    BEWARE OF THE REPS SELLING YOU DEFECTIVE ITEMS!!! We were sold a Love Bracelet with 6 diamonds that had a defective bracelet closing system! When I was trying on the bracelet, the rep (who no longer works there) told me the closing system worked that way - that the two ends of the bracelet did not line up directly with each other and were offset by a little. The rep told us that was "normal". We didn't know any better since it was our first Cartier purchase. A few months ago, I went to get the bracelet cleaned at a different Cartier store. This was when I was informed that the bracelet had a defect! I then had the bracelet sent to the New York store to get a diagnosis of what was wrong. Turns out the bracelet closing system is broken and would have to be reproduced for a cost of $2,100! We were shocked since we were sold the bracelet in this condition. It is not right that we now we have to pay for it to be corrected... The management team couldn't do anything for us, so we're stuck with this lemon. I hate to write this review since we have made multiple purchases at this location before we found out we were sold a defective item. Cannot believe Cartier would even allow defective items in their inventory to be purchased in the first place.

    Out of all the Cartier boutique we’ve visited (SF, Vegas, NY) this is definitely the friendliest one. We make an effort to visit a couple times a year, and Ola who is our SA is the best. She is so communicative and so patient with our needs - it makes our trips to Hawaii even more social. Thank you Ola. The boutique itself is stunning, and each and every piece is showcased beautifully.

    Aaron provided excellent service and helped us get exactly what I wanted in quick easy fashion. He even explained all the services provided for after care. Plus, he cleaned my original gold love bracelet up to make it look like brand new while I was there. Excellent service from the time we entered the store until we completed our purchase.

    My friends and I went to this boutique during our vacation to purchase few jewelries. When we went there we were told nobody was available to help and the next person would be available 45min+ so we decided to wait since we had some other things to do around the mall. Then after 45min or so we came back and then an elderly Asian man assisted us. He rushed us and made our experience very unpleasant. It was closed to closing time and we were pushed to make a decision quickly. He did not offer us any drinks. He did not package our jewelry, he did not give us the cleaning kit for the jewelry. I think he even forgot to give my friend the certificate for the Love necklace she purchased. The lighting inside the boutique isn't that bright. I couldn't even see that the trinity ring i purchased had marks on it. Very disappointment with the experience and service. Nothing about the experience was luxurious even though we were paying tons of money.

    Sammy, lady on the phone, doesn’t know how to listen to a customer, she speaks over you non stop. We had Erica helping us to choose our wedding bands. The service was the worse ever provided. She’s rude, she’s racist, just because we’re not Asian, sad experience! We still purchased the rings, because Erica, as a bad sales associate can’t kill the beauty of the designs. That girl needs to work on her work ethic and manners. I understand she has a different background but if she is living in Hawaii, she better bring more aloha into her daily life. 🤙🏻

    We ordered our wedding bands last night, S.A. Erica, assisted us. She made our experience difficult. She rushed us, was putting everything away as if we were thieves. We walked in to the store knowing we were purchasing the bands, which we did, the associate treated us terribly, she was extremely snobby, unprofessional, and won the title of worst Cartier S.A. We called this morning to make an appointment to pick them up after rings were engraved. Sammy was speaking over us on the phone call, wouldn’t even listen to our question. Upon arrival to the store Rwana sales associate assumed we already had boxes. Which we walked out of the store yesterday just with an envelope and receipts inside. Considering how much Cartier cost, their associated need to have better manners. This store needs to retrain their personal. And perhaps hire employees from other races besides Asian.

    We had very unpleasant experience with Cartier at this location. We had 10 years anniversary vacation and wanted to buy a nice gift - ring. I made the appointment but had to cancel it of some circumstances, lady at the call was very nice and said that it is NOT required to have an appointment any more, so we can just walk in any time. In a few days (05.26.2022) when we came to the store, the lady at the front said that we have to have the appointment or we can wait. She put us on list but nobody never call us back! I assume they just don’t want us as a costumers because it was only one couple in the store at the time when we came. Just try to avoid this location and Cartier in general if you don’t want to be rejected.

    Last week we went to here to get my trinity ring, Ms Austin is very helpful and kindly, my first Cartier trip went very smoothly and feel been treated great. I love my ring and highly recommend her.

    We interacted with three sales associates during our visit, and while the first one left a positive impression by being incredibly friendly and helpful, the other two were merely okay. It seemed like a matter of luck as to which associate you encountered that day, the experience could vary a lot. When we made our purchase, the first sales associate went above and beyond, providing valuable insights about the various product options, which was extremely helpful. Without her, we might have ended up with a fragile design without even knowing it. In contrast, the other two associates were not as impressive, and somewhat careless. Our overall satisfaction was greatly influenced by the exceptional assistance from the first sales associate, particularly when we compared our experience to other luxury stores which were much worse most of the time. The encounters with the other associates did slightly diminish our initial excitement, making us even more appreciative of the first sales associate. It's perplexing why some people in these stores can be less than polite. I know all their names but prefer not to start any drama. It’s understandable that everyone's dealing with their own life challenges, but customers shouldn't face attitudes, just as no salesperson should be treated poorly.

