This was a great hotel to stay in for a much needed long vacation after years of not really travelling anywhere long distance due to the pandemic. The view from the room was divine, and the bathroom was the fanciest one I have experienced in a hotel. Think lots of marble. The location is at the end of the Waikiki strip, but still walkable to all of the shops and restaurants. There are 2 gift shops, and one serves a lot like the ABC convenience stores that are all over Oahu, with pricing that isn't that different. The 100 Sails restaurant in the hotel was fabulous for breakfast. A bit pricey, but worth it to try at least once. Highly recommend.

As a California travel agency owner, I would recommend this property to my clients and friends. Waking up every morning with the ocean views from every room makes you feel like your entire room is a balcony. The location on the marina was perfect, with the beach on both sides and the Ala Moana mall a five-minute walk. We got club-level access to food, snacks, and wine when we wanted it. We could always find a seat at the pool and the live music every night was great! I would definitely go back! The location was great, the service was great and the view can't be beaten.

This hotel was extremely nice and the employees were super friendly. Our flight was canceled, and they allowed us to have an early check-in. Very welcoming. The rooms are a little noisy. The windows are really awesome, but we could hear the room above us open and close them all day. It made taking a nap difficult. We could also hear the room next door flush their toilet near our bed. The bar at the pool closes way earlier. I believe their last call was at 7 or 730, I'm assuming this is to try and reduce the noise. We wish there was another hot tub. They created a 15 min rule for guests since there is only 1 small one. Both pools are really awesome. Not many people were using them, I guess it is the slow season. It's a very nice and clean upscale hotel.

First time in Hawaii. Room rate was very reasonable compared to other hotels we looked at online. Rooms were amazing, had everything you could want, especially the nice bathrooms and amazing views! Loved the pool area, views were amazing up there as well. We had the breakfast buffet 3 times, it had such good variety. All staff members were very courteous and helpful. If I ever get the chance to come back, I’ll stay here again!

I and my family stayed here for seven nights and it was absolutely fabulous! The views from the room, elevator, pool are amazing. The staff is super friendly, courteous and nice! The valet parking is also good. This was our third visit to Oahu. We had stayed in Hilton properties before, including Hilton Village resort, except for the village experiences this hotel has been the absolute best. I loved the bathroom setup, separate shower, closed toilet with bidet (seat warmer), soaking tub outside. Great house keeping, very friendly and good. Missing things: may be a Lanai (balcony) and Microwave, and US mainland based ATMs that don’t charge extra :).

Highly recommended. Context: Ocean view room, two-nights. Location was great. Just a 15-minute minute walk from the main hub of Waikiki. For us, this meant less homeless people and a quieter area with an amazing view of the ocean, especially during sunset. Also, there's a mall that's a 15-20 minute walk in the other direction. Room was perfect. Great view, large enough, and clean. Really like their bathroom set-up which is seen more in resorts in Japan. Shower and toilet are in separate stalls with a spacious "common" area where the sink and mirror are. Great for couples. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. If you need anything printed, they can do it for you if their commonplace printers are down. They'll also send up a microwave for you if you need one. **sushi place in the first floor is alright. Wife really enjoyed it, but I'd rather get poke at a market elsewhere.

My friend and I celebrated her birthday here and we stayed 6 nights. When we arrived we were greeted but no lei, drink or anything which was a disappointment. They do have some small fresh flowers you can pin to your hair but.... The staff were friendly, very helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, pool area was very nice, overall a nice place to stay on a good budget. The location was walking distance to the local mall with a food court and other fun stores. Walking distance to the beaches, bus stop and lots of other local places. It was a $31 dollar taxi fair to and from this hotel which wasn't bad. If you need a specific pick up time you can arrange that with the staff wake up calls were great, gift shop and coffee shop were very convenient and useful. The bathroom has separate tub, shower and toilet areas and the toilet is heated and comes with a remote for cleaning your areas after doing your business. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. We did not try the buffet restaurant just because we didn't. I would definitely stay here again as I am a budget friendly traveler. PS we stayed on the 22nd floor with an ocean view it had very nice views but a bit loud at night so if you are a light sleeper get a room that isn't located near the sound of the streets. Pet friendly

Wow, just wow. Prince Waikiki was absolutely stunning. My husband and I stayed here the last night of our honeymoon. We felt like royalty just walking in the door. The entire place is beautiful down to every detail. The main lobby offered small shops, cozy sitting areas, and the front desk had beautiful flowers for guests to wear behind their ears. The elevator up to our room had windows to outside and we could see the entire city as we went up to our room. Our room had two very spacious bathrooms, a luxurious king sized bed, and a kitchen/living area. The pool area was great with an infinity pool at the edge and comfortable sitting areas.

