    Urgent Care??....its more like Casual Care. You should avoid this place at all costs. I have seen Aid Stations in third world countries take better care of people than this place. Waited for hours and no one could give me an update on when I would be seen. Asked multiple times very politely for an update and got a generic excuse of "high volume" each time. I ended up walking out without being seen after 4 hours. Save yourself time and go somewhere else. I wouldn't trust this place to save my life.

    Really regret coming here. No one was in the waiting room yet it took about 30 minutes to be called back meanwhile the staff was running around in the front giggling. They asked to put a credit card on file which is pretty shady considering I have Anthem Blue Cross and have never had a copay. Finally I was called back and one of the assistants from the front approaches me and lets me know they’re going to have to charge me for the visit because it’s out of state insurance. I show her that I looked the facility up and it shows it’s in network and she says oh uhm okay well then that’s 20%. I tell her I’ve literally never paid a copay because the policy is to bill my insurance and they bill me. She refuses to believe me and I say okay we can figure it out later. After I leave the room and go to the front she looks at me waiting and walks away to talk to one of the other assistants. I leave and see they’ve charged me for the entire visit. Avoid this Urgent Care facility !!! —— UPDATE: They’re now overcharging me saying that I didn’t pay when they literally charged me for the entire bill? AVOID THIS URGENT CARE ... literally the most unprofessional facility I’ve ever been to

    Edit 6:47pm: i walked out at around 6:30pm. I could not wait anymore! What is the point of running an urgent care when clearly the employees do not care about getting their patients in and out. Honestly, I would give 5 stars to the gentleman in the front who checked me in. Although he saw me leaving, he made sure that I was going to cancel, and apologized. It is not your fault! I would give NO STARS if it was possible. Currently here atm. Been here since about 5:30pm-ish to take a COVID test and be cleared for work. It is now 6:13pm and I have not been seen since my vitals were taken about half an hour ago. As I’m sitting here, I can just hear everyone talking and giggling. I have never needed to wait this long for a COVID test. The Queen’s Island Urgent Care in Ewa Beach has OUTSTANDING service compared to this location. Anywho, I am still waiting to be seen. Avoid this location!!!

    I visited this clinic this afternoon, 25 April at around 1.45 for my chest pain. But I got a frustrating and annoying treatment by their staff of no good breeding. When I was inside the test room my BP and HB were taken. After that, the staff have asked me to wear the surgical shirt or gown saying something that I dont understand. But I clearly understood that If I am ready just knock the door so she could come in. It took a awhile for her to come in, though. When she saw the shirt/gown I wore was wrong she said in a sarcastic tone that I should wear the opening should forward. I dont know if this is the proper wording - Opening should forward. I think it is more understandable if she said the opening should be in front. Anyway, I told her she should say it nicely and not with disrespectful tone that she's insisting that I dont understood her instruction. A big deal for her!! Since the test is an ECG, I told her that I will not push through the test anymore. I removed the surgical shirt and wore back my shirt and walked out of the room. I informed the front desk what happened and that I am canceling my test and there should be NO charges to my medical insurances. The other staff asked me if I still want to have the test, but I told this staff that there is no more point to conduct the test because the result will be bad, for sure. I am lodging this complaint as to have this staff retrained so that they know how to treat patients with utmost care especially senior people. Mahalo!

    I would leave less than a 1 star if I had to. I felt very sick when I went in, the doctor spoke to me for a whole 5 seconds to just tell me I would do a covid test. I was not given any health advice or expertise. I was paying out of pocket, 138$ just to get a covid test!? I left with no medication ordered. Days go by and my symptoms get even worst, my covid result ended up being NEGATIVE. So I called back to get a prescription of medication, they told me I would have to be reevaluated and cost me another 100$ for a new visit! Then tell me they don't give out prescriptions until 7 days have past with symptoms. I felt like it was a huge waste of money, I was rushed out the door just for a covid test. They don't give out medication when I didn't even have covid? I missed out on multiple days of work, no health advice, and left with worst symptoms as days go by. It felt like a very poor experience and won't be coming back here again.

    10-20 minute wait Poor bedside manner, dismissive to my concerns and recommendations despite my medical background. In an out of the room in 2 minutes. Does not take the effort to listen. Nothing done. Told me to order everything myself. Not sure what the purpose of urgent care is? Condescending. Zero respect.

