Front desk people were nice, however, this clinic charges $300+ just to be seen without insurance and they didn’t help me at all today. Came in with severe throat pain, swollen/painful lymph nodes that were throbbing like a heartbeat and can barely move my neck around due to the pain from the lymph nodes. My body obviously has an infection, yet doctor refused to write me antibiotics and told me to wait 48 hours until my throat culture results come back. So basically, I’m just supposed to be in miserable pain for the next few days and MAYBE then I’ll get some type of treatment. Was told it’s just allergies, but I know my body and I know it’s more than just allergies. I asked the doctor to please help me with a steroid shot, antibiotics, SOMETHING to help with the symptoms. (But they acted like I’m asking for pain meds) so doctor finally prescribed me lidocaine throat wash, but told him every pharmacy on the island is out of stock for months. (I’ve had persistent sore throat for weeks now, so another doctor tried to prescribe the same but all pharmacies are out of stock) and that’s the only thing he tried to prescribe me during my visit today after asking for some type of relief. Very frustrating to spend that amount of money to literally get zero helped and not be listened to. Now I’m going to have to go to another doctor, pay out hundreds of more $$ just to been seen and hopefully prescribed something that will actually help me feel better. So with all of that said, I do not recommend going here! Avoid at all cost, they’ll just take your $$$ and then let you figure it out on your own.

I had to visit them on Sat. 4/23. I saw Dr. Brandon Luk. From the from desk staff, to the assistants in the exam room, the care was exceptional. Dr. Luk is a skilled professional who was efficient and kind. He explained what needed to be done to help me and called in 3 prescriptions for me. I just received a call from the Urgent Care center (I missed answering it), and they were just checking to see how I was doing and said call if questions or concerns. I have used this Urgent Care center before and find that each time they are always friendly, professional and respectful. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a need for urgent care. Sincere thank you to all who work there!

Didn’t think I’d be making a review for urgent care while visiting the island but here I am.. So, sand decided that it wanted to get into one of my eyes. So random, I know! The longest part of my visit was the paperwork. Once I finished completing with my one eye, the doctor was able to see me within minutes. He was very kind and removed the sand. This would definitely be the best urgent-care experience I’ve had.

i’m visiting hawaii from canada and needed urgent care for my condition. for my first visit i came in and got to see dr. brandon luk. he took time to listen to me and understood my needs. he was very helpful and exceeded my expectations! one of the best doctors i’ve ever seen! fives stars for dr brandon luk. for my second visit i saw Dr. Farzad Pourarian he refused to listen to needs. he was so stern so mean and pretty much told me not to come back in. said this is urgent care and he’s a “sports doctor” so he can’t really help me then he advised i go into emergency room for a refill on my medication. only to get to the emergency room to sit there for 3 hours and was told they don’t refill medication. dr farzad pourarian should not be working at an urgent care like queensland. zero stars for him.

I had a wonderful and pleasant experience at this office. Very kind and wonderful staff from front desk to nurses to doctors. Highly recommend if you are looking for new doctor or just to go urgent care. I went to both and they have really great team. My new PCP Mr. Ryan Erlenbach is very caring and listens. He’s very smart and wants to help. The doctors here help one another out and are a good team ready to get your health better or keep you on track of staying healthy.

I have been to this Clinic twice. "My first visit" the medication that was prescribed provided more illness then cure! Second visit was prescribed the same exact medication after mentioning side affects that I had experienced. Called them to have prescription changed. Receptionist " Dr. Ordered a different medication, will be ready for pick up "! Accidentally paid for that medication assuming Dr's new Ordered prescription. Unfortunately full out of pocket cost. Had to call the receptionist only to order the new prescribed medication again!!! " Ultimately wasted money on a prescription that shouldn't have been prescribed period ", I will never go there again!

Dr. Black diagnoses patients wrongly. He gives antibiotics when no need and misjudges every sickness he encounters. I am unsure how Dr. Black still has a job there. I would not go here.

