Great Subway alternative. They mostly do combos of basically any luncheon meat you could want. Nice variety of vegetables, including sprouts. Prices seem high but the sandwiches are huge. A half size usually lasts 2 lunches for me. Not too much seating if you want to eat in, but doable for groups of two or three. Staff is friendly and quick on sandwich making.

I was SO excited to get my sub (ordered delivery) that my mouth was watering as I opened the paper packaging. I bit into the first of 4 parts and noticed how much it tasted like straight up cheese. I feel like I got ripped off because there was barely any meat and veggies. They put in all the ingredients that I requested, but they definitely weren’t generous with them. Even subway gives more meat and vegetables. I was expecting a sub like Machete Sandwiches in Honolulu. Uber Eats asks you to pick 3 meats and I chose triple turkey. I was expecting one THICK sandwich, but this wasn’t the case. One slice came on each part (total 4), so I basically just tasted bread and cheese (they put the wrong cheese on, too. SMH). I was expecting a BIG sandwich with crunchy lettuce and thick bacon and turkey slices for days with generous amounts of vegetables to fill the bread. What I received was a big sandwich…if talking about bread alone. Overall, very disappointed and won’t order again.

The food is GREAT! No doubt about it. Made several order through food apps and food is always great. But lately they have made it more and more difficult to order online. Today they no longer appear on Grubhub although it's advertised on Google that they are on Grubhub. So we ordered through their new food delivery service. We waited for 2 hours to get the food and it never came. Tried to call the company but they don't answer the phone. Very disappointed. We have to leave now for an appointment. We hope we can get the money back through the delivery service. Will never order again now :(

The subs they offer are huge... hearty and full of treat ingredients. Half Sub is all you need unless you intend to share. They have named subs after Hawaii Lore and attractions. I have tried Hawaii 5-0 and the BJ pen. Can't wait to try more. The bread is fantastic. If your in Downtown and hunger for an awesome sub joint... Look no further Aloha Sub has the grinds and grub for you!!

It’s an OK sandwich spot- I don’t think they use fresh deli meats, just due to the fact that there’s no deli meat slicer. Not the fastest spot if you’re in a rush. Also I ordered sprouts and papaya seed dressing on the sandwich but were not on the sub, unfortunately. There was also green peppers on my sub, which I didn’t order. Very strange. Nothing special bread, just average meat- Overall just OK if you’re craving a sandwich downtown. Friendly staff.

I love the Kaiser sandwich. The dressing is great. The bread is fluffy. They usually have a special for chips and a drink. It’s so fulfilling that it’s $10 well spent.

Excellent quality subs! Their standout is the "Adam Sando" specialty sub. An overall exceptional alternative to Subway.

I usually order pastrami and I got roast beef instead. This has happened before but I still have faith that it will be the right order! Has anyone else had this happen to them? I paid the extra $1.50 fee to upgrade to pastrami and added gratuity as well.

I go to Aloha Subs pretty frequently for lunch. Their sandwiches are delicious. Just half a sub is about all I can eat, they are very filling because they don't skimp on the meat or the toppings. Bread is fresh and they make it quickly.

It's a cute little sandwich shop that know what it takes for a good sub. The dressing they put on their sandwiches is stellar! Diffinately worth your time if you are in the downtown business district part of Honolulu.

This place is next level, used to go there all the time until they changed it where you can’t park in front of the door. I drive a big truck so it makes it difficult. However, if I can find parking when I’m in the area I stop! One of the best sandwiches on the island.