    Went a few months ago didn't receive a feedback or review on visit, so I will share it here. Stats were taken and cuff didn't properly get my pulse but Cryssilva recorded inaccurate data. Then urine test n3eded to be dome and I requested for additional supply and she didn't want to provide it until I asked her what's your name then her behavior changed and she tried to be more friendly. We have our days but please improve and provide the proper care and treatments to your patients.

    2 stars for getting in quick and friendly service at front desk. No thorough examination was done. Dr. Brienco, quickly looked at my badly blistered body and decided on my prescription. It took all of 3 minutes tot in the examination room. Nurse stated it would take 30 minutes for medication to be ready. 30 minutes later the pharmacist called them back and he was informed they forgot to send it. Now the wait time is an hour! Lousy service by this one nurse.

    If you want to get misdiagnosed and feel like being rushed out of URGENT CARE of all places, this is a great place to go. I went in for a possible skin infection and had Dr. Nguyen. She looked at it for 10 seconds and said it was dyshidrotic eczema, which I knew was not true because I recognized this infection before. After inquiring multiple times, she was adamant that it was dyshidrotic eczema and prescribed me a corticosteroid. I left feeling rushed and had a gut feeling that there was something wrong. After a few days of using the steroid, my infection got WORSE. I didn't want to go back to urgent care because of the wait and had to resort to Telehealth doctor online. It turns out it WAS an INFECTION and the steroid made it worse. The online Dr prescribed me some antibiotics and it eventually went away. It's pretty telling that a Dr online solved my issue despite the difficulty of diagnosing a patient virtually than a Dr who's right there in front of you. Very dismissive to concerns. The mixed reviews on here should tell you what you can expect from this place. I'd give this 0 stars, but 1 for the nice staff at least.

    Dr Williams has no idea what he is doing. I took my daughter here and he sent her to the ER and made it sound like she was practically dying. After racking up a huge bill at the ER, we found out it was just a simple anxiety attack that he made much worse. My daughter told him several times she has bad anxiety and to slow down with all of the false diagnoses he is making. He never knew what was going on or how to read an EKG. He just kept throwing out random diseases and saying “i think.” Not to mention was googling stuff infront of my daughter. Dr Williams should not have the label as a doctor if he’s going to have no confidence in what he is diagnosing his patients with. Very poor treatment. Please ONLY use this place if you’re in desperate need of a doctors note, other than that I would highly recommend going somewhere else that will actually leave you feeling better and not worse than when you first came in.

    Didn’t wait long and staff was very friendly. I had been sick for ten days. I came in saying I had pneumonia, but the doctor said it was just bronchitis and didn’t do a thorough exam. No improvement on steroids and went to my regular doctor 5 days later. Immediately said I had pneumonia and I was better within days of taking an antibiotic

    Incredibly poor communication and patient care TWO times in a row, hoping the third time it’s the correct information. This was concerning a Covid-19 test which is even more concerning and disappointing especially since it came in positive. I recommend that you make sure everybody’s on the same page when communicating information with patients. Covid-19 is not a good place to be dropping the ball.

    Walked into this clinic and to my surprise, despite all the negative reviews, this was some of the best service I have ever had at an urgent care clinic. After checking in I waited five minutes until I was called back. Nurse saw me and shortly after the doctor saw me as well. I was in and out with the prescription I needed in thirty minutes. Doctor was thorough and explained everything I needed to know. Would certainly go back if the need arises. Very clean and all staff were very professional.

    TERRIBLE experience. Doctor needs to learn door manners- entered the room WITHOUT knocking. Then proceeded to discuss my treatment and diagnosis WITH THE DOOR OPEN. Everyone could hear. Not only this, it took over an HOUR AND A HALF to receive an extremely simple prescription. To end it all, the doctor wasn’t even sure what was wrong with me. Don’t go here.

    Dr Briceno and John took fantastic care of me. They were compassionate and efficient. The doctor was alike to suture my knee even though there was very little healthy skin to reapproximate.

