Worse experience that happened here. Me and 3 friends were stuck in the bather’s elevator at 29th floor for almost an hour and it took them about 45 minutes to get us out elevator. Security was helpful at the moments of being stuck. Hotel staff was rude didn’t even talk to us face to face about our incident. My friend had a major panic attack (PTSD) while we was stuck. Main elevators wasn’t working besides 2 of them, So it took forever to go up and down. Pool was really warm and not refreshing during a summer trip here. I like the shops downstairs pretty convenient but very pricey. Service was alright. Carpet feels a little dirty like they need to be shampooed. Bed and pillows was comfortable. Views was beautiful, easy beach access. Me personally wouldn’t recommend staying here again.

Enjoyed staying here. Book lagoon (not Marina side, not city/concrete jungle side). #1130 was nice for what we needed. Blackout curtains would have been a nice addition. Large balcony to have morning beverage or snack, tv, air conditioning, updated kitchen and shower, king bed and sofa bed. Can view fireworks from balcony on Friday nights. Would stay again. Pool was nice. Restaurant downstairs outside. Ice cream, trinkets and some items at store at hotel like postcards, makeup bags, beach bags, soaps, beverages, snacks. Very nice open air restaurant with fantastic history. Walking distance to restaurants, beach and lagoon right there, Marina, perfect view from balcony.

There were some negative reviews recently on this place. We can honestly say that we are shocked at that. All the staff no matter who you talk to, deal with or even as questions from, are amazing. They are smiling, laughing kind, helpful and very respectful. We are staying at the resort part which is part of the hotel complex, except the units are Studios with full kitchen, small living room and a king-size bed, and a shower bathroom. The unit is generous in size for two people, spotlessly clean, well equipped, and ours was facing the ocean, so the view from the large balcony/lanai was great. There are restaurants and shops all around downstairs, and outside. Easy access to the Hilton lagoon which is next door, and the beach.

Beautiful hotel with overall stunning views of the ocean and city center Accessible restaurants, beaches, and shopping centers offered a nice touch to a relaxing atmosphere. Our stay was pricey but what can you expect from a hotel in the middle of a tourist destination? The room was clean and the lobby and elevators were in good shape. However, the carpets were dirty and in need of cleaning. Overall, a great hotel with nice staff and marvelous views!

Great Hotel... Really enjoyed it. Hotel has a lot of amenities. Great restaurants. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the ant problem I encountered. I had tons of ants in kitchen counter top are.. I called front desk they said they would send someone to look at it. No one came I had to go to front desk next day to get them to come up and exterminate. Once they came they fixed the problem.

Carolina who helped us check in was very kind and helpful and hooked us up with free leis when we told her we're on our honeymoon. The room was spacious and clean with a nicely equipped kitchen. Comfy bed, good quality linens. Only downsides I can think of was the showerhead was in pretty bad shape and there was a lot of noise from a nearby bar after midnight on Friday night.

We enjoyed our stay, the restaurants are great! The Friday hula is awesome as well. The location is right near the beach and a short walk to the mall and downtown. If you want inexpensive groceries, the mall has a 3 story Target store. We had our 6 yr old granddaughter along and she loved the 2nd floor shallow pool!

A really good location to get around using the bus or hop-on-hop-off trolleys. With the beach only 600 feet from the hotel. Great views from most rooms. And the rooms have big balconies with chairs to sit and relax while you take in the views.

Amazing! So excited to come back! Booked this hotel for a wonderful rate at ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ I love this resort and I'm really thankful I stayed here for much less than what I generally spend. We spent a week here on the 25th floor. Great location, staff were all very nice. Great value in a beautiful vacation destination. Would recommend without hesitation.

The hotel main level is nice with plenty of outdoor space. Nice lagoon and beach near by. There is nothing luxurious about the suites. Only valet parking and 45.00 day. The suite we have is like a small outdated hotel room. The bed is so hard its like sleeping on the floor. The pillows are small and for a twin bed not a king bed. The sofa is hard and uncomfortable like sitting on a park bench. The shower is mediocre at best. If you like comfortable accommodations this is not the place.

