A++ Experience. Spring Break 2021 was in Hawaii and my teenage son really liked this ring. We did not end up buying it for him at the time, he got it for Christmas. Excellent quality! The purple fire (his favorite color) and design of this ring is masculine. We were way off on the size and Stefan easily accepted the exchange for the new size. We travelled 0ver 8,000 miles to get married in Hawaii and to buy Hawaiian rings with them. Almost a month ahead we booked an appointment with them and about an hour prior to the meeting they cancelled the appointment even though they had been informed of us coming from afar. Thankfully in the same building, ground level there was LONA jewelry point with awesome guy named Lee who sold us amazing pieces of Jewelry - just as we wanted.

Husband bought a few rings from this company. Latest was a wedding band. We were married on New Years Eve. He is a truck driver so is never rough with his rings. He noticed his band was cracked and it's made of titanium and shell/wood. We have emailed this company 3times over the past 3 weeks. We also left a message with stefan". The only operator. We also left all info including telephone number and what the issue is. Still have not heard one word from them. Very disappointed.:(

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. They will act like they send you your custom jewelry within 5-6 business days, be late on delivery and give you a package that is open with no custom jewelry inside. They used USPS as a carrier and when I got my package 4 days later it had nothing inside.I reached out to USPS and they investigated and found out it was shipped that way to them. I reached out to Happy Laulea and I can’t get a hold of a live person on the phone. They send me an email saying that they would refund me my money but I have yet to hear from anyone. I feel robbed and humiliated from this terrible experience. It was supposed to be special but they have turned this hole experience into a nightmare.

The only problem I had was that I didn't know where the store was and got lost. This was mainly because I had no sense of direction, but it was also because the wrong article was published on a website that was compiled for Japanese people. When I called in my poor English, the owner came out to pick me up. Thank you very much for that section. I really liked Hawaiian jewelry. When I go again, I want to buy a larger bracelet, and I might buy a ring from their website again. Anyway, there is no doubt that it was a good shop that left me very satisfied.

We got lapis matching wedding bands. But after about six weeks, we both noticed that the texture of our rings changed. What I mean is the lapis became rough in texture, and we could actually see like a silver through the lapis. It was actually flaking off. I contacted customer service…we did get a refund after some effort, back and forth with Cory. 4 stars because they stood behind the product. Not 5 stars because in our mind the ring should be more durable or they should say in the description it will flake off.

I bought a set of rings about 5 years ago and through everyday wear and a motorcycle accident my ring got pretty banged up. We’ll I was in Oahu last month and found the happy Laulea store. So I went in and asked if they could fix my ring. They agreed and I left it there. They sent be my repaired ring in the mail and I was shocked at how well the ring turned out. It looks brand new! Fantastic customer service all the way around.

I purchased matching wedding rings for my husband and myself. The rings are exceptional! Smooth coming on and comfortable to wear, not to mention stunningly beautiful. Also I put down our house adress not our mailing adress and the rings were lost for a while. As well as ordering the wrong size. However after speaking to their customer service they were able to track them down and resend them to the appropriate adress then return and resize in a timely fashion. I never had a problem reaching out to them and getting an immediate response on their site. (The company is based in Hawaii so keep in mind the time change and contact during regular business hours). I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for something personal and unique.