    I called twice to ask about billing. The first time I was told to leave a message. Someone called back and answered my question the next day. The second time I pressed 0 to connect with someone. Someone picked up the phone and then hung it up. To top it off, the online time frame that tells us the busiest times and least busy times to go there told me (on the live section) that they are not busy at all. Can't understand this. I guess they have reasons. To be fair, I did go there twice before, about a year or so ago, once for a real problem that required an ambulance to take me to the hospital and another time for a Covid check, which took about 50 minutes. I appreciated the ambulance visit as I really needed their help.

    First time going there and first thing they ask for is my ID, insurance and credit card. I asked why my credit card if I have insurance? They said we need to keep all credit cards on file just for when insurance doesn't cover they will charge your it to your credit card. So I give them all they asked for only to have them tell me they don't accept HMSA. So I just left

    Horrible doctor. Horrible service. Bad bedside manner. And just no compassion, no heart. Makes me wonder if he was traumatize with that apathetic demeanor. Please don't go there. You will just waste money on your insurance.

    I brought my husband on a weekend instead of going to Queen’s ER for an infected incision from surgery done at Queen’s. We filled out the paperwork (pages) and waited. Then we were told that they cannot treat it. We ended up at Queen’s ER anyway. Going to Queen’s Urgent Care was a waste of time and added more stress to a stressful situation.

    SO GRATEFUL FOR THIS URGENT CARE & STAFF. 2 people waiting when I arrived.. A young man, receptionist was kind and quick Sat for 5 min. Brought into a room by a MA. Took my vitals. She was professional and courteous.She stated there were 2 people ahead of me so it would be a few minutes. Maybe 10 minutes late the doc walked in. I asked for the fix 3 people told me to get. He said ok. 2 min later the MA came in with said medicine. The MAstated the doc would chart and she would get back with me. SO GRATEFUL FOR THIS URGENT CARE AND STAFF!!

    Horrible service and don't go there if you want to see a real doctor cuz you'll be seen by a PA who dismisses your concerns and tells you to go to a regular medical doctor at a hospital SMH and nothing goes right after that not even your prescription and you're going to wait at least an hour and a half with an empty waiting room or maybe two or three people is a lot of carrying going on between them in the back but not much being done for the patients unfortunately I will not be returning and it's near my home but it's a sad place

    I WISH I CAN PUT 00000000000000 stars!!!!! THE WORST PEOPLE WORKING THERE, AND THE WORST URGENT CARE!!! A SCAM A COMPLETE SCAM!!!! THE OFFICE FRONT DESK IS SO RUDE THEY NEVER HELP YOU AND THEY HAVE THE MOST CARELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE! I HAVE HEARD THIS FROM OTHER PEOPLE TOO AND NOW I EXPERIENCED IT ON MY OWN SADLY! Literally I stood for 5 minutes before the woman at the front turned her head. She was chatting with someone about their decoration trees and was faced the opposite direction of the door and the entrance. Literally I have seen her do this deliberately! They do not advise you that to see a doctor just for a consultation it will be $300!!!! WHO HAS THAT MUCH TO PAY JUST SO THE DOCTOR CAN LOOK AT YOUR FINGER AND DO NOTHING ELSE?!!!!!!!     Its the staff that makes this place worthy of 5stars. Everyone that assisted me today were cheerful, kind, and i felt like i was in good hands here. Dr wasnt in a hurry to leave. He was very knowledgeable. He stayed and asked questions. He listened. And he came up with solutions.

    1/18/23, I was attended by Dr S Stegall, MD who I found very competent, very cordial and very compassionate. She addressed my symptoms thoroughly on my main purpose for the visit. In addition, she was concerned about my elevated blood pressure. She gave me prescription for it & advised me to follow up with my pcp. I give her a grade of A+ and 5 stars. She gave excellent & reassuring care. Dr S Masifi, MD who attended to me on 8/15/22 was similarly excellent! The front desk attendant Nick was prompt & A+ too. But more than any person deserving the highest accolade & my sincerest thanks is the primary attendant May Joy, a second generation FilipinoAmerican who did her job like clockwork: greeted me, took my blood pressure, showed me the reading, took specimen, gave result, instructions & gave me in short, a most impressive, excellent & competent care during the entire duration of the visit. What can I say in conclusion? This facility is simply five stars, period!
