Absolutely loved it and had a blast. They have professional photographers on site to catch the amazing view of you and your loved ones. The explanation of culture is awesome. It doesn't get much more welcoming than this. The meal is unreal the traditional cooked pig In the ground, I can't even begin to describe how good that was. They have quite a few activities around that you can try out as well. The end of it was fantastic. The music, the dancing and the overall warming feeling you get from just being there is amazing. I would certainly recommend this to anyone who is looking for something to do in the evening.

Great shows(especially the fire show) we took the deluxe luau package on valentine’s day and they had table service. Brought food and drinks to the table along with dessert. As souvenirs, we got a couple of pictures that we took at the entrance, two insulated mugs and complimentary leis and drinks. The dinner itself was just above average, nothing special. While I definitely loved this place and the traditional Hawaiian experience I don’t think the price is justified, could be less expensive. Definitely buy your tickets in advance, they’re always sooo booked!

We were a party of 7; 2 handicapped senior citizens, and a family of 5 with 3 kids (18, 14, 9). Everyone enjoyed everything. We were in the Deluxe seating. We sat up close to the stage, was fed first and got money for the gift shop. Our server brought out our food which was good because our parents didn't have to worry about walking or standing in the lines. We missed the hustle and bustle. The food was delicious. There were enough portions to satisfy you. The dances were entertaining and had some history. The fire dancer was my son's favorite. The male and female dancers were very skilled with their craft of knowing the dances from the Polynesian Islands. Before the show they have several areas set up for pictures and one with parrots. There is canoe rides, spear throwing, bowling, gift shop, and other activities. Highly recommended.

Got the orchid package and absolutely loved it! Arrived at check-in time and once we entered, there was so much to do!l. Loved the show, music, hula dancing, food, drinks, and on site vendors. The staff was all kind and courteous. Food was buffet style for this package, but all of it was good! Views are breathtaking and timing of events lines up perfectly with the sunset. Would recommend to anyone wanting to attend a luau!

A great experience, far away from Honolulu. Let the bus take you there. You will enjoy the entertainment and the great food as the luau has so much to offer. I celebrated an early birthday by going there. It's well worth the price.

This is the best Luau in Hawaii. We have visited this location ten years ago and return again to celebrate my wife’s birthday. This luau is fantastic as it feels most authentic to Hawaiian culture. From the music and live entertainment to the food everything is fantastic. Book ahead to make sure to get I . We were very fortunate this time as we waited to long to book ahead and they were sold out for the day we wanted. Fortunately we called and they were able to squeeze us in. The side table are an OK view but the center is the best location. I highly recommend taking the photo with the photographer for $20 each print.. We took three photos and all were fantastic and I had to buy them all. This is a must visit when in Hawaii. You won’t be disappointed.

Parking: Park at the Paradise Cove parking lot. You will see a parking security but go in and you will be guided into the lot. You do not have to pay for parking. Check in: you do have to check in. You (and your group) will get stickers depending on the type of seats you have. The entire Luau was amazing. Pictures and videos do it no justice! You HAVE to be there in person to experience it. This is an amazing show. Food was excellent as it is buffet style setting. The employees are very nice and welcoming. There are several things you can do between the time you enter and when the show starts, Hawaiian bowling, pictures, canoeing, arm painting, drinks, and more! Highly recommend coming here as the show was just amazing and the views are brutally fantastic. Glad we got to experience it!

First time to Oahu, and a luau. Everything was great!! At 72 years old, I got a temporary tattoo. I told the gentleman to pick out a design. He did a beautiful flower. Food was delicious!! Only had one problem, with the people next to me, because of the way they (we) were sitting, I couldn't see a lot of the performers. It was still great. Thank you so much for sharing a part of your culture with us. Again, it was Great!

