    Tried to get a contact lense appointment for the past year and a half with no available dates online or in app. Called and automated operator says to book online or in app. Well I already know no appointments available. Very creative way for them to avoid providing service. Idk if it's the employees or the employer that doesn't want to provide service but either way. They obviously don't care about me or my health. Gonna do through Costco instead since kaiser doesn't want to provide a service I'm supposed to get. Costco is probably cheaper and more professional anyway. Choose another health care provider if your health is important to you.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. You have to pay to park here even when you visit the pharmacy. They always mess up your prescription and have to call your doctor and make you wait forever. Customer service is terrible all over the building. Good luck scheduling an appointment. You’ll be put on hold literally for over an hour sometimes. The whole operation here is a joke.

    Can Kaiser do better?? It's ridiculous that you can't find a direct phone number to Kaiser Vision care (432-2170) and you can't schedule this online . I had to wait 10 min just so I could get that number to call and make an appointment to do a simple thing like get my eyeglasses fixed. Drive all the way out from the windward side to honolulu to pay $3 for parking , street parking is available for under a dollar if you don't mind walking but for seniors inconvenient. I understand that it's because of covid and that there are necessary measures put in place for safety... I wish I could go somewhere else for this but can Kaiser is my health plan and they can do better by making this more accessible by opening up a Vision care ctr on the windward side?

    Amazing. Truly amazing. Sprained my ankle on a hike & came to this location for services. Staff were amazing & so kind, didn’t think I’d have to come to a hospital on vacation but grateful for the Kaiser urgent care at this medical center!

    Da Nursing staff are knowledgeable about their work and friendly to approach if I have any questions. I’ve been coming to Kaiser since I was 15 and went to another provider when I was about 36 but I’m so glad I returned and now I’m 54 now I’m getting da care I need and I am so happy dat I’m back.

    The check-in service and reservation status of this company is also very poor and the Kaiser company only cares about taking money. They are only interested in making money, They don't care about the patients at all. If there is an emergency, they will not respond. Their excuse is that the doctors are busy! This is so unreasonable when nurses are even busier than doctors. The medical appointment system in the U.S. is the worst. If it is an emergency, you can be seen for an additional fee, and it is taken as if they are telling you to come to the hospital if you don't have the money. If you have a stomach ache, see an internist, If you have a stomach ache, see a gastroenterologist. For skin, a dermatologist. Why don't we, as a developed country, take better care of our people with regard to medical care? I really wonder and It is unclear what our money and taxes are being used for.

    Booked an urgent care visit in advance and waited over an hour and a half. I was the told that I should request a video doctor's visit from the waiting room and do that instead. In what world is it appropriate to have a video doctor's appointment from a crowded waiting room? I was eventually seen after about an hour and forty minutes and was told they were understaffed. An absolute failing of our medical system, and you will still be required to pay for parking even after you never got to see a doctor. I regret ever signing up for Kaiser.

    I have been having episodes of AFib and have ended up in the ER several times. They always give me a referral for cardiology but I have not received a call from them. I have even called the cardiology dept and they just took a message and didn't call me back.

    Went to Vision Essentials at the Honolulu Clinic. Had to repair a set of glasses is all. Adreanna was very helpful in providing info on plan coverage and did a great job on fixing my glasses. Kudos to her and the staff. I’ve never had anything but great service and attitude there.

    Hospital is fine. But DO NOT GET LISA A. CAMARA as your primary care doctor, she is really bad! She will prescribe antibiotics left and right without even seeing you. Worst doctor I've ever had.

    I was a walk-in to the lab for bloodwork this morning. I was called in less than 5 minutes. The phlebotomist was excellent - not even a pinch. Everyone was very friendly and super competent at their job. All of this is “as usual.”

    Today I had an appointment at Kaiser Optical Department 1010 Pensacola Street Honolulu, Hawaii 96814 Mr Marc Isemoto is an excellent, caring and Professional asset to Kaiser Optical department. He took the time to help me with finding my prescriptions and knowing that they were over booked for the day he kindly assisted me and took the time to help me chose the best quality and affordable prescribed reading glasses for me knowing that I didn’t wanted go over my budget and he so patiently took the time to help me. It’s so special that someone goes out of their way to help an stranger and make their experience worth to be remembered. It’s for caring professionals like Mr Marc that I choose Kaiser every single time because they are not more caring professionals who truly care to make you feel like part of their family like Mr Marc Isemoto, He really made my day easier and stress free.     My visit today was a fast, efficient, caring and confident engage that gave a plan of action and follow up along with immediate offering of option for temporary care until test results are back. And adding on: I came today for my follow up visit and it was equally as fast, caring, efficient and confidently competent in my health care provision esp when it comes to my vision/eye sight. great visit!

