I am in the process of purchasing 3 watches from this establishment @ $2200 each. I was glad to receive a 5% discount after taxes (which I had to ask for). I got a Bottled water on my first visit (which I had to ask for) and saw another customer receive a stuffed animal on my second visit which is apparently given out for purchases over $200 ( again, I had to ask to get one of those too). Perhaps if I was a tourist or Asian looking , I might receive better service, but unfortunately I look like just another hawaiian local. Still waiting to get an espresso, maybe I will ask for one if my order is fulfilled....

Wish I knew this place was here before visiting Hawaii. I would have brought more money for something nicer. I've been collecting watches for 20 years, and have over 100 watches. They have all the good brands that collectors appreciate, from affordable options to Patek Philippe. I ended up buying a Tissot PRX as my souvenir from Hawaii.

Many years ago, I happened to be shopping at Ala Moana and decided to pop in to look around Time Works I was greeted with the warmest welcome. I was lucky enough to meet Lisa that day! Her knowledge is remarkable. She takes her time and explains how to care for each item that I have purchased from her. Her genuine nature makes me feel comfortable to have her assist me with my jewelry collectibles to be sent away for repair. Her smile is contagious and you can feel how much her coworkers love and respect t her.

Yuichi was an amazingly patient and knowledgeable salesman as I looked at MOST of their watches. The perfect watch was found and he bent over backwards to ensure I knew everything I needed to about the watch, as well as getting me set up with the warranty. They even threw an extra year warranty on top of the manufacturer 2-year! Also, the pricing was competitive with anyone else selling this watch, and only 4.7% sales tax. Highly recommend!

I didn't really get a good experience the moment I walked into the store. The sales associate didn't really look like he wanted to help at all and basically looked like it was a hassle having to open and show me certain models. I get the feeling that unless you have a watch on you well worth the price tag or look like a prospect buyer you don't get any decent service. There are plenty of nice selections of brands and various models, but with poor customer experience I won't be coming back here and would rather give my business somewhere else.

I have been in and out of Honolulu for work for the past 6 months. Every time I was there, I was constantly looking for a Rolex. The moment Sheila and I connected, she did whatever she could to get me the watch I wanted. One month later, Sheila got me the watch that usually has a 3 year waiting time. Great customer service, very personable, Sheila is the best, you won’t be disappointed.

I purchased my Rolex Air King at this location. I spent months checking stores in 3 different states for this watch and hoping for a call. 4 days after stopping by the store to check availability, I got a call from Phoebe saying that they just had one arrive at the store. I can’t say thank you enough to Karen, Phoebe and Jim for making my experience buying my first Rolex and my vacation to Oahu amazing. This store has an amazing staff and will be stopping by on our next trip.

Best Customer service ever. Purchased a watch and it was 30 minutes before we had dinner reservations about a mile away in Honolulu traffic. The watch band had to be sized/cut. We had to leave before everything was completed. While we were having drinks they actually come to the restaurant (a mile away and 36 stories above) with the watch and delivered it to me, perfectly sized. They went above and beyond. Will always remember that. Thanks again for excellent service.

Not professional at all. A lady who served for us did not mention about the watch. She did not mention any spec, history about the watch, specific model name, and the history of the brand. Not quite sure how they could keep maintaining authorized dealership. Only few staffs greeted us but not the old lady. (Seems like she is a manager or in charge of different department).

Was a pleasure coming to this store. I was kindly greeted by Yuki Nemoto. After several watch pulls I finally purchased my first Tissot watch via PRX mint dial. He was welcoming and really made the buying experience memorable. Also dropped some knowledge on my Seiko 5. Needless to say if the store wasn't 4000 miles away I would make this my new go to and watch dealer. Thank you for making this visit to Hawaii and purchase one for the history books.

Everyone was very helpful when I purchased a Tudor Black Bay 58 . The watch was actually a graduation gift for my son who luckily has the same wrist size as me. Ben Bridge Jeweler and Ben Bridge Time Works both did a phenomenal job when my wife and I visited the two stores at the Ala Moana shopping center in Honolulu! We worked with Yuki at Ben Bridge Time Works and Karen at Ben Bridge and all I can say is we were treated like family even though it was our first time at these locations! It was our 10 year wedding anniversary and I shared my passion for watches and our desire to celebrate 10 years with watches for each of us. We purchased a beautiful Cartier from Yuki and gorgeous Rolex from Karen. These ladies are true professionals. They took so much time with my family, our children, getting to know us and develop a relationship! It was one of the most authentic and friendly experiences we have ever encountered. The best part of this story is it almost didn’t happen given how difficult the Rolex supply is. But by the end of our trip the stars aligned and these ladies demonstrated some incredible team work and service leaving our family with memories and two watches we will forever cherish. Every time I visit BB I am treated as a VIP customer. Recently we dropped off a Rolex OP 34mm we purchased at BB for the purpose of engraving. We we are giving it to our daughter as a surprise and Nancy was more than helpful in helping us to choose the correct font and placement of the engraving text. The timeline she gave us for the service was accurate as she called me as soon as it came in. Karen was excellent and very much professional manager who is quite knowledgeable in everything pertinent Rolex from functional aspect to interpersonal skills on how to exceed customer expectations. The Ben Bridge associates were great. It was Rolex's policy I had an issue with. Apparently you really do not own your watch. I had to replace the face of the watch and they would not return my old one and if I did not do what they wanted they would not guarantee their work or even perform it. They claim it is because they think you are going to sell it on the black market. I guess its ok to just presume all your customers are dishonest? They have you over a barrel and I have three of their watches and now am thinking were they a mistake?

The Best luxury experience and service from Tinna! I walked into the store thinking I did not need anything, and walked out with two jewelry pieces I was excited to wear right away. She made my friends and I feel very welcomed . She was so much fun to chat with and you can tell how passionate and knowledgeable she is with everything. I felt like I was in such good hands. She is also helping me pick out a gift for my mother for mother's day and I appreciate her input. I will definitely be back to purchase from her in the future at Ben Bridge.

Nancy C. Has been my sales specialist at Ben Bridge Ala Moana since Aug 2021, when she initially helped me with some rose gold jewelry. Nancy was friendly, professional, and patient. She’s knowledgeable about jewelry as well as Rolex watches, which I learned of midway through my visit. Nancy wasn’t pushy and allowed me to make choices based on what I wanted and was looking for. That’s when I knew, she had to be my regular sales specialist in the store from then on. Nancy has since acquired a couple of time pieces that have been on my wishlist. She’s very good about responding to status checks via text. But most importantly, she’s very honest about the current situation with the luxury watch scene and the difficulty in getting stock. After my initial inquiry for a new submariner, I wait roughly a year before I was contacted by my jeweler, Sheila, to let me know my new submariner is now available for purchase!