We had the most amazing time at the Paradise Cove in Hawaii. This is like one of those bucket list items; especially being in the presence of this beautiful environment. The staff was incredible. The weather was blazing hot and the animals were so refreshing to see and watch as a family. With so many experiences from the Paradise Cove journey there are so many things I can say about this family trip, but I will allow some of the pictures to speak for themselves. It's amazing how this place called, "Paradise" can bring another level of life appreciation. Between the animals, beautiful contrast of the water and nature it just puts you into a place of serenity. This was absolutely one of those things in your life that you never forget and will always look back. I'm just so appreciative for the chance to visit something with such beauty and those responsible for having a place like this. Highly recommended. Staff is top notch.

This is behind the restaurant there's a Beach that is very limited parking about 10 parking spots so the early the better if you don't want to wait to get in here or you can drive down to lagoon #4 and there are about 60 spots or so but then you will have to walk all the way down here to get to this location. To get secret Beach you will have to Walk over about 50 or 60 Boulder size rocks. So swimming shoes will be very helpful here. This Beach is very small and secluded. We love coming here to relax and get away from the crowds and to snorkel there are a lot of beautiful fish here to see and it is all free to do. I hope this helps you out and have a great day.

GO!! I researched a lot before getting my tickets. And it’s worth every penny! Oh, don’t hesitate to purchase the transportation package, it’s a great warm-up for the luau. You’ll have fun, meet people and learn about Hawaiian culture. Our guide, Nui was amazing! Very knowledgeable, resourceful, and fun. Once you arrive at Paradise Cove, there are free activities before dinner and the main show. That includes arts and crafts, games, canoe trips, etc. the buffet is great and the lines move quickly, the bar is big but the lines are never-ending (the only downside). Last but not least, the main show is mesmerizing!!

This is our 5th luau on the island and it is, hands down, the best, stand alone, luau on Oahu! Get there before the doors open because you won't want to miss a moment of the fun inside! My only critique is the luau seating. The tables on the side are angled in just a way that if the person in front of you is your height or taller, you cannot see through them. Plan on extra money to buy the photos at the end. It's not the traditional luau photo that you are "kindly forced" to take... they have professionals placed near the sea where you can get sunset photos at your own pace, if you want. And they are all fantastic!

Loved this place! Great for a sunset view. Be sure to go and enter right on time so you have time to explore before everything starts. It was raining and they handed out free ponchos. The food was amazing. Interactive shows and a great time. We had a party of 36.

A great experience! Started with a welcome drink and lei, then got the chance to wander to activities like throwing spears, flower bracelet craft, the market, and the drink and snack bar. The Luau was tasteful, well staffed, and really was beautiful and authentic. We had buffet dinner that was delicious! And the dancing was so talented - what especially amazes me is the fire dancers! The stage leads were engaging and got the audience involved in fun ways! Would recommend !

The whole experience was awesome. The dancers and Hawaiian singers and fire dancers was Awesome. One of the dancers looked just like 'The Rock'. I would definitely recommend this show. Food was great. Bring a light sweater because it is on a beach front area and when the sun goes down you get just a little chilly.

Luau at Paradise Cove was great. As expected, a good show of Polynesian entertainment (dance and music, fire dancers); lovely setting. Food was good and very generous portions. We did the deluxe package and enjoyed early and preferred entry and seating, photos, and table service. Thanks Rhonda for great service. If a luau is one of those things you just have to do in Hawaii, you should certainly do it here!

Fantastic Luau, Great food, and a really great overall time! Beautiful sunset pictures and potent Mai Tai's! Very fun show! Easy to catch shuttles from Waikiki with great hosts - Cousin T needs a raise, an absolute delight as a host and a fantastic sense of humour. Honors veterans, first responders, and love birds at the end of the show. 10/10

Last day of our 8 day 17-year anniversary, and we couldn't think of a better way to celebrate us. Paradise cove had come already highly recommended, and we really were looking for that true Hawaiian experience. This adventure was not disappointing! There are three packages you can choose from, we chose the middle package, the Hawaiian, the Orchard and the Deluxe. There are some differences on the packages, but the Orchard package was the best deal. The food, fellowship and show were amazing, and you just can't beat the location. It was the best last night of a vacation that we've had. I highly recommend this particular luau for its value and all it delivers for the price. If you found this review helpful, please click like

The show was ok. The fire chiefs were really good. The food was awful and cold. For what we paid I expected much better. (5 people at over $200 each). The views over the ocean are amazing but you can see these anywhere in Hawaii. It was advertised as 4 hours. The first 2 hours is just waiting then come in and give them more money for everything. Then the food comes. Very bland and cold. Then the show starts. See above. Would not repeat or recommend. There are many other luaus around Hawaii that are just as good and much cheaper.

