Medical facility, great service including Surgery, physical therapy and many other services. Had three surgeries done by perhaps one of the best orthopedic surgeon on the Islands Dr. Chun however, his nurse/ assistant who takes the call, appointments etc. has a terrible attitude, a complaint that just might be justified will be met by her as an insult, she's not shy to say " you don't have to come back " if you don't like it. Customer service is no priority here, too bad because dr. Chun is a champion at what he does, his assistant is a total misfit.

This is a pretty nice building with one bad mistake - handicapped parking. It would have been nice if they had put ALL the Handicapped stalls together on the first parking floor... But they didn't. Kinda strange since they have so many orthopedic and sports injury clinics, along with several Rehab clinics. So, my suggestion is to drop the patient at the front door and get them seated inside (the lobby is nice), and then go park. Likewise, when leaving, leave the patient in the lobby, and go around the block on Young and Kalakaua. Remember to get your parking stub VALIDATED! And there's 2 sets of elevators - one outside nearer Young for the parking, and a bunch inside for the offices.

They didn’t correctly setup/coordinate my son’s EEG brain scan, therefore myself, my husband, and our 6 month son flew from Kauai to Oahu for absolutely no reason. We wasted time and money; not to mention traveled during a pandemic in hopes of receiving answers for my son’s brain condition, which we never received. Disappointed is an understatement. Now we need to wait over a month for my son to undergo his brain scan/testing, delaying the possibility of weaning him off his medication

Security and Information personnel is very friendly and helpful and greet you with a smile.

A nice place with PROFESSIONAL Doctors, parking is sometimes a challenge.

Good location, small pharmacy and cafe in the lobby area.

Very friendly staff and easy to get to, and right of the hwy. They have a Cafe in the lobby which is a very nice addition and parking is cheap too. It's only a dollar per hour which downtown is like finding a unicorn ridden by a leprechaun holding the holy grail.

Sorry this is coming late... I was once treated here and i must admit they really know what it feels like to be a patient

Got their for Appointment and The woman I was supposed to see was I'll. Better she stayed home, I should have checked my messages before I left. But have been so busy with the new house!