Just got here I have been here not even 5 min and the vibe and rudeness I recieved from the people checking me in was just cold, the lady in purple was rude and definitely not a people person I am in extreme pain and it hurts like he'll to walk as I twisted my Nklw and knee it's obvious I'm in pain and this lady wouldn't take 5 steps to pick up my paperwork not only that she asked for ID after I sat down for tge third time. And then almost refused to see me because my ID expired 5 days ago. As I'm sitting here the other lady seems to be arguing with a patient. Well I just finished seeing the doctor and I must say he was great Dr Black was very knowledgeable and friendly. He absolutely changed my mind about this place. Dr Black was very kind and knowledgeable, I am happy with the service and advice I received from the doctor. Thank you

Very fast. There was a long line of people waiting, but the people at the front desk processed everyone quickly and efficiently. The doctor was friendly and helpful and listened to my concerns. Overall very good experience and was in and out of the office in about 45 mins.

I'm super frustrated. The rules change every month for the Covid test and retrieving test results is anything but smooth. Since no one there can help, I'm waiting for a call back from a help desk. Plus they charge a fortune. I live here and they charge $175. On the Mainland coming home, it's free with my insurance card.

I went to the Queen’s island urgent care in Kapahulu for an ear infection and my experience with them was great. I went on a Saturday morning and had a pretty short wait time and was able to see a doctor without waiting for a while. He prescribed me some medicine for my ear and I was able to pick it up at the nearby Safeway pharmacy. A few days after my visit, their office called me to check up on how my ear was doing. I told them I have an issue swallowing pills and they were able to prescribe a liquid medicine. Overall a great experience and great service for an urgent care!

My wife took me to this urgent care yesterday after having significant pain in one of my feet and could barely walk. The front desk people were very efficient and pleasant. After a very short wait, we were taken to a back room. The medical assistant was also courteous and efficient. Dr. Black came in, examined me and came up with a plan that covered a couple of probable causes. He started with an X-ray to rule out a fracture. Then he called in some medication, I got a shot, and a special shoe to wear. Dr. Black said if I didn’t feel better by Monday to go to my PCP or come back in. He was very respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. My wife and I have used this urgent care several times over the years and invariably have had the best care each time. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Thank you Dr. Black and staff!

All of the staff were very professional. Dr Black was thorough, competent and empathetic. His discussion with me and his discharge notes/summary were very helpful. I was very happy with how I was treated and will gladly return if I need to.

This place keeps trying to steal from me. They told me how much it was. I paid when I was there. And now they are trying to charge my card more. This place is full of bad people who will steal your money. Oh and some lady came in with really bad burns and they didn't even care to help her. They were SOOOOO mean and rude while people were in distress. DO NOT go here.

Literally saved my life. I had a really bad allergy yesterday and fainted at their front desk. I was able to get helped immediately and regained consciousness before the ambulance arrived. Thank you so much!!!

Was quoted $100 to $300 for a walk in visit just to be seen by a Dr. not including procedure cost. I know a scam when I see one.

To the nurse who checked me in for my appointment on 9/11, thank you for being so kind to me that day. I’ve been really down lately and you personally offering me water and saying bye to me as I left really made my day.

Very happy with the care I received here. Wait time was under 10 minutes. Staff are very friendly and helpful, doctors are great there too. Overall a great place to go if you have a nonemergent illness.

I have high anxiety issues regarding seeing doctors. In fact I avoid doctors. This clinic helped me feel comfortable. The doctor was very friendly and helpful, and I will always visit this clinic for my Urgent care needs. It wasn't busy (there was one person ahead of me) and I was seen in under 15 minutes. *I have to edit. They mislabeled my blood work and now I have to go back in. I work 7 days a week 😑

I had my first ever COVID test in preparation for a hospital procedure. There were two designated COVID testing parking spots. I was seen promptly at my appointment time. While I was a little apprehensive at first, Lesha made the test so incredibly easy. Even though she swabbed back to my nasopharynx, I barely felt it. Lesha's calm and professional demeanor made all the difference.

Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff, from the front desk personnel to the medical staff and physicians. My daughter received excellent care when we had an unexpected issue that arose. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Queen's Island Urgent Care to anyone.

😠 Taviana is rude, not helpful at all! I called to request an appointment stating I was very sick with either COVID or the flu. She said no appointments, walk-ins only. My husband drove me, I walked in, then was told she’d send me a link on my phone to make an appointment. So I brought my sick self to...