Absolutely wonderful! We booked the Deluxe package and had front row seats to the show which was awesome. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot. . The dancers were fantastic and the fire eaters were amazing. Food was excellent and there were several fun activities available before the show like flower lei bracelets, canoe rides, etc. and the location can’t be beat - absolutely gorgeous ocean views particularly at sunset. Would highly recommend!

I have so much greatness to say about this experience my husband and I had. They had activity for all ages. Shops to buy your gifts. Photo Booth area , the Luau was so amazing from our service Mrs. Ruth showing us around, treating us like family Uhana. This whole experience was part of my bucket list .. I’m still in disbelief I was in Hawaii

The Paradise Cove Luau was a lovely venue. The buffet meal was okay and you could eat as much as you wanted. The main stage shows were good, especially the fire dancer. There are different levels of tickets, we did the mid-range meal and seating with pickup and return to our hotel (200.00 per person). Our seats were nice and we could see everything. Our driver and escort for the event were both very nice.

The bus was late so I was a little worried however when it showed up the party started immediately. Cousin Louie was the best pre and post game warm up she knew just what everyone needed. The food was great the show was amazing and the unleaded drinks were just as good as the leaded drinks.

It’s definitely family oriented and so much fun! They had an activity table for the kids, a gift shop that wasn’t over priced, they taught us how to put on the skirts they had and the food was so good. They have options for people who don’t eat mean which I really appreciated and it was all you can eat. I would definitely say it’s a must do if your visiting the island!

So much fun and lots of activities for a family. Spear throwing, tattoos, lei making, professional photos, and other fun activities were a surprise and we loved it. The food and show were great. Our family loved it. The entertainment is a little long and we got tired and ready to go before it ended but when the fire thrower came on stage we woke up! Wear flip flops, the whole thing is on a sandy beach front. We purchased the deluxe ticket so we had table service. I don’t know how the buffet went but there were a lot of people there so I’m glad we had table service.

This was such a great experience! Cousin Flo (our bus tour guide) was making us laugh the entire trip and made us feel like a true ohana on board. The food was pretty decent, but not too exciting for me as I am vegetarian. The meat-eaters in my family loved it!!! The show was hands down the best part of the entire experience. It had hula, cultural information, ancient stories, and even fire dancing. Overall, this was AWESOME! There were many activities such as bowling, spear throwing, a short canoe ride, professional pictures, and learning a short hula dance. The only critique I have is they attempt to divide everyone into different groups so each group can complete one section of activities. This seemed extremely rushed and we weren't given a time-frame of how long we had so we didn't get to complete all the activities. It would be more beneficial to be given an estimated time we had before we had to switch activities so we could make more use of our time. I'm sure this Luau was negatively affected by COVID, but they are doing a decent job at trying to figure out how to cope with it.

This was amazing. I was impressed that they use a big coach bus vs a trolley style shuttle (Money well spent on the transportation). Arrived without much extra time due to rush hour traffic. They have hawaiian "bowling", spear throwing, canoeing, LG parrots to get your picture with. An intro hula and explanation about the pig in the pit. The show was informative and entertaining. The food was delicious. The Poi was....Poi. Now, our guide on the bus to and from was "Cousin Mo", He was exhaustingly funny. It was like a whole other show (Money well spent on the shuttle). This adventure topped off our stay and made our last night so memorable. Thanks Paradise Cove Luau, Cousin Mo, and Capt. Raymond. You all rocked it!!!

We had a wonderful time. This luau is very interactive, a handful of Hawaiian games, gift shops, and photo booths to try. The food was delicious and is a buffet style. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Everyone loved the dancing and fire show! Professional, well organized, and lovely atmosphere!