Booked 2 junior suites here at the last minute after an oceanfront AirBnB condo fell through and was much happier here. It was much nicer being away from the crowds in central Waikiki and within walking distance to Ala Moana Center and Target. The rooms show some wear but are in overall good shape. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The ocean views are partial and top floors give you a good view of Diamond Head. The hotel provides beach towels and chairs. My only complaint would be that the sofa beds still have the old school thin spring coil mattresses which won't make adults or older kids very happy.

We were blown away by everything at this hotel! We stayed in the time-share portion, but everyone working there was accommodating and helpful to ALL guests! The rooms were well taken care of. There were at least five running elevators, and we LOVED all the shopping and food options at the hotel as well as the two pools and beach access! It was just far enough away from Waikiki Beach that it was still a central location without feeling over crowded or too busy! Great location next to the marina and tons around to walk to! Would love to stay again!

Beautiful hotel located near the beach/marina! We were in a 13th floor room facing the ocean and the views were breathtaking. Hotel has a lot to offer with food, drinks, and shops, but there is also a lot to do within walking distance. Beach and lagoon access are just down a paved walkway. Room was perfect for 2 people with full kitchen. Would stay here again!

First time staying in Waikiki as I usually stay with family since I grew up there. Close to the marina and the Hilton Lagoon. Nice restaurant on site. Big rooms....I actually worked from their remotely this trip. Easily walkable to Ala Moana shopping and the Royal Hawaiian Center.

Lobby area is open air and absolutely gorgeous. Stores and food places. Cinnamon’s and Dave’s Ice Cream are a must. The rooms are clean, but could use a face lift. We had a studio with 2 double beds and full kitchen. Beds were comfortable and city view was nice. Beautiful view of the harbor. They have a Hulu show on Fridays from 6-8, definitely check that out!

We are so glad we stayed there. First amazing location in Waikiki. We had a great view, from our balcony, of the Hilton fireworks and the ocean. The staff was always smiling and were always super helpful. Lots of good restaurants and grocery store close. We will definitely stay there again.

Perhaps the woman at registration was tired, as it was about 10pm when we arrived. We have received far superior service and kindness at Best Westerns. I was told multiple times that if there was anything wrong with the room that nothing could be done and was asked if I still wanted the room. Pretty sure she would have preferred if we just left. Very odd from my perspective. I don’t believe there’s WiFi, which seems odd. Room is clean, but has a funky odour. I wouldn’t recommend, particularly given the cost.

The rooms are in pretty good shape and the amenities make up for any missed expectations someone might have. The staff is very helpful and nice. The hotel is at the end of Waikiki but it's nice because it's not too busy and you can easily walk to the more popular areas.

Came with family for a short stop before we fly back home. Impressed with the seevice and the rooms. I personally found the beds to be too hard with really soft pillows. The pullout couch bed mattress is probably only good for kids. It was easy too soft and I could feel the springs. They have a really well stocked market/corner shop type inside which is great and open till late (11pm) Daves ice cream parlour is also great with shaved ice that was delicious. The cafe next to the ice cream parlour was a great place to get coffee and breakfast that was well priced and delicious. You get complimentary water vouchers and ice cream scoop based on the number of days you stay. Views are great, walking distance to a lot of things.

Hotel was good. Nice location and clean. The pool closes at 730pm this is really early. The restaurant Cinnamons also closes randomly it was advertised to be open until 9. On Friday night they closed down early. They closed before the Friday night hula show. This hotel needs to keep things open to serve guests.