I am not a fan for posting negative reviews, so I will qualify the ratings I gave. The rooms are large and clean. and my view was fantastic. Hat's off to Housekeeping and the Concierge. My issue was the front desk. After traveling on a 11 hour flight, I expected to be welcomed with a smile. I was scolded by the agent because the hotel misspelled my wife's name. Not my fault, I offered the my computer printout which was refused. Next I was interrogated about a form that wasn't properly submitted. I was advised by text to speak with a Manager, which I did. All I received was an apology. One would think that with as many hotels right next to each other, the front desk staff would be trained properly and one would be offered something other than a mere apology. I guess I must remember this is not New Jersey or New York! After 30 years as an Executive in hospitality, the first voice you hear or face you meet with set the tone of your stay. I am thankful that the rest of my stay was pleasurable. I would stay again!

If I could I would give it six or seven stars! Sophisticated, clean, modern hotel located right at the beginning of Waikiki. Each room has stunning views of the harbour and ocean. Rooms are spacious and clean and it is one of the few hotel resorts which has daily housekeeping. They have a cute Cafe in the lobby perfect for grabbing a quick bite and two restaurants for dining. The hotel is a little far from main hub of shopping and dining areas in Waikiki but it's plus points far surpass any hotel so far. I will definitely comeback.

Great hotel, very clean. Nice rooms with amazing views. The pool is amazing it has a great bar and live entertainment, be sure to stick around and catch a sunset from the infinity pool. The only downside is location. It's too far to walk anywhere. The main street is so busy it takes forever to get to the ABC store or any decent restaurants. If you're into good coffee be sure to check out the Honolulu coffee bar in the lobby.

Should be a 5 star hotel! Customer service: As soon as I arrived I was greeted and assisted with my bags. I had arrived at 10am and my check in wasn’t until 3pm but they accommodated me and got me a room sooner. Room: The room is definitely high class. I ended up getting the oceanfront view. The bidet left my bum warm 🤣The organic shampoo/conditioner left my hair feeling amazing! The curtains were automatic ! Slippers, free water bottle, in room dining service option. I’m infatuated with this hotel and will be staying here next time! And very close to everything! Walking distance Location: Next to the mall , ocean walking distance, best top notch hotels, stores all in walking distance. Even the bikes and scooters are there for you to access easily to go explore

Stayed for four nights. Rooms and amenities are all very new. The views from the room are just gorgeous. Location is a little bit far from the center of Waikiki and the beach but it’s not a big deal. It’s nice to take some walks around anyway. I would definitely consider coming back again next time I visit Honolulu.

We had an amazing stay. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Room was beautiful and had amazing views of the sunset. The pool is on the 5th floor, so sometimes windy especially at night, but very relaxing. Coffee shop downstairs had great lattes and their breakfast sandwiches were even good. Want to specifically thank Chan with valet: he took the time to make true connections with every guest. Gave us great recommendations for food and cool areas to explore. Truly elevated our experience. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Great experience at this Hotel. There’s lots to like here, but probably the best is the location. It’s on the harbor far enough from the Waikiki main strip to not be crowded, but still easily walkable to everything including Ala Moana park. The views of the ocean are spectacular. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and pretty large compared to other hotels I’ve been in. The pools are beautiful, including an infinity pool looking on to the harbor / ocean. Will definitely stay again.

Such a beautiful hotel with an incredible staff. The staff are very friendly and helpful, from support at the hotel to recommendations of things to try on the island. The rooms are all large and stunning with views of the harbour and the ocean. No matter what floor you're on you can enjoy these views which includes the Hawaiian sunset. The pool is as beautiful as the pictures. They have a good selection of drinks you can enjoy in the pool and a great food menu too! The location is perfect, close to the Waikiki strip while also being close to a large selection of beaches and other shopping centers!

