I had a great experience here! This walk-n clinic is located in Dada Salon to the left after passing the front desk stand. Both the nurse/receptionist and physician are kind and attentive. I will guarantee be back in the case I need an urgent care facility.

I came to this clinic after doing some research about other urgent care clinics. The other clinics in my area had a lot of negative reviews, but when I came across this clinic the reviews were very positive. I took the chance and drove my niece here instead of going to a clinic near our place. I was glad I did take that chance. The staff here was very polite and professional from check-in to check-out. Jae Hwan Kim, NP-C, APRN-Rx was great. He treated my niece very professionally and answered all my questions I had about her situation with no hesitation. He was also happy to answer all my questions and showed so much care by saying if her situation gets worse to call him or take her to the emergency room. She is doing much better after his diagnosis and medications he prescribed. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to this clinic. In fact, if I can't get an appointment with my regular doctor and need to see someone. I will be going to this clinic.

Brilliant clinic: excellent treatment, perfect location and easy booking. Their team were super accommodating for me as a British traveller with an ear issue. Fitting me in around my availability the same day and giving a very good treatment protocol. Small yet very well equipped facility in an east to get to location. The Dr is a true and committed professional. Couldn’t recommend more

In regards to covid controls, they are very safe, thorough, and professional, which I believe is exactly the level at which our medical staff should be operating at in these ongoing times. Super awesome! Doctor was great at allaying fears and diagnosing. Very reassuring and personable too. Took the time. Great staff; don’t be fooled by location and size. Highly recommend this clinic. By the way I am from Canada too. Helped with my insurance and direct billed.

Needed an COVID-19 antigen test and for $90 plus service charge for credit card, received our results in about 20 minutes after the nose swab. I would recommend an appointment, did the appointment the day before. The location is inside the salon on the 3rd floor of the hotel. A wonderful security guard assisted us in finding it once we were in the lobby. If you give them your passport, you do not need to give them a social security number. Excellent staff!!!!!!

Very friendly and professional service! I wish these guys were my primary care physicians they are so great. Staff is so friendly and up front about solutions every single time. In and out in such a short amount of time! Dr. Kim checked out my breakouts remotely with facetime each week to make sure everything was alright. It worked out perfectly since i did not have to waste time on the road and felt safer during this Covid madness..

Visiting from Canada and not feeling well. Found the Ala Moana Clinic and they were wonderful. Polite and professional. I would highly recommend!

We just moved from California and I am between insurances. I have had a serious ear ache for 3 days now. I couldn't believe how hard it was to find a doctor!! Thankfully I found this doctor on line and he had a lot of 5 star reviews and now I know why!! They were able to schedule me appointment next day!! Went today and I had wax build up and an ear infection he cleaned my ear and now I can hear!!! He also prescribed antibiotics and ear drops. I want to say THANK YOU so much as I was in severe pain!! Mahalo!!!

Not to mention, they are around 60% cheaper than all other walk in clinics in the area. If your sick, visit these guys, you will be so happy you did, and so will your wallet.

These people are so great. Super friendly and they care. I’ve been there about 5 times for different issues. One time, my insurance refused to cover something and I called these doctors and they fixed it right away. I highly recommend them. I wish they were open on the weekend. I also wish they were primary care doctors because I like them so much.

Had constant ringing noise in my ear for 3 months, finally went to this clinic and it turned out to be ear wax touching my eardrum. Dr.Jae put a lot of effort into treating my ear that day and now I am 100% without any noise in my ear. I highly recommend trying out this clinic before you go anywhere else. I thought I had to see ENT specialist but it turned out to be a minor issue. Very friendly and accommodating.

The staff was very professional, courteous, and personable as well! Dr. Jae explained my diagnosis very well in full detail and prescribed only the necessary medication. I highly recommend this clinic!

Dr. Jae and the receptionist are super professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I had an embarrassing health symptom and found this clinic close to me on Google Map. I thought I would be referred to a hospital as this is a small hotel clinic. But Dr. Jae treated me thoroughly and efficiently and I was fully recovered within a week. I’m very grateful and happy about my experience at this clinic. Better than any hospitals I've ever been!

Terrible service. I was told it would take two days to print a prescription that I lost for antibiotics. The lady who answered the phone lacked listening skills. I’d recommend going to another clinic other than this one, they make it seem like they’re busy but it’s a small clinic with no people coming by, at least have the decency to properly explain what you can do for the patient.