Well I have very mixed feelings about my stay with you. The hotel overall is nice the rooms and patios are spacious plenty enough space for 3 or 4 people to stay on vacation. the amenities are good, 2 pools ,2-3 restaurants, a convenience store, coffee shop and ice cream parlour. The staff overall were fairly friendly but…… one day we were taking the bathers elevator up to our room from the beach, There was an electric pallet jack parked in the front of the elevator door a vendor was using it for a delivery. The door opened and a few people got out and kind of pushed passed my wife, she had to step back and as she did she fell over the pallet jack while holding my toddler son. Luckily neither of them had broken bones or cracked their heads open (or there would have been a definite lawsuit) but my wife and son needed medical assistance from security (bandages, disinfectant ointment, slivers that to be removed) they were both left with bruises and cuts but luckily nothing got infected. I don’t understand why the elevator wasn’t closed off, I heard the vendor say there should have been a pylon out during the chaos. No one from the service staff or management checked in with us after the fact. My wife went the next day to talk manager Patrice they said they would waive a few nights resort fees, they only waived $60 ??. Also we paid a resort fee for 8 days plus a transient tax but our room was only cleaned once in a week, we had to drop off and pick up our own beach towels. we had to dispose of our own trash and request TP because we got 1.5 rolls to start the week so will we return to this hotel? No i can’t see it happening, not with that weak attempt to rectify a really bad situation in their hotel. Some nice staff and amenities saved this stay from being a total disaster.

We rented a condo for a week in Waikiki, unit #533 through Waikiki Beach Rentals. Our unit was beautiful and slept 4 comfortably with a king size bed and sofa sleeper. Our unit was on the marina side, so we had a view of the marina and sunset each evening. Had breakfast on the balcony each morning and without that morning sun side, it was pleasant each morning. We only had a small issue of mold on the shower curtain and little on the shower tiles, but I contacted WBR and they sent someone over immediately to clean it and install a new shower curtain and were very apologetic. There was no venting in the bathroom, so I can see how the humidity from showers can let that grow. There is one large window ac in the room and it was big enough to cool the entire room/kitchen with no problem. We brought a fan that we put in front of it to keep it circulating because I'm hot natured. The unit comes with two small desk fans that was perfect for me on my side of the bed and my son on the couch bed. There is a kitchen with full size appliances which was important to me because we cooked breakfast each day there and was able to make a supper and keep our things refrigerated properly with plenty of room. There is an iron and ironing board too. There is a tv, but we left it unplugged the entire time there. The bed was very firm and comfortable too! No complaints from us for our first visit to Oahu!

Beautiful hotel right on the beach. Rooms clean and spacious. Staff courteous and helpful. Nice little library and quiet areas in lobby amongst the bustling shops. For the amount of people passing through the lobby and front entrance, the hotel was sparkling clean .

Great Hotel if you’re not looking for a full service resort. Suite is perfect with all the amenities to have several meals in the room and enjoy the amazing views. Staff was accommodating and always available. Easy to get everywhere from here, easy access to beach, restaurants, snacks, shops, rentals, all available in lobby.

The room was a little dated but comfortable. Close walk to the beach without crossing a street. Having a kitchen is a big plus for breakfast before heading out for the day. The staff here is the best, very welcoming. I would stay here again.

I reserved 2 rooms for my family this trip and try to stay here at least a week when I'm visiting the island, to take in all the island has to offer. Good points: Friendly staff, great views, ample room space, and close to shopping, restaurants, the beach, lagoon, and public transportation. Other points: on-site parking $35., off-site parking: $23. per day that depends on your preference. Bring plenty of cash for tipping add the service is wonderful!

We honeymooned at a private suite, not a hotel room here. The stay and views were amazing. We rented a car and drove around the island. Some really beautiful sights to see.

It's a nice place with friendly staff. Missed having room cleaned due to Corona...not the beer... view from our room and 5 minutes from Wakiki Beach🌊🌈

If you happen to check other branded hotels on this strip such as Hilton, Sheraton, etc; you will appreciate the privacy, valet parking, and location of this hotel. However, as far as amenities such as pool, restaurants, lobby, and bars, the places sucks :) The rooms are spacious and we had a decent size kitchen and bathroom. We paid for ocean view. Unfortunately they have us ocean view room on 2nd floor which you can’t see much. But I wasn’t in the mood to argue about it anyway. I was here to enjoy Hawaii anyway. Aloha!