    Our Mid-Atlantic member id number will not work in Hawaii but the front desk helped me activate a Hawaii Kaiser id within 20 minutes. (If you’re traveling here make sure you get your HI member number ahead of time as the Mainland member # may not work during registration process). I was visiting Oahu from the east coast and had problems with my ears half way through my trip. I would like to leave this review for the amazing people in the Urgent Care on Pensacola street. My caretakers Physican John W, Blaine- RN and another gentleman whose name I forgot (maybe Jeff?) truly went above and beyond! The 3 of them helped me to continue enjoying my vacation. Without them I was ready to catch a flight back and cut short my travels. Thank you guys, you all are awesome people! What goes around, comes around.

    Incredible experience here. Staff is so helpful and seem like they genuinely care. Systems are so well put together. Urgent care took a little while longer than I thought, but it’s because there were a lot of people. The lady at the counter suggested to book an appointment on the Kaiser app instead of come to urgent care.

    Honolulu Kaiser Urgent Care staff were superb in their caring attitude & attention to the little things! I had hip pain for a week & had been seen at the emergency department last week. Despite the pain meds and care at the ER, I was still in pain a week later and even with a cane barely able to walk to my bathroom. Not only did Kaiser nurse advice line get me in to the clinic within 2 hours when I couldn’t get an appointment with my own doctor but arranged for a wheelchair for me. That care continued at the clinic reception desk who assisted with the check in when it was obvious I couldn’t reach the payment device. She kindly helped with that and told me about the different chairs in the waiting area to accommodate my pain! I was waiting & promptly on time a nurse came & got a wheelchair and assisted me to the urgent care area. They even made sure the room was big enough to accommodate the wheelchair! They brought a warm blanket! Then the physician did a thorough discussion & exam and really listened to what was going on and what I was concerned about. She discussed options and took the time to explain everything. She ordered a walker for me to help with mobility and a referral to orthopedics. She even discussed acupuncture with me as an additional therapy. Super thorough! But it doesn’t stop there. The nurses made sure I was wheeled over to pharmacy for my meds and since my escort had to leave for another urgent patient, he made sure the pharmacy staff knew I was waiting on the side in the wheelchair. The pharmacy staff took the time to come out to me and get the information for the meds and when it was ready they came out to wheel me up to get it & assisted with the payment device which I could barely reach. Afterwards the pharmacy staff called security to escort me to the elevator to the parking garage and he wheeled me all the way to my waiting car! Above and beyond excellent care and superbly caring staff. The way health care should be!! I thank them all for making a very painful day so much better!

    A mishap sent me to the Honolulu clinic Urgent Care department where I expected to languish in discomfort for hours after being unable to obtain an appointment. However to my absolute delight, I was seen quickly, efficiently, and with considerable care by an expert staff who went the extra mile with a smile.

    Doctor Kathryn Brown Urgent Care Dept, what a gem! She’s hella cool and really thorough with her treatment. I highly recommend her if you ever need urgent care treatment. PS give her a raise!

    Usually I have issues with rude doctors or ones that just want you in and out, but I did not experience that here. Dr. Romy T Nochi (OBGYN) was so patient, helped me get the hang of my Kaiser App since I was new to it & on top of that.. her staff was SO nice. I’m giving it 4 stars only due to the extremely dismissive front desk staff that were at the place i got blood drawn & check-in, they are so rude & have a horrible attitude. Their attitude made my anxiety that I was already having about being there skyrocket, but thankfully Dr. Romy changed that!

    The 3 COVID-19 vaccination staff were stellar: organized, relational, helpful, and kind to all. The injection itself... I couldn't even feel it! The after-shot waiting room staff person was helpful, interactive, and informative. There were too many signs outside for any of us - from low-functioning to high-functioning - to understand and navigate. We helped each other as we waited for the staff to return from lunch, though, and all was well.

    I went to Kaiser’s ever since I was 16. My doctor was a Paediatrician named, David Paperny, MD. I no longer go to Kaisers but if I could I would. God answered my prayers and as of January 1st I have been a member of Kaiser Medical. My PCP is da beautiful Lisa Camara, MD. I chose her as my doctor cause we have da same name. To help me with my transition Kaiser referred me to do Electrolysis expired 6/30/2023. My goal is to get my breast augmentation in July 2022, God willing.
