I went into the store with my family and were welcomed in. Eric spent a lot of time with us, answered a lot of questions we had for him and did not make us feel pressured into buying anything. We had an excellent time looking at some amazing alternative jewellery. We came back the following day and spent some time with Eric again and he helped nail down which Ring I wanted. Thank you very much to Eric for being so helpful and friendly.

I had a “Freedom or Death” ring custom made and it’s AWESOME. I was surprised at their level of craftsmanship and even more surprised by their knowledge and and access to high quality precious gems. The customer service was outstanding. I worked with Jescelyn and she was SO nice and helpful and responded patiently and quickly to all my requests and questions. Great buying experience! Eric and his coworker helped me pick out my wedding band. Super patient and let me try on a ton of rings. Answered all of my questions. They were accommodating when I had to exchange for a larger size the next day. No problems at all. Buy with confidence!

I recently discovered NightRider jewelry online and have been eyeing out the Bushido pieces. I visited the Waikiki NightRider location and I was well taken care of by Fuji and the rest of the staff. It all started with purchasing the Bushido ring, then after a few days of wearing it I was urging to get the matching pendant and chain. I was able to get assistance through the phone and I received detailed photos when checking for specific chain lengths, stone styles and pendant sizes to help me save some time and gas. I typically don’t write reviews but the quality of craftsmanship in these pieces and the quality of customer service is worth writing about. Mahalo again, I will definitely back for more

I have walked past your shop in Waikiki for over a year now and finally made it in today. I couldn’t have been more disappointed in myself for taking so long to go inside. I was greeted and helped by Jescelyn. She was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was in a time crunch and didn’t get to spend very long looking at your beautiful selection; it was getting close to my children's bedtime and I needed to take them home. I will 100% be back (within the next two weeks). I fully intend on making a purchase and couldn’t be more excited. Thank you for your customer service and amazing detail work on all of your pieces. My husband won a gift card to this place so I came here with my daughter to find her a ring. While the jewelry wasn’t really her taste, she found some pieces that were to her liking. The quality and craftsmanship is amazing, but what is really impressive is their customer service. Jescelyn was amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable and overall what you expect from a salesperson and beyond. She even wrote us thank you card - by hand - not computer generated that she mailed to us. I have never experienced that kind of service anywhere else.

Chad was definitely super helpful! The pieces are both unique and bold which is typically my style! I'm so glad Chad was kind and patient with us as we kept pointing at so many pieces and gave us great facts about what makes NightRider super unique. This was the first store we had the PLEASURE and opportunity to see in person. I have seen the product in high end magazines for a couple years and loved the product but thought I needed to see it. We found that opportunity. The location in Waikiki was FANTASTIC. We were immediately greeted by Jescelyn and she helped up work through a large number of pieces before ending with a ring, necklace and pendant as well as a watch. We were there three different times. Service was at the highest level. When she was not there on her day off, Fuji was equally up to the highest level of support. I love the products and will buy more, but for me, only through this location, even though I live in Michigan. Thank you for the experience provided and the beginning of this great looking product. Super cool place. Very unique and amazing jewelry. We did not end up purchasing due to pricing of the pieces I liked. However we would highly recommend checking them out. Customer service was awesome thank you to the young gentlemen working that evening.

What an amazing store in Honolulu. Bought one ring after Janessa helped me find the perfect fit and taught me how to properly clean so the ring doesn’t lose it’s richness. I was so ecstatic I came back and bought another one to go with it. Highly recommend. The people at the store are super !

I’ve been to Honolulu a few Times now and always wondered about the night rider store. So, out of curiosity, I finally went in to check it out with my family. We were greeted by a Gem named Jescelyn. She was really nice and showed us around the store. She made sure to show us everything including sizes and availability Of their products. It’s was a really pleasant visit at the Honolulu night rider store. I walked out with a few items for me and my wife and very satisfied with the pieces we bought, very good quality. Happy customer and definitely would stop in the store again when in Honolulu.
