I'm
giving
a
1
star
for
simply
the
poor
customer
service
that
this
business
has.
From
when
I
stepped
foot
into
the
store,
and
asked
for
product,
the
first
response
was
"We
don't
have
anything"
coming
from
one
of
the
sales
association.
I'm
not
the
type
of
customer
to
demand
anything
when
I'm
in
this
sort
of
setting,
as
I
know
time
is
valuable
to
everyone.
I
was
simply
in
there
to
pick
up
a
few
goodies
for
personal,
for
friends,
and
for
business.
But
was
quickly
turned
away
by
the
representative.
She
withheld
product
from
me,
didn't
even
want
to
bring
me
out
additional
products
when
I
asked.
Living
in
Oregon,
there
are
no
CH
or
even
any
high
end
store,
so
it
was
a
treat
being
able
to
shop
at
CH
HNL.
I
spent
a
hefty
amount
of
money
at
the
end
of
the
transaction,
which
was
when
her
persona
changed
a
bit
as
I
was
in
and
out
in
under
30
minutes.
Fast
forward
a
week
later,
my
GF
came
into
look
at
new
product
and
got
pushed
away
by
the
sale
representative,
not
wanting
to
help
her
with
any
new
products.
She
then
said
that
we
had
reached
out
buying
limit
and
cannot
buy
more
stuff?
I
asked
my
GF
to
leave,
and
later
sent
an
email
to
address
the
problem
and
concern.
I
then
got
a
call
back
from
the
manager
to
address
the
situation
and
come
to
a
resolution.
I
waited
a
month
later
to
communicate
with
the
store
again,
to
ask
for
new
product.
Completely
ghosted
me.
I
sent
several
emails
wishing
to
see
products
that
they
had,
seeing
what
I
could
buy
that
followed
their
store's
policy,
limitations,
etc.
Nothing.
So
here
I
am,
writing
a
review
for
the
poor
customer
service
and
business
practice.
I
made
it
real
clear
to
the
manager
where
my
experience
comes
from,
as
I
was
in
the
same
industry
not
too
long
ago,
and
thought
we'd
had
an
understanding.
But
it
was
all
just
small
talk.
Shop
at
the
store,
the
product
is
great,
it's
limited,
it's
exclusive,
and
it's
a
great
shopping
experience,
but
don't
hope
for
much
more
from
this
team
of
sales
representatives.
