Walked into an empty department store basically. Workers group together in random parts of the store to talk to each other. Seems like if you do not look rich you won't even be greeted.

Very clean and beautiful store. Especially I was so impressed by the restroom. I think the best restroom among this shopping center.!

Beautiful store with attractive merchandise but not many shoppers. It could be that they're rather overpriced with not many items on sale. You could get a lot of similar things at small boutique stores for way less. Some really cute clothes though.

Beautiful store with very few customers, signage at the elevators are misplace away from the elevators so it can easily be missed. Very few products on sale as well, missing the sales rack in women shoes, I was disappointed to see just a couple items " one " only pairs on display, not much specials offered. Overall not interesting to browse any further.

Staff was great prices on some things are reasonable. Store is always clean and well organized.

Up date do not go here there are things that can get you hurt here that should of been secured management tried to throw all responsibility out to the insurance company stated they would be in contact 24-36hrs witch they haven't. Now my wife got hurt by a toilet paper holder that Is metal and wasn't secured to the wall itself when it fell off hit her knee down her leg she went to er and all but store admits that their tp dispenser is a issue and was gonna replace it but never done so it's neglected and caused unnecessary problems they also had a bracket sticking out of a wall that can poke someone's eye out. I'll add pick of the tp braket that is oblonged and damaged but still used it knowing securement is a problem and another bracket sticking out of the wall they hid them

The manager for sunglasses is actually AMAZING! He is so helpful, professional ,patient and kind! He’s probably the best salesman I’ve ever met!

Bloomingdale’s is always a beautiful place to walk through and shop. Shout out to the two wonderful women who helped me pick out a new fragrance. You made the experience so enjoyable.

Expensive, but you get what you pay for. We went to the kitchen section looking for specific items. They have great sales and friendly service.

called them regarding of the account and shipping issues. Their customer service is located in the philippines. I had a hardtime to understand him, Candice? took me about 15 min to get nothing. I requested Candice to let me talk to his boss and he just pushed me around but didnot forward me to his boss. Really difficult. He didnot listen what you ask but just told you what he liked. Really difficult. Looks like you have to go visit their store and or call their store to talk to someone who can communicate.

Purchased a Tumi check in luggage bag today and the service I got from the young lady was second to none. She went over and above my expectations of customer service and for that I thank her. I wish her all the best with her future and I am also very impressed with Bloomingdales and other staff members I spoke to. They obviously have a great hr team.

I was so happy I could use my Bloomingdale's value bucks in Hawaii . The sales association's were so nice, we were givin 15% of coupons as tourists from the mainland and free postcards.

Not the store for me... don't get me wrong its beautiful and they have everything but its way overpriced just for name brand

Yet at the same time I totally am four the dedicated never defended Mrs Bunton, who gets 2 hours a day, and as with Mr N who never made the bully n classclown,but has to now deal with all the parents are supposed to be putting in so teachers are overworked and under compensated!
