My
stay
here
at
the
Ramada
was
horrible.
The
customer
service
was
poor,
hospitality
was
at
an
all
time
low,
and
the
quality
of
the
hotel
room
was
nothing
like
we
expected
it
to
be.
My
dad,
my
stepmom,
and
I
were
planning
on
staying
here
for
our
week
long
vacation,
but
unfortunately,
things
didn’t
go
to
plan.
All
three
of
us
are
vaccinated
and
we
tested
NEGATIVE
for
COVID
two
times
each
but
were
still
forced
to
quarantine
in
our
hotel
room.
My
dad
contacted
the
state
of
Hawaii
and
the
head
of
the
CDC
Administration,
and
in
THEIR
own
words,
the
hotel
was
completely
at
fault
for
treating
us
the
way
they
did.
The
general
manager,
Mr.
Kevin
had
a
very
nasty
attitude
and
was
very
rude.
We
spent
entirely
too
much
money
on
this
vacation,
let
alone
the
hotel
itself.
So
of
course
like
anyone
would,
we
left
the
hotel
on
Tuesday,
August
31st
and
checked
into
a
much
better
hotel.
