She was also very informative throughout the whole process and provided a lot of detail when describing what to look for. This was a new experience for us, but she made it enjoyable and quick! I worked with Lisa doing the following: 1 ring that had to be cut off husband due to broken finger. This was done very nicely and timely. My wedding ring in which 35 years was getting too tight was resized. This was a custom designed ring but it was done flawlessly. I also had 3 jade pendants put into a pendant for my daughters. I live on the mainland so I was worried about leaving my pieces there to pick up at a later date. They could have mailed it but I didn't want it mailed. They were very accommodating to my needs.
