Decent location and relatively safe area at an affordable cost gives this place its stars. It loses them from its incredibly rude security / front desk staff who were cold and showed no help when we were having difficulties with our check in process, were resistant to give information, barely give even a smile every time you walk by and aren’t at all approachable. The building too is quite dated and needs a lot of work - but overall the facilities like sauna pool BBQ and car parking is are useful in a relatively central Waikiki location.

This was a good place to stay in Waikiki. Many food and entertainment options are in easy walking distance. Free parking was available for me thru my Airbnb. In general it was a clean and well maintained building...but I would expect some bugs to make it into your room, as we had a couple that needed removal during our week stay. Pool and jacuzzi were nice. Fitness area looked small but they had several cardio machines and weight machine.

It's nice but it's an interesting mix there's apartments and hotel rentals all mixed together. buildings decent not like the hotels on the beach but not as bad as some of the apartment buildings in Waikiki

Nice place, pool was good, but the establishment had Roaches. Also, water was leaking onto my balcony from the A/C the entire stay. It's located in a good location, walking distance to a lot of shops. Lastly, the property is a hotel, Air B&B and private residence. I will only stay here if I know they have resolved the roach issues.

The food was very good and the staff was friendly. The portions were great and the prices were reasonable, that's hard to find here in Waikiki

Drop off passenger parking is limited most taxis put their hazards on and saddle the curb be careful when exiting the car if you're a passenger or driver. Reception staff really nice and helpful

Beautiful location with great views. The penthouse studio is perfectly sized and the kitchen has the essentials, plus a few extras (drive cooker, steamer, kettle, blender, etc). Fairly quiet and very comfortable. There is a great little deli/restaurant in the lobby. Highly recommend!

Very nice pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Condo I saw had a nice view but I didn't like it for living, just vacationing. Not on the best street in Waikiki, could be disturbing at night to walk for visitors.

Very pleased. It shows it's age but people go out of the way to give you great service. Location in heart of city with views and access to golf course, Diamond Head, and surfers every morning. Forty Niners restaurant delicious!

I stayed in a hotel room there 2 nights, and it was nice!!! Just the parking lot attendants tried to rip me off saying I didn't pay for my parking!!!! I'll be back but maybe I'll just park on the street l.

This is a vacation condo rental. The room is good, the bathroom is small. The space has a kitchenette with 2 hot plates, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster which is perfect for making easy breakfasts and lunches. Ate dinner out during our stay. Centrally located a couple blocks from a grocery store, restaurants, ABC store, etc.

Easy access to everything. Only hassle is the elevator. You have to use two elevators to get to parking and to the main building itself. Other than that everything was πŸ‘.

I booked a nice little studio here on AirBnB. It was clean and had a fully equipped kitchen. The highlight of my stay was our cozy balcony and waking up to the sunrise facing the Ala Wai Canal. Check-in is super easy but, unfortunately, most of the elevators were down our entire stay. The lobby is beautiful and has a great breakfast spot called Forty Niner Waikiki.

Great pool, condos well kept, great views and very secured building.

We arrived Friday late afternoon and immediately noticed velcro backing on the walls where it appeared wall hangings were missing which gave the room a very run down look (definitely not as nice as the photos). Saturday we found that the refrigerator/freezer was not working (lights all came on but no cooling), thus causing us to lose the food we stored in the refrigerator. Tried to get the check in people to get a repair going, but they told us we had to contact the company (Lei Realty) and did not receive an answer until Monday morning. Finally Tuesday afternoon, they replaced the refrigerator (we were leaving Friday, so half of our visit we had no refrigerator). Requested some compensation since we were not getting what we paid for and to help cover the spoiled food, and still no answer. Two weeks later, we are still waiting on our damage deposit to be refunded as we left the room clean and damage free (we have before and after videos). I don't think we will be staying at any Lei Realty properties ever again.

Because it's a Condo/Hotel, the quality, price, and type of rooms can vary greatly, but you can do your own comparison shopping. There's a great pool and hot tub but they close way too early (9PM) on the weekends, especially for being on such a busy and noisy street. If you're in your room on a Friday you may be able to see the fireworks, but it's nearby enough you could walk and see them much closer.

We stayed here last year as well. We enjoy how it's pretty central and easy to access everywhere around Waikiki. The room we stayed at is nice as comfy. The biggest issue we have is the trashshute. It stinks. It smells horrible in the hallway and during certain hours of the day it even smells in the room.

Location is the best for sightseeing all around Waikiki, 5 minutes walking to famous beach. Bad one point, it has the huge wind noise during your stay in case of strong wind day.

La cucarachas infest the whole island so not really against this place in specific.

Nice place, however, it does seems to be extremely tourist heavy. Seems to be used for a lot of RBNB's

An amazing multi-purpose building. My brother and sister-in-law lived here for 2.5 years and loved it

What a view! This is why I booked here. The bed is comfy, people are helpful and friendly. Home itself has simple basics, but served its purpose. Great location for walking as well.

Good place. Locals keep supporting our "Ohana" businesses. 10 stars

Vrbo rental. Very tiny, like most living space in Hawaii. Good location for Waikiki. My daughters and I could walk to the beach for coffee before the sun was up fully. Lots of options for restaurants, chain shopping stores, and kitsch. The elevators can be a pain but everyone is in the same boat so not an unpleasant experience. Just remember to leave a few minutes early if you have a deadline. Definitely not a four star hotel experience but not horrible. Served it's purpose.
