This is not a Black Friday sales. Do treat customers like homeless people. Show some respect. I then got told appointment needed to get in. Wt? Walk-in not accepted? How do you know I do not have million dollars for impulse buy? Never go there again.

    I went there several times, two female staff apparently had Attitude coming out of nowhere, which I don’t know why they were acting in such bad manner. If you ever go, go find a male sale assistance with a grey beanie, he’s pretty nice compared to the experience I had with those two staff.

    I'm giving a 1 star for simply the poor customer service that this business has. From when I stepped foot into the store, and asked for product, the first response was "We don't have anything" coming from one of the sales association. I'm not the type of customer to demand anything when I'm in this sort of setting, as I know time is valuable to everyone. I was simply in there to pick up a few goodies for personal, for friends, and for business. But was quickly turned away by the representative. She withheld product from me, didn't even want to bring me out additional products when I asked. Living in Oregon, there are no CH or even any high end store, so it was a treat being able to shop at CH HNL. I spent a hefty amount of money at the end of the transaction, which was when her persona changed a bit as I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Fast forward a week later, my GF came into look at new product and got pushed away by the sale representative, not wanting to help her with any new products. She then said that we had reached out buying limit and cannot buy more stuff? I asked my GF to leave, and later sent an email to address the problem and concern. I then got a call back from the manager to address the situation and come to a resolution. I waited a month later to communicate with the store again, to ask for new product. Completely ghosted me. I sent several emails wishing to see products that they had, seeing what I could buy that followed their store's policy, limitations, etc. Nothing. So here I am, writing a review for the poor customer service and business practice. I made it real clear to the manager where my experience comes from, as I was in the same industry not too long ago, and thought we'd had an understanding. But it was all just small talk. Shop at the store, the product is great, it's limited, it's exclusive, and it's a great shopping experience, but don't hope for much more from this team of sales representatives.

    Sad to say that I also had an unpleasant experience at this location with a “middle aged woman with long black hair” (as other reviewers have mentioned). Kelly was very impatient and arrogant, and could not answer my questions on the metals. instead talked about a different brand? Unfortunately this is the only location for us locals.

    Need to make an appointment to enter this location. Kinda annoying when on vacation but that's fine. Store front shows absolutely nothing on sale. When entering it's like a mystery of what they have and don't have. Really annoying experience it like they just want you to buy whatever they got laying around and not something you actually want.

    Yesterday we went to chrome hearts with excitement as my husband and I both knew exactly what we wanted. We waited a minute outside the door for someone to come and talk to us. We noticed a short blonde Asian woman at the front desk, we both made eye contact with her so we thought surely she’d come out. But nope we waited two more minutes outside waiting. And we call and she picks up the phone and we tell her we are outside. She sighs before she hangs up and opens the door and says (no hi, no smile, no respectful tone to start off) “you need and appointment. We’re closed already.” But not true we arrived at 6:05 the store does not close till 7. As we pointed that out to her she said they are short staffed and don’t have anyone else to help us. There was no need to lie or make up excuses. My husband knew exactly what he wanted and we would’ve been in and out. Anyways her attitude and demeanor was horrible and we will not be returning to this location anytime soon. But we did go to MCM afterwards and they were so helpful and respectful!

    Very happy about our recent purchase at the Honolulu Chrome Hearts location. I was very impressed with the level of customer service that we received from here. We never knew about this brand at all and the store manager as well as one sales associate spent at least an hour taking us through the store and patiently explained the history of the brand as well as allowed us to try on many pieces until we fell in love with our item. We will definitely be shopping in the future with this brand and we are hoping they open a branch in Vancouver Canada one day!

    The worst experience I’ve ever had. Me and my boyfriend tried to walk in for the first time but they turned us away saying that we have to make appointments first. Then the next day we went to skydiving on the north of island, got delayed for hours. When we finally made it to the chrome hearts with empty stomach, we were 15minutes late for the appointment, but the staff turned us away again because we were late and let the two other customers go inside because they want to reschedule us to the next day. Will never purchase any jewelry from this store anymore.

    They should rename this store to Chrome Heartless. If you don't want my money just say so and I'll leave, don't just make me wait outside. I hope being stuck up and rude keeps you in business.

    Yuko helped us to find everything we want and she is a pleasure to deal with. PS: The store is by appointment only at this time. I would recommend you to call the store one day before your visit.

    Had a wonderful shopping experience at the Chrome Hearts store in Honolulu. Both SA’s Erik and Tani were very friendly and super helpful. The store is very beautiful with tons of inventory — found everything I wanted to purchase except the hoodie (local exclusive). Call the store and make an appointment as they rarely take walk-ins.

    First time ever being at a CH store, called the day before set an appointment very easily for the next day at 12 pm, was asked simple Questions like my name, my email, phone number, and the amount of people in my party coming into the store with me. We showed up at 11:55 ish so kind of early and even like that they allowed us in, CHRIS was the one who took care of us. Was with us the whole time while we visited the store, he answered all my questions and even offered me to try on a few pieces. Ended up leaving the store with the Honolulu exclusive Tee, and the Trucker hat. Great experience and great service from Chris! Thanks my friend. We are now back in Las Vegas and are happy with the visit to your store!! Mahalo!

    We've shopped at this location several times over the years. Easy to make an appointment. Have always found several different items when shopping. We've picked up rings, earrings, t-shirts and even got lucky this last time to purchase a Honolulu hoodie.

    I’ve been LA, Vegas, Miami and Waikiki chrome hearts store. This store gave me the best experience that I’ve ever had with chrome hearts. The employee who helped us was very nice and didn’t seem stuck up like the other reviews. He was easy to talk to and seemed very friendly and patient. We tried on a lot of different rings and sizes, he was patient and let us take our time. One thing is that this chrome hearts won’t allow taking pictures on your phone (only FaceTiming with friends is allowed).

    Bad customer service, rushed out of the store and showed little to no respect. Came in expecting to spend a large sum of money but thankfully i could save my money for elsewhere. One of the worst store experiences that i’ve ever had.

    I’ve have seen some negative reviews but that was not the case here at all. I went in yesterday with some friends to check out the store and some items. Chris helped us and and was really helpful answering questions and let us look all over without being rushed. A+ shopping experience at this location and I will return again upon my next Honolulu stay. Again big shoutout to Chris for the help 🤙🏼.

👍 We received a coupon for a free pearl, so we had him pick and tap the Oyster. Well he got two white pearls. Then lady was so impressed that she gave him one more try and he found two black pearls. The staff was amazing and kind. Definitely would recommend them.