Absolutely loved this hotel. The views over the marina are stunning. Everyone in the hotel is friendly, professional and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. We stayed in an oceanfront club room and was amazed by the quantity of food available together with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Loved the infinity pool and lounging around the pool relaxing. Only 5 min walk to the Ala Moana Center.

I had a last minute invite for a one night stay by a company. I cannot believe I didn’t take notice to stay here! I come for lunch and dinners often but never thought to stay. The workers are very pleasant and it’s seriously the BEST service EVER! Front desk check-in was incredible by several workers. The personal assistance for my room was pretty outstanding. When I first arrived, valet workers George & Neal were great! Talk about superior service - crazy amazing!! I don’t notice names much however I remembered these gentlemen because of their professional and outstanding customer service. Thank you all for being so accommodating and personable by calling/remembering me by my name. I wish everywhere I go would have this kind of service!

I didn't actually stay here , but attended an all day seminar. Still applies ... Great location. Spacious lobby with numerous seating areas scattered around. Coffee shop conveniently located. Conference room comfortable, with good air flow and temperature. Catered lunch decent. Would consider staying here on an over night in the future.

Every room here has an ocean view. All of the staff is welcoming, polite, and professional. They also seem like they truly enjoy their jobs. The rooms are bright , clean, and immaculate. The restaurant, bars, and store are well stocked and well staffed. The hotel is walking distance to Waikiki beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed our visit and highly recommend this hotel.

Prince Waikiki is the BEST hotel we stayed at during our recent trip to Hawaii. They truly went the extra mile to make us feel welcome! We stayed a few days to celebrate our anniversary and couldn't have had a better experience during our stay. They put us in a lovely king room with a beautiful view of the marina. I love the tote bag and slippers they provide to their guests and they even left a thoughtful note and bottle of bubbly to help us celebrate our anniversary! It is a bit of a walk to the main drag and you do have to pay for parking, so keep that in mind, but it didn't really bother us. It was the most restful sleep of the entire trip--I wish we could have stayed longer. I can't say enough good things about this hotel! A++

We just wrapped up a wonderful 8 night stay at the Prince Waikiki! One thing is for sure, this hotel THRIVES in the hospitality department. The purpose of our stay was to celebrate our fourth wedding anniversary! We felt very special when we found a bottle of sparkling wine put in our room for the occasion. I had the chance to chat with Josephine and Dayna (two of the housekeepers) for a few minutes before leaving for a day of adventure. We came back to a bead necklace in a heart shape with a note from the two of them wishing us a Happy Anniversary. Such a sweet gesture that is one of the highlights of our stay! Laura and Savanna at the front desk were very helpful when I asked them for boba recommendations. They were so kind to write down their favorite spots. We tried two of them: “Coffee or Tea?” and “The Alley” and really enjoyed them. The Prince Waikiki has fresh orchids and bobby pins on the counters every day for those staying at the hotel to wear :) there is also a great coffee shop in the lobby. We LOVED our stay and I will definitely recommend the Prince Waikiki to friends traveling to Oahu!

Best Hotel in Waikiki. Rooms are very nice, the service was excellent. The 100 sails restaurant was very good. Marble bathrooms with a heated bidet. Separate shower, toilet area and tub area. The window opens wide so you can get fresh air. customer service was Awesome. I would love to stay here again.

It was a nice a hotel, prices are a little too high for little amenities. Bed was not comfortable at all, they have no microwaves or laundry. They do offer drop off by the piece which is extremely expensive. They do provide two bottles of courtesy water which I thought was cool. They have a new Covid mandate there. Pretty much you can’t do or go anywhere without a vaccination card. I booked the ocean view but when I checked in I was told I was being upgraded to “city view” not what I requested. But cool. It did come with a nice view of the pier. Very close to the beach, front desk was pleasant, valet was okay, didn’t like that everyday when I presented my ticket I was asked if I’m sure I didn’t do self parking..cringe. I dined at the 100 sails frequently, bartender was very pleasant. Food was very good. Over all stay was nice and peaceful.

Costumer service and room service is amazing. The ocean view is great and pool deck is great place to spend time, have a nice drink and fun. The is a buffet available, around 40 dollars per person, with a good selection for everyone. Only complaint was the lack of a microwave (since we like to do popcorn to watch movies) and no laundry station available ( they offer dry cleaning service but its expensive). Again, this is a personal complaint. Overall, a great hotel with a great location.

