Decided to try this place based on a recommendation from a friend... BUYER BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE! Gold may not be as pure as they say! Placed an order in December for 2 necklaces they said it would be ready in a month. Went back more then a month later and item not even started. I decided to give them a chance and then check back and item still not ready. I went back in June only to get excuses about the item. The owner Alina said "we were on vacation so I think my sister has had it let me check with her." I waited in the store for 4 hours thinking the sister had items and was to bring it, only to realize it was just being made. I wasn't upset and just let It go trying to give the company a chance so decided to order other items. BIG MISTAKE! Placed my order put money down and told to come back in 4 weeks. I come back and as soon as I walk on the door the owner Alina does not acknowledge me and makes like she had never dealt with me. Asking to pick up my order,.again an excuse "I'm sorry my mother is sick in the hoapital, I'm tired." Trying to be empathetic and understand the situation. Then she turns on me arguing "we don't understand your order, that's why it wasn't started." Questioned if they did not understand my order why make me wait 1 month to drive in cause I kept trying to call and no answer. She then started yelling loudly "I don't want to do it for you." I laughed and thought how unprofessional this lady is and I agreed and wanted my money back. I'm appalled by how such business can take your money, promise you it will be done, yet that is all lies. Same time I'm in there another customer arrives to ask for a refund since the pendant she ordered 3 month's ago wasn't even started as promised. Alina and her family again very unprofessional and yelling at this customer in front of my family and I! Also to add to this and why this business disgusts me recently talking to a friend about this company Princess Gold was told that their daughter tried to sell her necklace similar to what I purchased from Princess Gold to Honolulu Trading Company only to find out from the company Honolulu Trading Company that the pendant was not pure 14kt gold and was told by Honolulu Trading Company that there was more metal in pendant then gold. Princess Gold acknowledged that pendant was not pure gold and offered only to make another pendant for our friends daughter. Definitely will take my recently purchased necklaces to another company to test if it 14kt like they state or other metals mixed in like our friend experienced! She needs to be careful ripping off customers! So BEWARE THE GOLD THE ARE SELLING and JEWELRY THEY ARE MAKINGZ CLAIMING 14KT MAY NOT BE AS PURE AS WE THINK!

Too expensive!!! Light weight and she tells you 3 weeks it takes 3 times as long 9 weeks. Gold quality bad and check it might be used.

Their customer service is horrible, they'll be super nice initally but then don't deliver on any promises. Order was paid for in full and promised to be ready by a certain date, they'll give you the run around on why it's still not ready. She's inconsistent in pricing, because she gave me one price and my family member a totally different price for the exact same piece desired. Very dishonest and extremely defensive if you question anything. Horrible, horrible experience and would not recommend giving her your business

Placed my order for bracelet made it clear of the only design I wanted and even showed her my other bracelet for lettering expectations. Came to pick it up they added designs shortened area for long Hawaiian name and made it small. All the letters bled together you couldn’t even read it. She got huffy with me demanded final payment before she corrected 1 month later no response from them. Save your time don’t go here

Mom and Pop shop with their daughters. Super friendly, and they do nice work! They do tend to work slow but there are only 2 workers (?).

They make beautiful pieces, down to detail they listen to what YOU want not what they think, literally she asked me to write what I want or how I want, how you see my 2 sons name is EXACTLY how I wrote it on the slip, not thinking going be exactly how i write it, but I'm waiting for my 32" bracelet ($3,800) and knew the drill, I still LOVE LOVE my plate I call it "license plates" its a custom plate 28mm×3" on a 3mm solid gold rope chain ($2,800) bought my hubby the 8MM solid rope about (6.5k). milano chains are nice but LESS gold in them tending to break easier faster, everyone likes them because their different, not anymore tho they're everywhere!! Thankyou Alina!! Will come back guaranteed!! ..not anytime soon tho ..13ks a lot.idk what I was thinking?..and yes they do take a little longer then usual but only get 2 of them and they have a lot of customed personalized items that require intricate work, I personally DO NOT MIND waiting for custom pieces that no one else will have. My plate was 4 weeks. Patience is a virtue. If you dont have patience go somewhere that you will have patience for.....but I bet you it wont be CUSTOMED.....just plain-O-plain

What can I say, my wife's family been doing business with this family over 35 years. Awsome people.

WARNING: If you get a verbal commitment make sure you get it in writing because they will NOT honor it. I bought a Gold chain/Hawaiian bracelet and the bracelet was supposed to be ready before valentines day. Called and left multiple messages and never received a return call. I went there on valentines day expecting the bracelet to be ready to give to my fiance and was told it was never made and I will have to wait until next week. I didnt push the issue but while I was waiting for them to look for the bracelet that was never made I decided to purchase a pendent. Since they ruined my valentines present and miss quoted me the price for the pendent they were willing to give me a discount. I told them I will purchase the pendent when the bracelet is ready. When I came back to pick up the bracelet and purchase the pendent they wouldn't honor the price I was quoted. Also the bracelet wasn't even the correct size. SMH!!! JUST BAD BUSINESS AND WONT BE COMING BACK OR SUGGESTING THEM TO FAMILY OR FRIENDS!!!! I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU LOOK FOR OTHER SHOPS THAT CAN KEEP DEADLINES FOR SPECIAL EVENTS AND HONOR THERE QUOTED PRICES!!!
