Watch your belongings after housekeeping comes in if you are out. We had something come up missing. We did not take the item out of the room. 3 of us searched high and low in the room and the item is gone. I called so many times to follow up. I think someone stole it or threw it away.

Amazing arrival. We were greeted immediately by the valet staff, walked us into the lounge area and assured us that our luggage would be right up. After the amazing check-in, she walked up up to our suite and gave us a tour. Only down fall here is that there was NO adult entertainment. Maybe a bar for the adults would be good. Overall, this place is clean, staff is very friendly and safe for the kids. I would totally stay here again!

Lovely and roomy two bedroom condo overlooking the water with a full kitchen (including rice cooker), laundry machine and dryers. Friendly staff. Great for families ☺️ and right in the heart of Waikiki on the strip overlooking the ocean and beaches .. ideal for families, safe and leisurely beach protected by breaks and shallow clear water so your kids can swim while you relax and not worry they will drift into the ocean 😂.

I travel probably 2-3 times a year and I have never stayed at a better hotel. The entire property is gorgeous and the view is stunning. The tvs come with a ps4 and you can get movies for it for FREE! The staff are so incredibly friendly and hilarious. Valet is so quick and easy, and they even have brought up our groceries for us! The cleaners are fantastic as well, very respectful and so speedy while doing a wonderful job. The bathrooms were spotless and I was very impressed with the lighting which is great for me because I do a lot of makeup. If you’re considering staying here I can not vouch for this place enough!

Our 2bdrm Ocean View suite was phenomenal! Perfect location! We had VIP seating every evening to watch the sunset. It was unforgettable! The staff was superbly attentive and we literally felt at home. We will definitely come back again!

I am very disappointed with my stay at beach tower. For $1000 a night, you are best bringing your money elsewhere. The lobby is full of construction, they charge fees for everything from WIFI to "free parking". For anyone visiting Waikiki, I recommend staying far from beach tower.

I would give 6 stars in customer service and location if I could. Truly world-class customer service. This hotel should set the standard for how the hotel and hospitality industry should be, in regards to customer service. Rooms are really spacious. 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The master bath has a king bed and balcony access. The other room has 2 double beds, big enough to sleep many adults. I am 6'2" and fit just fine. Master bath has a really big closet and a washer/dryer in the bedroom. Kitchen in large enough to cook and comes with everything you need to do so. Dining room table is pretty good size and the living room has a nice sleepette that can sleep an additional 2 people if you wish. Comfortably, 5 to 6 people can stay in each room. Tip, all rooms are the same in the hotel. The difference in price is how high do you want your room in the building. Premium is more than oceanfront, and penthouse is the highest. Oceanfront is floors 24 or lower. Premium is floors 36 and lower. The penthouse is the very top. Hitel is literally right accross the street from the beach. Have fun in Hawaii!! Mahalo.

This hotel was amazing. The service was stellar. They greeted us happily every single time we went by. Any request we had they fulfilled quickly. It was right across the street from the beach and had great views from our 16th floor room. The room was very nice with comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and 2 full baths. They also had maid service every day. They did have classes for Hulu, ukulele, Lei making and yoga but we were not able to make it to any of them (there was only 1 time each week for each class and we were out for each of them).

This has probably been the first hotel that I've stayed at in my entire life where I've been treated as a person vs another number. The staff is extremely nice and very very helpful. And they are very caring about our experience and living at their location. The rooms SUPER SUPER CLEAN!!! with many perks such as free movie rentals use of the gym and pool! >which are all very clean!!. The beach is legit 1 min walk away. I've definitely enjoyed my stay here with customarily house keeping. I recommend the Aston Waikiki Beach tower to everyone. It's money well spent!

Great rooms - really clean! We loved our stay. The only down side is when we checked in we were told we could check out a little later 1pm instead of 11am. But when I called this morning they told me this isn’t the case. Now we have to make completely different arrangements - could have been avoided if we weren’t told wrongly.

Just finished up a weeks stay at the Aston Waikiki Beach Towers. We had an excellent time. The visited started wonderfully with the valet staff greeting us with Leis and the hotel staff greeting us with juice and water bottles. We received a refreshing cool towel that helped to take away some of our travel weary. The desk staff took the time to ensure we had everything we needed and recommended some activities for the family. During the week we were always greeted warmly by the staff with a hello or Aloha! I would stay here in a heartbeat. So happy with this property and the staff. The entire property was kept neat and clean everything was well kept up and in its place. The view from our room on the 18th floor was a beautiful panorama of Waikiki beach. The rooms were plenty large to sleep our six person family. Very happy stay in Waikiki.

