FRESH couldn't describe it better. You can seriously taste the freshness and quality of their ingredients. My family's personal favorite is the Turkey Pesto Sandwich! It's a perfect combination of turkey and pesto. They really do not skimp on the turkey, as well. In fact - they give a heaping serving of turkey. On top of that (literally) the croissant bread they use is so buttery and flakey - its really perfection in a sandwich. While it may look small - don't be deceived! They pack it on. That's true Aloha right there. Also, I've gotten the Portobello Mushroom sandwich which is my second favorite. "Yuck! Mushrooms!" is what one might say but noooo - you must try their Portobello Sandwich. It has a seriously beautiful marinade used within the sandwich that just makes it so tasty and refreshing. They use ciabatta bread, I think and its very appropriate. It is pretty satisfying but may not be quite as filling as the Turkey...for obvious reasons. The Turkey Pesto sandwich is about $10 - which is well worth it. The Portobello Mushroom sandwich is $11-12 (sorry I forgot-something like that). A little higher in price but still very satisfying!! Prices are around $10-15 for their menu items. Please do yourself a favor and support a true gem in Kakaako (amongst all the other overpriced eateries).

Great service, the associates were friendly and the food delicious. There is seating within the store and a few outside. It is an indoor plaza, small and quaint. Check the art out while you’re there!

Dropped in to try out Nalu Health Bar & Cafe down at Ward Village. Service was prompt and courteous. Cafe was clean, bright and extremely inviting. Today I tried the Greenery Fresh Made Juice made fresh with kale, spinach, cucumber, ginger, apple, celery and lemon. Nothing like freshly squeezed goodness to recharge and replenish your body. Juice was great tasting and well balanced. I’m glad I tried it today and will definitely be back again.

The food here is amazing! After eating heavy Hawaiian meals for a while, this sandwich spot is good for a change. Love the tuna avacado sandwich and the açaí bowl was very good. Parking in the ala Moana garage was expensive though. 6 dollars for 45 minutes

I finally understand why there is normally a crazy line out the door.. but lemme tell you, Nalu is so worth the wait. The ahi sandwich was full of flavor and the textures of the fresh veggies combined with the ciabatta just make it a perfect healthy lunch option! The staff is friendly and the service was pretty quick. I will absolutely be going back again!!

I’ve had juices, smoothies, and açaí bowls here that are always on point. When I need a good, protein packed meal, the ahi sandwich on gluten free bread is does it. The bread is locally made and dressing on the side salad is house made. The staff isn’t super friendly - somewhat cliché of a yogi, college age health bar. Plus, they’re always kinda busy. I suppose when you’re this healthy and good, you can afford to be meh.

They gave me the wrong order TWICE!! I ordered an ala moana bowl and they tried to give me the nalu bowl that they made earlier. The second time I ordered a roast beef sandwich and they didn’t make it! Other than that they have excellent food but terrible service.

During my stay on Oahu I went to all three Analí locations because of how delicious and fresh the food was and how consistently pleasant service was. Really great place for healthy, yummy food options!

I had acai bowl 4 times in other places in Honolulu. I think this place is the best . Especially the taste of acai was not that sweet. i liked that. It makes me taste authentic acai. I highly recommend this place. Don't miss it.

I really enjoyed my steak wrap; it was juicy and just so fresh! All the veggies were nice and crisp as well. Every ingredient complemented each other well in every bite. Seating was tight in the space so we sat outside of South Shore Market where there were ample, shaded tables. Look forward to coming back and trying more items!

If I could give customer service negative stars I would. I went in there to get a mango colada smoothie and what I got in return was a runny orange liquid. I asked him why it wasn’t thicker and he flamboyantly rolled his eyes and said I redo it. He puts it back and adds ice but it’s the same as before. I asked for a refund because I saw their wasn’t anyone competent here and they claimed not to know how to do a refund. I advised the girl to call someone. They eventually refunded it but were trying to withhold the tip I gave them. So many places here that makes smoothies and have better customer service. Train staff better and hold them accountable

After the gym I was hungry and decided to eat healthy food here)) I ordered a roast beef sandwich and a moana bowl (acai bowl). They serve salad with the sandwich, the lettuce was fresh and the sauce was sweet and sour. The acai bowl was sooo delicious🤤! I liked it all very much! The service is fast, the girls are very nice. I'll definitely be back!

I ordered ahead online and it was done in about 20 minutes. I arrived a couple minutes after it said my order was ready and it was pretty quick to pick it up. Unfortunately, I’m not sure if it wasn’t kept cold or what happened, but the açaí I had ordered was just liquid at the bottom. It was like eating fruit with juice under it. Thankfully though I also ordered their Turkey sub and that was definitely something I would go back for!

The taste of the combination of honey, granola and acai was so clean and tasty. Also bowl fruits are fresh and sweet! It gave me a good start to my day after running in this morning!

The most incredibly lacking customer service ever experienced in Hawaii. Walk in at 5:50pm, look at the menu and get in line. The group in front is taking their time with their order. Half of their group orders. It turns 6 and Nalu refuses to take the rest of the group's order and refuse to serve us. They say they close at 6. I say it would have been nice if they had said something while we were waiting in line. Their response is "our sign says that we are open 9-6, it's not my responsibility to make sure you know that. You can come back tomorrow when we are open." As if I would ever set foot in there again. Who treats customers like that?

Açai bowl is so well balanced. Texture is just right not too watery not to dense with ice! The amount of condiments balanced out spoon for spoon!

Yummy chai latte and avocado toast! Service was quick. There are two tables in their establishment to sit at. Also places around the complex to enjoy the meal as well. Only bummer is they stopped serving breakfast or egg items after 11:00. I ordered at 11:03 and missed it.

Put in a mobile order that claimed it would be ready in 20 minutes. Waited 30 minutes and still no food. Asked the workers who said they did not get my order. Showed them my text message and email. They still said they could not find my order, so they put in a rush order. This is the second time this happened. So upsetting.

I love Nalu Bar. It's my go2 wherever I get a chance to actually take a lunch. Healthy alternative to fast food. Yeah, it's a bit of a wait but we'll worth it. Only downside is there isn't much seating room but there are some spots outside to sit and eat your meal.

Excellent place! My wife and I loved it. The breakfast wrap was amazing, and their açaí bowls are very good. Their prices are also very accessible. Amazing place. Look forward to coming again.