I really liked it. my husband and I went to celebrate our honeymoon, but we didn't have time to go to at least half of the activities that have before the show. We got the tickets 2 weeks in advance. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Everything was good but I would like to have the time to do more activities.

We just took the bare minimum package and all you don’t get is a flower Leia but a small shell Leia instead, if you buy the largest package then you get to sit at the front of the stage or in a shelter parallel to the stage. We got cards worth $32 in all for either drinks or souvenirs. There were three main events, learning how to wear and tie a pa’u and a malo, secondly it was a person climbing a tree and then threw flower blossoms down on the crowd, and the last main even is them taking the pig out of the ground oven. The food was good for a buffet style meal, then we had fire dances that were great and other dances on stage for in all about an hour and they also brought some people up on stage to teach them to dance and then brought almost everyone on stage to dance. It was a good experience, if you haven’t done it before I would suggest to do it but I personally wouldn’t do it again now that I already have. It took from 5pm-8:15pm in total.

This luau is great as it is not only a show but other activities to do here. Tattoo painting, flower bracelet making, hula lessons, sunset photo, photo with tropical birds, tree climbing show and more. It is a large area and the views are amazing particularly with the sunset in the background. This venue accommodates more than 200 people and it does not feel crowded. We were staying in Waikiki so it is a long drive there, approximately 45 mins but we had a funny guide on the shuttle bus. I would definitely recommend this luau compared to others and the value for money is also very good.

  • 3/5 Minsu P. 6 months ago on Google
It was okay. All the dances and fire shows were great. Activities were fun enough. Food was okay, but not great. It tasted like some cheap old country buffett type of food. They are trying so hard to make the deluxe package worth the expensive price that it makes everyone else feel almost like we didn't pay for the event. You HAVE TO wait until all deluxe participants to get their food. So for 20-30 minutes or so about 60% of the participants were sitting down staring at all the people with deluxe sticker filling up their dishes. Check in time is not entry time. After check in, you will have to wait for an hour or so to get in. Which was very frustrating for me since we skipped lunch to be there on time.

  • 4/5 Emily Z. 5 months ago on Google
I had a great time! It was such a beautiful place and had lots of fun activities to do! They also had lots of souvenirs to choose from at the store. The food was just ok and it took about 30 minutes in line to get drinks. The show itself was very entertaining! And the sunset was absolutely stunning! I'm glad we got the chance to visit!

  • 5/5 Heidi B. 10 months ago on Google
It wasn't cheap to attend, but I'm glad we did. The entire event was amazing from start to finish. I enjoyed the food, the culture, and all of the entertainment. The bathrooms were very clean and the grounds were well maintained. My only complaint was that some of the staff overseeing the spear-throwing section were rude to guests, but I can't entirely blame them since so many failed to follow simple instructions. I'd love to come back again someday.

  • 5/5 Robin O. 5 months ago on Google
What a wonderful experience! From the minute we were picked up by the bus till we were dropped off, it was total entertainment! (We paid extra for transportation & didn't know that would be one of the highlights of the evening. 5 stars to our bus host Cece!!! She was so funny & witty, she had us crying laughing! We were most impressed that she learned all 50 guests names on that bus and checked on us all night by name!) At the luau, it starts w activities that had us feeling like kids at summer camp, it was so fun. The food was great, we loved the pork! My husband said the fish was delicious. And the show was beautiful....fire dancers were on point! The location was a stunning backdrop. We purchased the least expensive ticket and our seats were just fine. I didn't think anything about waiting on others to eat first, I just timed a bathroom break during that time. Thanks for the memories Paradise Cove!

  • 4/5 john l. 11 months ago on Google
Overall, I had a good experience with good food at this establishment. The staff was very friendly, and the drink service was very fast. The performance was better than most shows I’ve seen, but it was also a bit drawn out. I think it would have been more enjoyable if the show had started with dinner service. While other shows were around 2 hours, this one was around 4 hours, so if you're looking for length for your money, this is the one to choose.

