Big shoutout to Richard at Pandora Waikiki!! Let me just say, this was the best customer service I've ever received and will be returning for sure. He spent half an hour on the phone with me to handpick charms and necklaces that might be good gifts, even going as far to take pictures to show me which ones I would like. Someone get this man a promotion, because he sure as hell deserves one. Thanks for being so great, and highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a gift to drop by this Pandora!

If you go into store see herb yes herb is his name... and he is the best sales specialist there..what a great guy so helpful and nice.... I wish he worked at all the stores.... I would buy from him all day... we ended up buying 13 Hawaii charms from him 3 kids got 3 each and two grandparent got 2 each ... You’ll see when you go in, just ask for him Dan

Nice little store. Had a sale going on so I bought a bracelet and some charms. The sales person was helpful without being pushy.

I went here to exchange earrings I bought online and manager Jini said she couldn’t find anything wrong with them. I tapped one of the earrings to show her the rattling noise (from loose stone) it was making and she said I’m making the noise with my fingers. I initially went to local NJ store to exchange but couldn’t since they were out of stock. Since I was taking a trip to Hawaii, I figured I’d do the exchange here as I knew I was going to the mall with Pandora store. She decided that there were no issues with product that had obvious problem and very crudely said I had to do the exchange online since it’s “FREE”. I felt disgusted! One of the most rude customer service I have ever experienced in my life. If you’re trying to do exchange for online purchase at this store, good luck to you, you’re going to need it.

Well, I went to get me a charm me and my daughter. Where from nashville, tennessee here for my birthday so we want a Hawaii charm my daughter two well my charm is almost full older than my daughter because l had mine 20 years so that sales lady Kay that not a pandora really my bracelet how have been working here yes it is l got at Green Hill mall in Nashville my kids started for my my mother day gift l though that was trouble then l ask could clean if give them no stars tell accu customers service trouble went bought charm l want Hawaii my daughter brought 2 . I read other reviews clean there bracelets dont told me they couldn't clean tell me why . ?

I wanted something to remember the trip to Hawaii, and I did find several things that were in the budget. Friendly staff were an ease to work with!

Doubled charged my card. She acted as if I couldn't pay for my stuff. Or my money wasn't real. She didn't take the time to listen to me. I wanted half in cash and the rest on my Amex card. She did what she wanted and I felt very funny. Couldn't return because she might of recharged my card instead of reversing the charge.

Picked up 3 Hawaii specific charms for the wife's collection. Super friendly customer service and helpful with the selection. Were running a deal on 3 so that's what we got. Also offer a military discount as well to eat some of the cost. Wife really liked the charms.

My wife loves her Pandora bracelets. We started our collect many years ago here in Hawaii. This is our favorite shop. The lady that helped us knows about every piece, how old they are etc. Anyway we love to stop by and increase our holdings.... I highly recommend this place for your next Pandora, Gold or other costume jewelry purchase.

Very small, employees didn't greet us as we walked in or offer help. They also didn't have a great variety of charms.

I have never went in to a Pandora store and they couldn't clean because of an "event" going on. There was only 1 other person in the store. So I went back a few days later and got the same sales man (unfortunately) and he told me it would take an hour an a half to have my bracelet cleaned! Absurd! I'll be going online to find a charm. Worst Pandora store I've ever been in!
