Sorry for the late review, but this is it. We were very blessed and thankful to be part of the Wedding Ring Shop. First of all, we are very happy to work with Chanel, she’s the best!!! Very accommodating and patient with our purchased. She took all of our idea on what we wanted & gave us unlimited engagement ring options and she recommended us trying some wedding bands too. We are glad that we found the rings that my fiancé & I loved. She helped us customize it too. The atmosphere in the shop is very nice too, no pressure on picking the rings we had. We are looking forward on working with Chanel and the wedding ring shop in the future.

I am so grateful for Jeanette. She guided Eric to the most perfect ring I could every imagine. The day after my engagement, we went in and checked if I needed to have my ring resized. She suggested to wait about a couple weeks and see how it feels and if it feels that it can slip off easily - then to bring it in to have it resized. She did assist us with getting me on schedule just in case. During our visit - she did have my ring cleaned and it looked brighter then ever. She did also mention about a giveaway that they were having so her and her team assisted me with trying on other pieces from the Vela collection. STUNNING!!!! Lorah Ashley helped my fiancé design the ring of my dreams! It's been two years and I still catch myself staring at it and feeling soo lucky! My hubs said he had a great experience during the ring design phase as he was treated with respect, patience, and understanding of his goals and finances. Later we were able to design HIS ring and engrave my fingerprint inside. So special. I still go in frequently to visit and get my ring cleaned (free!). This is the second time I’ve gotten an engagement ring from The Wedding Ring Shop and this experience was even better than the first! When we arrived, we knew exactly which ring we wanted from the Hearts on Fire Collection, the Delight Lady Di ring to be exact (my first ring was the Lady Di so it was time for an upgrade *wink wink*). Fe was our jeweler and she was fabulous! She was warm and friendly and even took the time to get to know us on a personal level. Fe and her coworkers allowed our 4-year-old daughter to get in on the fun and she was able to try on rings to help Mommy and a daddy choose wedding bands. Our daughter had so much fun she keeps asking “when can I get married?!” I was pregnant at the time and Fe knew that there was concerns about pregnancy swelling so she helped me find a fit I was comfortable with. I'm happy to say that I was able to wear the ring for the duration of my pregnancy and 6 months postpartum, it still fits perfectly! When choosing our bands, I went with a Noam Carver band to match the pointed part of my snowflake shaped engagement ring. Everywhere I go people always compliment my rings…they pair beautifully together. Justin went with the Bleu Royale brand for his band and sports band. He absolutely loves his ring and was so excited that he wanted to wear it before the big day. As much as Justin wanted everything to be a surprise, he also wanted me to LOVE the ring I'd be wearing for the rest of my life which is why he asked for my input on everything from the style to the actual center stone diamond itself. Choosing the specific diamond was something that I didn't get to experience the first time around so it definitely made this an even more memorable moment. Fe took the time to show us multiple diamonds of different qualities and we pretty much knew right off the bat which one we liked best. It was exciting comparing the one we selected to the others and still being able to say "yes, this is the one." Fe did a great job coordinating with Justin on getting the ring to him for the proposal without me knowing the details. She also gave him the contact for a complimentary photographer, Jeptha, who was there on the proposal day, hiding in the bushes to capture our special moment. Every time we take our rings in for cleaning and inspection the staff is superb and nothing short of professional. This is THE only place I recommend to friends for their engagement rings! I cannot emphasize enough how much we love working with The Wedding Ring Shop! We lived in Chicago when my now husband was getting ready to propose. He had to coordinate with a jeweler to put the diamond passed down from his Grandma into the perfect setting. I’ve been a customer at The Weddings Ring Shop for years. When my grandmother past away I inherited her engagement ring which I had reset. It turned out beautiful! The staff are always so pleasant and nice. Even though it’s been a while, they always remember me when I come in. When my husband and I came here to look at rings, there was no pressure from anyone. They always made us feel important and listened to what we wanted. We found both of our rings here. My engagement ring, and our wedding bands. Now, I need to convince my husband for an upgrade! ;)

We had an appointment with Jeanette Hendrickson and we had a wonderful experience. My fiancé purchased our engagement ring at the Wedding Ring Shop and proposed when I was 8 months pregnant! We've always had wonderful experiences at the Wedding Ring Shop starting 14 years ago. We had the ultimate "Pretty Woman" experience when we were first shopping around in our early 20s and no other jewelry shop would take us seriously, wouldn't even say hi as we entered the shops. After 13 years of marriage we have always had a great experience when purchasing diamond earrings and coming into have our diamonds cleaned and other ring maintenance.

It took me 3 visits to pick out my ring design and 3 more to finally have it on my finger! Chanel was the main person who helped me out - each and every time she was extremely polite and candid in answering my questions. There was a mishap with my design (as I ordered custom from a designer) and Chanel took the time to make sure that it was fixed to my intended design. It took nearly 3 months but she was able to deliver me the ring I pictured. Highly recommend her and the rest of the team for fighting for their customers.

