. The room where ok nothing special. The bed was uncomfortable with flat pillows. The remote to view TV was not the best to navigate could be way better. The bathroom could use more towel bars especially around the sink. There is no room service unless asked for it once we did they came quickly. The pool and bar where nice clean with helpful staff. The restaurant had some tasty food others could use some improvements. The view was very nice

Great location, amazing staff, lovely amenities, and the room was so clean and comfortable. If I could give more stars, I would! They have happy hour specials and water fill stations throughout the hotel, which I greatly appreciated! If I were to critique one thing, the only thing I could think of to complain about was the hard water stains on their ice machines. Overall, I would want to stay at this hotel every time I visit!

The staff was great and the common areas are nice but there was no room cleaning at all during the stay. The food/drink prices were insanely high at the pool bar and restaurant so would not recommend. I'll also never understand why there's open 'windows' into the bathroom. Not great if you're sharing the room with someone. Bed was also hard as a rock .

Rooms were nice enough and showers with good water pressure. BUT no housekeeping!! I had to change my own sheets and ask for new towels every 2-3 days!! No new water bottles and they told us just to refill our old ones. Hotel does look like it could use an update. Pool lounge chair mats were pretty disgusting with stains. The Study Lounge, which was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel was closed indefinitely. Prob won’t be coming back to stay here for the price. Location is average, with a bit of a walk to get to the nice part of the beach.

Definitely not what I expected! Disappointments all around. The lobby was loud and I could barely hear the check-in assistant. Our rooms weren't ready, they couldn't get our rooms on the same floor and there were no upgrades available. For me that didn't start off too well especially since I booked 3 rooms for 7 nights each; it wasn't cheap. I was happy they were willing to refund my money and I was able to go somewhere else where I had a more pleasant first impression, experience & stay..

Beautiful resort! Our room was very clean, spacious, and the service was perfect! The restaurant food was delicious, and the service was great as well. The beach can get a little crowded, but if you walk down a little ways, it's more space. I would definitely recommend it!

Amazing hotel that's just a short walk away to the beach and awesome restaurants. We were very happy that the hotel had a recycling bin near the pool. We collected all of our recycling and tossed it in the bin at the end of our trip. The hotel also has a water fountain which was great because we could fill up our reusable water bottles and didn't have to buy plastic water bottles. The service was fantastic & it was a joy to relax on the balcony.

Having to pay a resort fee but no room service. They wouldn’t take our trash and we have to change our own sheets. Also, the room and bathroom are separated by window shutters. If you’re not comfortable with who you’re traveling with, you’re about to be because they can see you showering and using the bathroom. No laundry service but they claim this is a 4 star hotel. How though? Food is good and the pool is nice. Those two are the only nice things I can say about this place.

Beautiful hotel with great food, although a little expensive. Great rooms with beautiful views. Nice pools with an adults only section if you're getting away from the kids. Bar service. Beach very nearby although it was very busy. Would stay here again and I would recommend it.

Stayed for a week for my birthday and our anniversary(mid Feb week). My husband and I enjoyed our stay! Great location, friendly staff, rooms were clean, private walkway to the beach. Beautiful sunsets just by the pool! Easy access to city busses if need be, a walk to the mall. We had to call front desk couple times to ask for towels which they delivered fast! Love that they have a fridge and microwave in the rooms. The only thing is that they could NOT honor our request for a late checkout, our flight was 6pm. Check out 10am. However they stored our luggage so we didn't have to carry that around all day. Suggestions: 1.Extend checkout time 2. Fix bathrooms, privacy needed!! 3. Raise and fix beds(mattress on top of a wooden board, with somehow sharp bottom corners) - they are very low. We would definitely stay again, hopefully by then, all rooms will be like the newly renovated.

I stayed at the modern for a whole entire week. I travel a lot and have been at multiple hotels during covid, not one denied me room service or housekeeping until I got to the modern. Even if you ask them to change your sheets or towels they won’t do it. Fridge and curtain were broken. I paid over $2500 dollars for this and they did not accommodate us at all. On top of that I left a personal belonging in the room upon check out. One hour later when I found out it was missing I came back and told them what had occurred. The staff did not help me in finding anything and just told me to file a report ( which isn’t going to do anything ). It was a very expensive piece and it’s just incredible that after paying so much money on top of that I get robbed.

It is not a hotel. It is a timeshare. So expect less. The staff are friendly, but in terms of service, cleanliness there are necessary improvements needed. Because it is a timeshare the pools are used by guests staying other properties. Rooms aren't cleaned daily nor 3 days later.... even if your stay is longer. Only 2 bottles of water on arrival, and after your coffee supply is gone there is no replenishment.

Hotel is nice, priced according. Modern and white except for hallways. Pool DJ is good on weekends. No hot tube and pricey drinks but slushy drinks are very good

Had an amazing stay at The Modern! Room was everything we needed and nothing more, very clean on arrival, and had a spectacular view of the harbor and Ala Moana. It is also close enough to waikiki to walk, but just far enough away that you are on the edge/just outside the craziness of downtown. The staff and service was very friendly and welcoming as well. Only thing I didn't like (and this is due to covid) was the lack of room cleaning. Instead of daily cleaning, they do one large deep clean when you leave. This also requires you to ask for any new towels, soaps, etc, which is just a bit inconvenient. Otherwise it is a fantastic place to stay.

I'm pretty torn on this review. Decent service. Had to move rooms due to ants. They were helpful with the issue but it was a huge issue. I'd say around 150 ants were in our room. Second room was fine.