We stayed 6 nights at Prince Waikiki last month and enjoyed our stay tremendously! We arrived late at night and were greeted by the professional and friendly front desk staff. The hotel restaurant/bar staff were friendly too. Our ocean view room was amazing just like the pictures online, and the housekeeping was done properly every day. Thank you for making our vacation memorable!

Beautiful, clean, gorgeous hotel. The friendly welcoming staff from the valet to the cleaners treated the guests so well. We had very short wait times for the valets, who were always extremely courteous and helpful. The front desk staff who checked us in even managed to get room service for us right before it closed for the night. Thanks JJ! Perfect walking location to Waikiki and the mall across the bridge. The rooms were spotless, and the bathroom had a bidet toilet.

Recently stayed at the Prince Waikiki for 7 nights. Room was excellent and great ocean view. Exceptional service and food as we used the Club Lounge option for meals. Food and drinks available all day and breakfast and dinner options varied every day. Also, the staff manning the club lounge were excellent - they helped book tours and a room change (made during our stay as another family member decided to join us). The salt water pool was also a big plus.

Very nice hotel! Friendly and helpful staff, answered all my questions and more. The room is spacious with beautiful harbor view. Room amenities are modern. Not noisy at all. Got housekeeping everyday which is rare these days and is amazing. The infinity pool is absolutely gorgeous. Gym is clean and has a good selection of equipments. Very close to Ala Moana Center. A longer walk to Waikiki beach - very walkable though, except it took us twice as long since we have a little one. Hope they'd resume the shuttle soon. Will definitely stay here again if/when we come back to Honolulu!

I want to give this place 4.5. The service is fantastic, location is great and rooms are very nice. Only issue is the elevator on the ala moana tower is very loud. We had to switch to the other tower to find a quiet room

Stayed here multiple times. Since 2017 for work, I can’t get enough of this place and location. Very welcoming, always clean rooms, awesome bathroom set up, love the power curtains. The happy hour at the bar is a good deal! The roof top pool bar is always good for sure sets. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy more of this place, especially the bar when it reopens after Covid restrictions.

We stayed in Prince Waikiki second week of August for a week. We absolutely enjoyed their greeting at the door where they pick your luggage right from your car and deliver it to your room, check in process friendliness of the staff etc. Our room was awesome had a sea view with huge glass windows. The toilet had electronic bidget from toto which is not seen in any USA hotels. We had added club passes so we had chance of experiencing their delicious lunch, breakfast dinner. The housekeeping staff, concierge staff and in fact everyone was super nice and helpful . I cannot wait to come back. The only drawback i would say is rainfall shower head in the bathroom.

Beautiful facility. We were there for seven nights before all these new covid restrictions kicked in today. It was silly this morning that we had to show our proof in order to have breakfast before checking out. Stayed in room 3303 which was the club level top floor. You are overlooking a harbor and can see the ocean waves. too far away to hear and would have been canceled out by the huge AC fan you could hear out to the left, far below. Staff was very nice throughout. We highly highly recommend taking advantage of their club level. It makes it seem as though it's an all-inclusive since you got three full meals plus unlimited beer and wine. The only catch is you couldn't leave for the pool right next door with your alcohol. Or take it up to your room for that part. Service still needs some work in that area. they're very focused on each individual guest instead of lifting their eyes and reading the entire room. We saw this on a daily basis. The food was really nice and different every day. Although we had a rental car and traveled the island we really didn't eat out anywhere else. We did want to bring a guest one day for business meeting and we are disappointed that we were told no as the word no does not agree with me at such a fine establishment. They tried to blame it on covid but that was garbage. We will consider returning to one of their other establishments.

4.5 stars. Beautiful hotel with very clean rooms and fresh sheets. Staff and valet are very friendly and helpful. There were many nice touches. The bathrooms were spacious with separate shower and tub and the toilet has heated seats and a bidet. Motion detecting light on the makeup mirror. Shades open with a push of a button. Only complaint was room service didn't answer when I called a few times for breakfast. Also if you stay on the sixth floor you will likely be very close to the pool and noise. I had earplugs but it could be loud during the day. I would definitely stay again.
