Chelsea was nice. The lady who did one of the girl's eat piercing is moving to kahala and she's amazing. She had an eye for it and made sure the piercing were even and centered. Interesting and cute stuff in the store. Thanks!

I had a disappointing experience at this place, I got my ear piercing done here. The girl who performed the piercing was mean. While I was still looking for my ID in the backpack, the girl raised her voice, questioning why I didn't have an ID and emphasizing its importance. This behavior occurred in the presence of other customers, making me feel very uncomfortable. During the preparation for the ear piercing, after marking the lower lobe of my ear, she asked my mother to check if it's balance. We only asked for a SINGLE adjustment to the marks, but the girl seems inpatient and she squeezed my mother aside then re-marked the spots. Additionally, the quality of the ear piercing itself is terrible. The ear piercing she did for me grew and recovered for over a year before it was normal, then when I changed my earrings I realized that the piercing she did for me was crooked and the process of changing the earrings was very painful.

It was a lovely experience, when I went i got my ears pierced. As i have a fear of needles they made it really easy for me. Also have a nice selection of things for girls i got a phone case and nice pair of earrings.

Kids loved the place. It set up to make them want everything. Gimmic deal buy 3 get 3 free is basically a joke since the items they are selling are worth a few cents but charge 1000%+. Really not worth the money.

The lady who pierced my daughters ears was so obnoxiously talking so fast, like slow down you robot!! & learn to listen, kept cutting me off. Horrible customer service from that lady. But the other staff & the manager are so sweet!

Olivia is just as sweet as a lychee, she's very helpful, with a great customer service attitude, extensive knowledge of the inventory and was able to help me find just the right ear bud connection I'd been looking for! Thank you so much Olivia 😊💝

Genuinely the worst retail experience i’ve ever had. I came into the store to browse cute things since i’ve been personally down lately but the assistant manager of the store was extremely rude and inhumane towards me. I can’t believe a grown woman can act in such disgusting ways to people. If she continues working there I pray for her sake she goes through some HR sensitivity and attitude training.

Good range and very friendly staff. I would certainly go again.

Place. It's honestly not my favorite but she loves going in there and finding something new to put in her hair. I personally find it a bit annoying and the smell sense in that it just is a big turn off to me. But she loves it.

Good place to take your kids to get their fashion accessories cheap.

CLAIRE'S sales associate was not very pleasant, but 12 for 12 sale they had was to my expectation since I was on a tight budget.

Walked through the entire store and was not acknowledged by either woman at register. Instead got to hear all about sales goals which had their entire attention.

Terrible customer service. The manager in charge acted really entitled and spoke to me as if I did not know what I was talking about. Constantly felt belittled by her and the rest of the staff. Will not be coming back here in the future.

Friendly employees and very tidy! Easy to shop for what my kiddo wants. :-)

What young girl doesn't love Claire's? As a mom to 2 girls I accompany them there often. We've done ear piercings there too. It was quick and easy, though I definitely recommend calling ahead to see when they are 2 people on staff. That way they can do both ears simultaneously!
