First of all, speaking with Erin was awesome. She was very informative and I felt an instant connection with her. I did not want to inquire any where else after Erin made me feel so comfortable and ensured me that I would receive the best care ever. My mom and I finally met Moshe and felt very comfortable. We advised him that we had little to no knowledge about the items we brought in. Moshe advised us to not worry and that he will help us. I didnʻt know what to do with my motherʻs jewelry collection. There was so much of it, and I had no idea if there was any value, besides sentimental, to any of it. And I didnʻt think I could get an appraisal without making an appointment and bringing every thing in, and of course paying for the service. I spoke to Erin, an incredibly nice, thoughtful, and sensitive woman, and she was more than happy to help me get started by just sending her pictures. I sent photos with details of about 30 pieces. She called me immediately and very patiently went through every single piece! She had me check for details as we spoke, and gave great instruction and education about my motherʻs collection. Unfortunately, there was nothing of real value...for which Erin was super apologetic...not HER fault! I was just happy to have answers, and to have worked with such a gracious person. I am on the mainland so difficult to find Hawaiian jewelry and was so excited to find an online shop that sells Ming's ...a staple of my Hawaii aunties :) I am looking for some vintage pieces to add to my collection and they have a pretty sizable inventory from which I found a gorgeous pendant that is perfect for my mother who is very petite. When inquiring about the piece the entire staff was so helpful and responses to my emails were almost instantaneous. The customer service is beyond professional, personable and friendly making me feel like I was part of their Ohana. I even asked them to keep a look out for another piece I am looking for and they responded immediately. This was a five star experience from beginning to end. My first exchange was with Erin, who was warm and very helpful. She responded to my email within minutes, and an appointment with Moshe was set for the same day. Moshe was extremely gracious, and I was struck by his knowledge of watches and watchmaking.
