I
understand
this
may
be
a
department
specific
issue
I’ve
been
dealing
with
but
the
frustration
level
is
so
high
I
can’t
give
this
anything
but
one
star.
As
a
military
spouse
the
life
comes
with
the
understanding
that
military
health
care
is
down
right
awful
when
it
comes
to
scheduling,
getting
things
done
and
just
higher
levels
of
care
in
general.
As
we’ve
experienced
with
multiple
stations
hospitals.
However
this
has
been
the
worst.
My
spouse
has
had
a
tumor
in
his
hand
since
October,
and
we
were
told
it
needed
removed
ASAP
before
it
got
any
larger
and
started
to
fracture
the
bone
it
is
on.
Scary
and
understandable
that
it
needed
to
be
taken
care
of
asap
as
said
by
the
orthopedic
surgeon
we
had
the
appointment
with.
Amazing
Dr,
no
issue
with
him,
he
was
great.
Appreciated
him.
While
that
Dr.
has
been
away
however,
it
has
been
awful
trying
to
get
this
surgery
scheduled.
We
were
even
given
multiple
numbers
to
call
to
get
this
scheduled.
Those
lines
have
picked
up
almost
never
to
schedule
this
important
surgery
and
when
it
is
we
are
given
the
run
around
and
always
told
they’ll
call
back
and
they
never
do.
We
have
gotten
one
call
back
about
what
was
supposed
to
be
a
date
for
the
surgery,
we
called
them
back
to
take
that
date
and
time
for
it
and
we
believed
it
was
confirmed.
I
called
the
day
before
to
check
on
any
protocol
we
needed
to
follow
24
hours
before
surgery
and
they
said
“we
don’t
have
your
spouse
scheduled
for
anything”.
(And
even
then
with
that
call,
no
one
in
the
orthopedic
office
answered
the
phone,
I
had
to
get
that
information
from
the
hospitals
“general
information
desk”).
I’m
planning
on
this
week
going
back
into
Tripler
and
finding
someone
in
person
to
speak
to
to
get
this
done.
I
should’ve
stopped
giving
them
chances
to
get
this
scheduled
over
the
phone/online,
and
just
gone
in
person.
But
the
date
they
gave
us
was
Dec
12th
and
up
until
the
11th,
when
I
called,
I
had
believed
the
surgery
had
been
scheduled.
It
wasn’t.
The
run
around
has
been
awful,
the
lack
of
effort
on
the
surgery
scheduling
lines
part
to
even
pick
up
the
phone
(I’ve
called
different
times
of
day
during
office
hours,
so
many
times
since
October),
is
scary.
The
only
line
to
answer
their
phone
has
been
the
nurses
station
line.
The
number
for
the
orthopedic
surgery
scheduling
line
or
“Brenda’s
desk”
has
not
picked
up
when
I’ve
called
once.
It
always
says
she’s
away
from
her
desk.
Thank
god
this
tumor
is
benign
and
not
cancer.
Or
this
would
be
even
worse.
In
short…
just
double/triple
check
your
appointments
you
make,
especially
for
something
important.
Go
in
person
if
you
have
to.
Hold
someone
accountable.
Advocate
for
whoever
you
need
to,
however
you
need
to.