We stayed here for a week in October, 2023. We had a wonderful stay. We paid extra for a premium oceanfront room. We got a room on the 30th floor with a view of the beach, Waikiki and Diamond Head. Beautiful views. Nice to be a little higher up to be a little quieter. Daily maid service with fresh towels was very nice. Washer & dryer was a big help. Valet parking of one vehicle included in our rate was a nice perk. Amenities include free adult admission to the Bishop Museum and the Honolulu Museum of Art - just show room key - all adults in our room were free. Robes, slippers, beach/pool towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, salt & pepper, regular & decaf coffee, green & earl grey teas were all were provided. All employees we encountered were very friendly. They printed a confirmation for me while we were there. We didn't use concierge service but it is available and they did reach out to see if we needed anything. Very glad we chose to stay here.

The hotel apartments are directly across from Waikiki Beach. The accommodation units are not cheap, but they are perfectly located. The apartment was spacious, very clean and everything you needed was there. The kitchen had everything you would need for a short stay and the view of the surfers on Waikiki Beach while cooking is pretty cool. The valet parking service is particularly convenient, as there are only a few parking spaces in this lively district of Honolulu.

The hotel has an exceptional service, fantastic staff, and a perfect location. The rooms are large and tidy. The kitchen is large and we'll equipped, it even had a blender. The only thing that could be better is the AC situation, it's so old that is a bit noisy and hard to set to the right temperature.

Two bath was a shower in one bath and a tub, no shower in other. Kitchen was ok but not greatest set up. If you're paying BIG BUCKS you should have good utensils. No smoking areas, only on side walks! Big $$ average hotel!

It's going to be hard to leave here. The staff is so pleasant and accommodating. The view is incredible and our room is amazing. Our family moved right in and feel completely at home here. The beach is just steps away from the tower and this resort has really thought of every little detail to make an memorable experience.

Absolute luxury! Free valet parking was a huge bonus. Excellent reception and housekeeping. Rooms were exceptional and so was the view. We stayed 5 nights in Premium Oceanfront, level 32. We will be back!!

We had an amazing time here. The lobby was under construction when we were there, however we still had exceptional service. The front desk staff were so nice, accommodating, and helpful. The valet service staff were amazing. Thank you to the cleaning staff as well! We came back to a tidy condo every time. The location is perfect, right across from the beach. The condos are pretty new too. We loved the kitchen and how the patio doors open up allowing indoor/outdoor living. The best part was the view! Waking up to the beautiful blue Waikiki ocean was the highlight. Watching the surfers at dawn and dusk, amazing. We will definitely be coming back!

Our 2nd time staying here back to back..great convenient location, you can just cross the road to be at the beach and at the end where it's not overcrowded. It's still Waikiki, but end of the strip which is nice. Highly recommend, lovely valet staff as well, very helpful and always happy. Will be back!

Family trip! It was fantastic! First day Lyneth helped us! She's explain to us every information and also super warm welcoming! She took care of us whole travel time! We booked a cruise dinner for our parents' 40th anniversary 1weeks ago but it was canceled all of a sudden, but Lyneth recommended it as a restaurant, so we could book it right away and have a great time. Thank you so much! Salamat! And also there is kitchen,washer,dryer! It was super convenient! And pretty close the waikiki beach! And no parking fee! It was so nice experience! I think all hotels should see and learn here. What welcoming is, what service is! Thank you for making super great memory in Hawaii!

Wonderful suites for the family 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms a huge balcony with a bar connecting the kitchen. All appliances including rice cooker and don’t buy coffee they will refill everyday. Super clean. Downstairs they have a MCDonalds and plenty stores and restaurants.Staff is super friendly we forgot to buy salt and pepper and the receptionist gave it to us. Right in front of Waikiki beach.

Our room was amazing with an ocean front view! Literally steps from Waikiki Beach! The staff was friendly and accommodating. My only real negative was that the air conditioning did not work well in the main bedroom.

This place is perfect for a family vacation. Right across the street from the beach(great view) close to attractions, condo styled living(2 bedrooms), staff was extremely helpful and happy, everything was clean. I will definitely stay here again!

I just enjoyed my stay for 10 days in Honolulu was just like a movie first I just couldn't believe I was in Hawaii, but the Hotel was just so wonderful, if I ever go back there is where i will stay again. The pool was just wonderful.

Great and very friendly staff, the valet parking is free and very fast. All of the rooms face right towards the beach with spectacular views. No room cant see the beach every single room has a view.

Oceanside view rooms are amazing we all loved going out on the balcony and enjoying the weather and view. The staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. It is just a short walk across the street and your at the beach.

It was such a great experience staying here. From the Valet to front desk concierge, to the housekeepers. Everybody was friendly and very welcoming. We traveled with two toddlers and they felt right at home in the unit we got. Beautiful views of the Waikiki beach as well as Diamond Head on the left. Never missed a sunset from our view. Loved this place and would definitely rebook when we come back

We stayed 8 days in an ocean front condo on the 16th floor. Sublime. Condo was clean and well appointed, beds were comfortable, everything worked perfectly. The staff were professional and welcoming without intruding. Clean well maintained property perfect for a family vacation.
