I
stayed
at
the
Paniolo
from
November
17-23.
My
room
was
clean,
had
all
the
basic
amenities,
and
always
had
great
Wifi
and
air
conditioning.
What
really
makes
the
Paniolo
stand
out
is
the
quality
of
care
and
service
you
get
from
the
staff.
I
wanted
to
extend
my
stay
by
one
day
because
my
flight
was
at
11:30
PM
but
check
out
was
at
12.
Lincoln
was
able
to
help
me
and
even
offered
me
a
discount
so
that
I
wouldn't
have
to
pay
too
much
to
extend
my
stay.
When
I
checked
out
later
in
the
day,
the
staff
even
offered
to
give
me
a
partial
refund
for
leaving
early.
I
don't
mind
paying
whatever
amount
for
my
stay
because
the
staff
was
so
friendly
and
because
it
is
one
of
the
last
family
and
locally-owned
hotels
in
Waikiki.
Even
when
the
elevator
was
out
for
repairs
on
the
day
I
arrived,
the
woman
at
the
front
desk
helped
carry
my
heavy
luggage
up
to
the
5th
floor.
The
location
of
the
hotel
is
extremely
convenient,
and
I
was
able
to
walk
to
the
beaches
and
the
Ala
Moana
shopping
center
in
under
30
minutes.
I'd
highly
recommend
this
hotel
for
someone
who
is
looking
for
convenience,
comfort,
and
reasonable
pricing.