    While on vacation in Hawaii, I wanted to buy my husband a new yellow gold wedding band for our 20 year anniversary as a special surprise for him. I tried booking an appointment online for the following day, but since there was no availability, I called the store and spoke with someone who was extremely helpful and booked me an appointment for my preferred time on the day I wanted. From beginning to end, Kevin Sugimoto, was an absolute delight and helped me select the perfect new wedding band for my husband. He made me feel comfortable and welcome at this lovely Cartier location. His level of service far exceeded any of the luxury stores in Southern California where I typically shop, and truly made the experience wonderful. Kevin was an expert on ring sizing, fit, and all things Cartier. My husband loves his new yellow gold Cartier wedding band and prefers it to his old platinum band. Going home with a Cartier “souvenir“ from Hawaii was memorable, and we will definitely visit this Cartier location in the future for another treat. Kevin went above and beyond in helping me create the perfect 20 year wedding anniversary memory that will last a lifetime.

    Amazing service all around. Give your money to people that appreciate your business and don’t look at you like a bank account constantly judging you if you have enough money to be shopping (that’s the type of experience you get from other designers) NOT Cartier. If you can find someone you love and received amazing customer service you’ve won. My experience with Cartier and at this boutique especially has made me a customer for life. Thank you team and management for your dedication and hard work.

    I definitely recommend this Cartier store location. I was greeted with warm smiles at the door. I asked if I needed a appointment, and they said “no you can just come in”. There were several sales associates available to assist me. They offered me something to drink and showed me around the store. I did spend quite a bit of time in this store. There is a lot to look at, and they specifically will find all the things needed for your purchase. They must find the right box, and write the product certificate authentication number for your item down in your own personal ledger. I do recommend that if you are looking to make a purchase to give yourself some extra time in your itinerary so you don’t feel rushed. Overall, I had a lovely experience at this location.

    The system was down so couldn’t make an appt before going. At the door we were greeted kindly and asked what we wanted to see. We waited an hour and came back. Everyone was nice, but I felt rushed. We were standing at the counter trying on the Love bracelets and a couple were seated directly behind us about 10 minutes into our appt.which was odd; why did I only have 10 minutes alone with the sales person? (Did you think we were not buying when we scheduled our appt at the door?). I said I wanted to look around. I thought the sales gal would help the couple and I would browse.Instead she followed me around. Which, was odd. I decided to get the bracelet and there was a feeling of being rushed the whole time. It was not special at all. No aftercare talk. Twice, I asked if I could wear the bracelet in the shower and pool, and was told yes, twice, but that was the extend of it. Luckily, I knew what I wanted, read the reviews before going, and had low expectations for customer service. The gal was nice, but the rushed feeling wasn’t Cartier level. I even asked her when checking out if she was the only salesperson. (Remember the couple seated directly behind us?) That was uncouth. As far as we’re concerned, it’s not Cartier level and they need to represent better. My Cartier Ballon Bleu purchase at a different locale was superior to this store.

    Absolutely appalled at the service in this store here. I was so excited and came to buy the love ring yet was not taken seriously by the service assistant in this store. I felt extremely uncomfortable asking questions and to try various items on so I left empty handed. I felt rushed and was really disappointed in how I was treated here. I will likely not be returning.

    Thank you Kevin for such an amazing and wonderful first experience at Cartier!! He was so welcoming, warm, friendly, and most of all patient with me and my friends. There was not a moment where I felt judged, intimidated, pressured, or embarrassed, and I truly appreciated that. I loved how knowledgeable and informative Kevin was with everything, as I learned so much about the brand and its history. I also really loved how comfortable he made us all feel, and it was definitely a memorable and enjoyable experience. I love my pieces a lot, and I will be sure to come back for more on my next trip to Hawaii!!! Thank you so so much again!

    Wow! Wow! Wow!! What an awesome experience we had at the Cartier Boutique at Ala Moana Mall. The smiles started 2 weeks before we even arrived in Hawaii. I was lucky enough to be put in touch with the most lovely saleswoman Ola. I wanted to buy a Juste un Clou ring for my anniversary. She said she would locate the ring and have it sent to the boutique in Honolulu for me. She kept in touch with me via text to let me know that the ring was on it's way and then when it had actually arrived. We picked up the ring and it was perfect! What made the day very very special was how sweet and helpful Ola was. She truly went out of her way to make our celebratory day extra special. Thank you Ola and thank you Cartier for a first class experience all the way. I will treasure the husband, the anniversary, the ring and the memories forever.

    I went in to look at the wallets and fountain pens, and upon entering the store I was asked If I had an appointment. I said no and the sales lady's attitude and demeanor changed from warm and welcoming to rude and off-putting. She treated me like I was not the type of clientele that is supposed to be in the store and that I am some common street trash. She did the Contact tracing then asked me what I was here to look at and then the entire staff proceeded to ignore me and gave off an atmosphere of they are better than me. I purchased a wallet from them 3 to 4 years ago and was going to buy a fountain pen, but I ended up going to the Montblanc store and purchasing a fountain pen, ink, and notebook as they treated me better and had better customer service. I will never return to this store and if I need a new wallet, I will either purchase it online or at a different retailer.

    Worst service and experience. I am visiting out of state, went up to store, was asked if I had appointment, I said no. The rude lady checking in is worst service person for the store. She put me down for appointment for 430 pm, I went back and she was like ohh I never marked you cause I thought you were going to be called in. I clearly explained to her, no.. I said mark me and if you get anyone canceling please call me. She was ohh well I’m not on my 430, now it’ll be 5 or 530. She made the worst experience for my first purchase.

👍 We received a coupon for a free pearl, so we had him pick and tap the Oyster. Well he got two white pearls. Then lady was so impressed that she gave him one more try and he found two black pearls. The staff was amazing and kind. Definitely would recommend them.