Oahu -Paradise cove luau on the beach was amazing and such a beautiful view with sunset our family wore matching outfits (all 9 of us) purchased at the swap meet Luau package (several options)- We purchased the orchid package with Rountrip transportation included. Pick up/ drop off depends on resort you are staying at or you can call Paradise Cove Luau Orchid package $16 (adult) paradise cove card $12 (youth) you can use to spend on photos/ drinks / soda, alcohol and blended drinks. Even use at their marketplace for souvenirs and snacks Received a fresh orchid lei upon arrival (orchid package) Beverage Mai tai (alcohol) fruit punch (non alcohol) Given an hour or so to shop and check out the festivities which included lei making, 2 minutes canoe ride (tips preferred), photo with parrot and back drop, photo with ocean background, professional dancer tree climber tossing fresh flowers, Polynesian temporary tattoo, pig ceremony and best of all the buffet. Authentic Hawaiian cuisine and desserts. Free water and coffee Luau presented many dances from around the islands. We had a great view of the stage and the performance shows. [The only downfall was the lighting. It was like a red/ orange light definitely Not the best when recording and taking videos ]One of my Favorite parts was the fire dance by one of champion Chief Uni. They had Audience participation and couples moonlight dancing. We had the opportunity to take our own photos with the sunset background. They came out amazing. The weather was perfect, not too hot and not windy. it’s entirety lasts about 6 hours with to and from transportation. At the end of the luau we got back on our assigned bus. Our host acknowledged all the celebrations such as anniversaries and birthdays. Big Shout out to Mo -aka Sexy, Our host on the bus, who was also helping us on the island at the Luau. Very funny, knowledgeable and ENTERTAINING! Highly recommend Paradise Cove Luau Mahalo

We enjoyed the Paradise Cove luau. The entertainment was great and the food was much better than expected. We purchased the more expensive tickets, so we had better seats in the front and table service instead of buffet. The tables are really narrow and seat 16. The chairs aren't very comfortable. The tables and chairs are the only part we didn't like. Our server Dayzina did an excellent job of bringing plates of food filled with a large variety of food. She also brought us our free photo we had taken when we arrived. The entertainment part of the evening was very good. Before dinner there were several activities. The property is in a beautiful location on a beach.

Wow!!! Wonderful experience. Although crowded, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Paradise Cove. Choose Paradise Cove over other Oahu luaus because of its location right on the ocean and I am glad I did. Beautiful sunset! I would definitely advise everyone to arrive as soon a gates open for better seating in your seating category and to experience the other pre-show entertainment/festivities.

This was such a wonderful experience! The food was pretty good, the hospitality crew were nice and helpful, and the backdrop of the open ocean made the experience even more spectacular! There were things to do and places to shop before dinner. The seating arrangements were crammed, but we had a very good view of the stage and performances. The PC singers and dancers were fabulous and all so talented!

We took the plunge in booking the Deluxe Luau package with transportation for our family of 3 and it is a pretty penny for sure! We figured we would only want to experience one luau, when we do return to Hawaii (we are in love!) so might as well do it right and get the full luxurious experience. We rationalized that going for Deluxe made sense as we would get a prime view of the show and also did not have to contend with the buffet lines (we have a toddler so the less waiting, the better!). We had priority arrival off of coach bus, greetings with leis and mai tais, shown to our seats and then wandered around. We used up the value of our 3 cove cards at the gift shop and got some nice souvenirs. It is a pretty large luau (as expected as I had researched in advance) so there were long line-ups for tattoos, photos with parrots, etc. We weren’t interested anyway so it did not bother us. We used the free time before the luau to take countless gorgeous sunset family and portrait photos, watch the various mini demonstrations and enjoy ourselves. The meal was pretty good, huge portions for us as we received table service; seconds were offered but we could not even finish our plates. The main show itself was spectacular! The fire knife dances were stunning, such a remarkable show of athleticism and skill. We love our souvenir arrival photo and souvenir cooler bag as well. We were thoroughly entertained all evening and would highly recommend it.