My partner and I decided to shop for our engagement rings together instead of being traditional and Steph made the process so special and most importantly with no judgement! She was patient with me going back and forth between a radiant and modified cushion and never hesitated to take extra time with me until I chose The One! 💎 For one appointment, I was so indecisive for almost 6 HOURS! She never once made me feel like I was wasting time. I brought my mom in too while she visited me in Hawaii and Steph polished my mom’s diamond ring and necklace. It was also her birthday and she treated herself with another band! All while I am still deciding. Steph is somehow still attentive to us both and I honestly don’t dont know how she does it. Fe is absolutely amazing! She helped and guided my husband with picking out my engagement ring. I then met Fe when we picked my wedding band. It was a wonderful time picking out the wedding band and she gave her full honest opinion about everything I tried on. She is also so bubbly and welcoming at the same time and makes us feel comfortable every time we see her for our ring cleaning. Ask for Matt..Ok so Im not big on writing reviews but thought I would make an exception for this place.. Here's the deal, all jewelry places have nice shiny products.. Walk into any jewelry store and everything looks beautiful.. This place was the same way , but after speaking with Matt I had made my decision before the matter of price was even discussed.. I went to almost all the jewelry stores on Oahu looking for a wedding band for my wife.. I wanted an eternity band and I needed a size 5 ( I thought anyway).. Every other place was like "yeah, lets get something on order for you .. Estimated pick up date and price will be .. Blah, blah, blah..." Matt told me "look man, I know you want to surprise her but with eternity bands you have no room for error".. I couldn't borrow her fake ring without ruining the surprise and there were no other rings I could swipe and take to the store for sizing so he said " you may want to seriously think about bringing her in and just let us take care of her"... I appreciated that.. So I made the trip to the store the surprise, introduced her to Matt, and after about 3 hours ( my wife had a blast trying on everything in the store and Matt was very helpful and patient) we made our decision... I t was a great experience.. I couldn't be happier.. Oh, as far as price goes, they also had the best deals in case yall were wondering... HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Wedding Ring Shop! My husband and I visited the Wedding Ring Shop to look for a new band for my engagement ring. Eric helped us and he was amazing. He really took his time with us since I was debating on whether or not I wanted a halo or to stick with a solitaire. He was very informative of the different brands offered and helped to show me a lot side by side so that I could really decide on what I wanted. After about an hour we finally decided on a sticking with the solitaire because it's so classic, can never go wrong! After much debate between Tacori and Michael M, we went with the Michael M Collection because he stated the focus is on the diamond quality on the band and not so much of the design, and boy does it sparkle no matter where you are! From beginning to end Eric was very helpful and even helped to speed up the process of getting the Jeweler to work on inputting my diamond into the band once it arrived, quicker than expected. He knew I was so excited about wearing my new ring! . From the customer service, selection and just overall experience - 5 stars, I am beyond happy. I came in to appraise some pieces that I thought were diamonds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole process was fast and easy. The staff members that helped me even explained how they try to find the right diamond for their customers, giving them the best price for the right diamond for them. My husband & I purchased our wedding bands at The Wedding Ring Shop over 25 years ago. More recently, I've had my engagement ring (purchased elsewhere) re-sized and repaired there (some crooked prongs that hold the diamond in place). I was quite nervous about getting my ring re-sized --- leaving it in someone else's care and worried that it would look different when I picked it up. The Wedding Ring Shop did such a good job on the re-sizing! You can't even tell they did anything but it fits much better. The last prong repair was done while I waited, unexpectedly, and my ring looks like new again! Shirley shows care and professionalism, whether via phone or in person. I highly recommend The Wedding Ring Shop, whether you're shopping for an engagement ring, wedding bands, or other special jewelry. And, if you have any repair needs for your jewelry, they're the best!

My experience at The Wedding Ring Shop was a 10/10, and I would rate it that on here if I could! Getting back from a deployment and only having 2 weeks left on-island, proposing to my girlfriend (now-fiancé!) was a big task. After some plans with another appointment I had that day fell through, I was able to be seen as a walk-in at The Wedding Ring Shop and was almost immediately greeted by one of their sales consultants, Helena. She expertly led me around the store and made sure that the majority of the items that she showed me were within BOTH of my budget/style requirements, not just one or the other. There was absolutely NO pressure to spend more money than I was prepared to, which was a huge relief. Even the few items that I was shown that fell outside the realm of my desired budget/style were entertaining to be talked to about and shown! I was very out of my comfort zone shopping for an engagement ring, but Helena knew exactly what to say and show me to put my mind at ease during the process.
