😠 Minute? Try hours. They tell me after waiting over an hour for a simple health screening for work that I can’t be seen because they don’t have the cartridge for the blood sugar test. They can grab a glucose meter for $20 off the shelf! And if you can’t do a screening why let me sign up for it onlin... People often mention clinic, time, hours, wait, results,

Minute? Try hours. They tell me after waiting over an hour for a simple health screening for work that I can’t be seen because they don’t have the cartridge for the blood sugar test. They can grab a glucose meter for $20 off the shelf! And if you can’t do a screening why let me sign up for it online? Why let me check in on site to do it ? This is the second time I’ve wasted my time trying to go to a minute clinic. I will not give them a third try and I will not recommend them to my patients.

Probably the worst service Ive had in my life. Dont let the name minuteclinic deceive you because they will take hours and im talking about 4 hours. Their lunch break lasted a lot longer than they indicate and to justify that they freeze the timers of those waiting. NEVER go here. it would be a lot faster going to the doctors.

The wait times can be horrendously long but nothing compared to the ER. It's also way cheaper. Definitely come here if you have something minor (cold or flu) and can't wait to get in to see your normal doctor. The nurses are very friendly and knowledgeable.

How are you gonna charge TWICE , for a TB Test! $35 to administer the test, then ANOTHER $39 TO READ THE TEST! GREED, GREED. GREED!!!! DISGUSTING, IS WHAT IT IS!!!!

I came in for a cut finger on Thursday night just before 7pm. The clinic is supposed to be open until 7:30pm, but they had already left for the night before 7pm. No notice on the door. Had to ask at the pharmacy. Very disappointed. Not very good business practice. I wasted time going there and trying to find out where the staff was.

Visited this urgent care clinic over a year ago when I couldn’t get an appt with my PCP. I arrived during their lunch hour (1 - 2pm, that photo is mine) so I had to wait. When I was able to be seen the nurse practitioner only recommend that I take Tylenol. I could have done that at home! I’m hesitant to go again 👎☹️

Nurse practitioner Brigitta Tanzer helped me with my DOT physical which ran into her lunch hour. She did not mind at all. Very much appreciated her dedication. Mahalo!

The experience I had with the clinic was great. Got seen in a timely manner, the NP was very knowledgeable. However, I misplaced my work note. I called the clinic, and I got transferred to customer service, which is not even local. She said that in order for me to get another note, I need to go back to the clinic, sign in, wait to be seen and then get it. I asked her if I could speak with the clinic, she said they are unable to contact the clinic. This is very ridiculous. This time I will make sure I don't lose my note.

When I took a family member here for vaccination after I used the link provided by the CDC website to make an appointment I was denied a vaccine for being out if network even when I called CDC they said I should not be denied as it is against federal policies for a provider to deny out of network or people without insurance. After I told the clinic that they told me I was supposed to go to the pharmacy. The pharmacy after having me wait for a long time could not help as they did not have vaccination for the age group. After being jerked around for an hour or two we left without getting vaccinated. It shouldn't be so difficult to get vaccinated if they should follow federal policies.

I wish I could give CVS-Minute Clinic ZERO stars. GROSSLY MISLEADING REGISTRATION WEBSITE for COVID-19 testing states that "the results are provided in 1-2 days". A family member had a test done some 50 hours before having to head to the airport for travel. No results have been posted after 48 hours. Took hours of navigating a circular menu to get a live person to talk with, who stated that the lab releases the results and they have no control over it. Had to rush to the airport and get a test through a different company. Almost missed the flight. Stressful day for everyone. We went through MinuteClinic because of its size and association with CVS and we assumed reliability. Lesson taught, size and incompetence sometimes go together. TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS.

I did the PCR covid test at 1:10pm , Aug 28. but have not received the results so far, after 50hrs, I need the results for international travel, now it is too late and even I receive the results, it is useless.

Save yourself the trip if you need a form filled. The NP turned me away because she didn’t want to deal with the hassle of filling a short pre-employment physical exam form, even with an appointment

Can’t wait to go home and tell my special needs brother that he can be a so called “nurse” at the minute clinic because they clearly hire anyone with a pulse. How is this place real? Where do they find these people? Embarrassment
