😐 Their website say park at the back of the building for a COVID test. They open at 7am. Myself and 1 other lady parked before 630am and were later joined by another person, before 7am. At 710am I got out of my car and walked around to the front of the building to ask if they were doing testing today.... People often mention care, urgent, wait, waiting, call, hour, time, test, hours, front,

Their website say park at the back of the building for a COVID test. They open at 7am. Myself and 1 other lady parked before 630am and were later joined by another person, before 7am. At 710am I got out of my car and walked around to the front of the building to ask if they were doing testing today. That's when I realized you actually needed to go to the front to do the covid paperwork. The three of us would have been first in line if we were not following the instructions online. I walked back to the back of the building to let the others know. By the time we got to the front of the line at the door, we were told we had to wait an hour. I showed up early because I have to go to work. This inaccurate information just messed up my day. I recommend, if you are going to use this place, GO TO THE FRONT!

We went there today, Thursday for my Mom’s work comp injury. We were there at 12:15pm, the doctor didn’t see my Mom till almost 2pm. They should add another doctor to see the urgent care patients, not only 1 provider! Not going back to this urgent care again! Just go to Queens’ Island Urgent Care by Pearl Kai in Aiea 👌🏼

If I could give zero stars I would. People come to urgent care for an urgent matter. Being seen by a doctor alone is not going to solve the issue. For three days I was unable to get my prescription. Due to they’re lack of service. They never pick up phone calls. Not even by the pharmacy reaching out to fix the issue. Then when asked to resend or verbally confirm my prescription they told me they were “too busy”. It is not just your job to see patients it is your job to ensure that their urgent matter is taken care of on your part. Reaching my prescription was your duty as an “urgent” caregiver. I don’t want to imagine how many others with more dire conditions you have let down.

My daughter waited more than 2 hours to get Covid test so she can be seen. She was told 15 minutes to get tested but that didn’t happen. When they came there were 3 people there who all came and went and my daughter who has been waiting 2 hours hasn’t been tested, no vitals, nothing just pure waiting. I called several times and I was told that while I was calling 10 times the lady at the front ignored all the phone call. 2 patients including my daughter left without being seen at this urgent so they can get seen at Queens Medical Island Urgent Care ,where they were seen in less than an hour from the moment they checked in. Horrible, horrible place. Do not come here. Go to Queens island urgent care down the road!

My daughter was in a bad car accident and Dr. Sara Davis apparently cut my daughter off when she was explaining what happened and belittled her. Just because the door is closed and no one else is in the room doesn't mean that others won't find out what kind of poor treatment minority patients receive here. We will never. I mean never come back to this urgent. How unprofessional and unsympathetic can you be Sara Davis? We will not be recommending this urgent care to our family and friends.

HORRIBLE WAITING TIME GUYS. Seriously u can literally die waiting. Staff is nice but not nice enough to risk your life waiting past few hours. Longer wait than the ER. I recommend u just going there instead . Been here since 7 and it’s 9:24 still waiting. Haven’t seen anyone coming out to see anyone at their car yet🤦🏻‍♀️

By far the best Urgent Care I’ve ever been to. Went on a federal holiday: checked in at 3:10 pm and was out by 3:43 pm. Staff was professional, kind, and quick with their intake with virtual client form and physical patient info check-in slip. Reviewed medications and vitals flawlessly, took a urine sample, and were quick to provide the results in-house. They asked my preferred pharmacy and off I went to go pick it up. After having debilitating pain starting Friday night until my visit Monday afternoon, it was a breath of fresh air to get a treatment plan in a matter of 30 minutes. Thank you for providing such efficient care.

Took my son in with cold symptoms easy check in. They sent me a text to register and I took a photo of my ID and insurance card uploaded it and signed it. I did need to fill out symptom form front l/back with pen for my son. After we went back home to wait. Which was convienient for us since we lived near by. We got notified by text that we were going to be called next. As we pulled into the parking lot we got a phone call that my son would be seen next in room 2 we went strait in to room & was seen by a nurse to take vitals. Then they asked symptoms and did testing for his symptoms we waited about 15 minutes. Then doctor came in examined my son and went over the test results. Then Doctor provided summary of visit & wn exscuse note for school. Before leaving another nurse double checked my sons heart rate and oxygen level. Wen I got home I was confused about some of the results that was on the visit summary. Doctor was able to return my call and clear up any questions I had regaurding my sons diagn Over all as a parent I was satisfied with my sins check up and my son had no complaints about his exam or waiting time.

I thought this place was quick and efficient! We are on vacation and my son came down with a double ear infection. We got there and checked in and they gave us a time to come back. So we were able to get lunch and come back. They were fairly close to the time they gave us. But like anything medical, it's not easy to predict how long each patient will take. We got in and they were very respectful and quick. They kept us informed and we were in and out quick. The scrips were called in before we left. They were great and I would definitely go back if I had to.

Went to get a back to work covid test at 8 in the morning waited till 930 and got the test. Was told they would call me with the results which were from a rapid test (15 minutes). They don't answer the phone or call back messages. 645pm still no call or results. Can't go back to work tomorrow.

Horrible customer service, horrible waiting for 3 freaking hours. It's been an hour after we checked in, then we received a call for 1 hour later paying the COVID-19 test, and another waiting hour. Omg! They seem like they're making people to wait in their car at the parking lot for freaking hours. Their sign says "Urgent Care Hawaii where amazing healthcare happens." It's not an amazing healthcare, but bad service, unprofessional, long waiting. They should have tell us in the first place how long the wait will be so we don't have time to wait for hours.

Everyone was caring and courteous, from the front desk, to the nurse and doctor. The wait was far shorter than other urgent cares around the area (called several to see wait times before coming in). My daughter was seen promptly, and my concerns were taken seriously. My daughter is happier and healthier thanks to Dr. Davis and her team. We are so grateful for you.

Walked in to the Pearl City urgent care straight from my work place. Honestly waited for over two hours before having any contact with nurses or staff. While my hand was throbbing in pain. Would NOT recommend this facility !

The staff were thorough and successful in dealing with all of my concerns. One star off for wait time. I pre-registered and checked in upon arrival and still waited over an hour to be seen.

Wait time was kind of long but reasonable for an urgent care facility. Staff was very courteous and professional. Dr. Davis was very knowledgeable and explained the situation very well.

Doctor Davis was very caring and explained things clearly with me. I didn't have to wait long. In fact the staff is very friendly and caring. Thank you to all who helped me.

Check in and wait time was about 10min. Front desk staff was very friendly as well as the medical assistant Justine. Dr. Anne was very attentive and listened to my concern, provided medicine as needed. My husband and I was very satisfied with the service and care that was given. Thank you!

Overall friendly service and using the online check-in made me get in and out of there within the hour. However, I was disappointed when I said I wanted my prescription sent to one location, but they sent it to another even when they asked me again what pharmacy I wanted to pick it up yet. This made me delay getting my prescription. Moreover, if you call their number, it goes straight to voicemail and no one calls back. I tried calling about setting up my online health portal and no one from this center has gotten back to me. I assume they are busy, but these little mistakes and lack of follow-up makes me not fully satisfied with my experience.

I give this care a 3 star rate because yes they are open on Sunday’s thankful the only downside is they take forever to get to or get stuff done.I get it they take care of other people but I know it doesn’t take that long I came here @12pm left around 3pm.And mind you don’t forget it’s on a Sunday….A SUNDAY!!

We have Tricare and my son’s PCM gave us a list of places that we could go- I chose this location completely at random and I’m so glad I did. Reception was kind and efficient. My son was seen quickly. The doctor was very caring, not rushed, and explained our care options in detail. I will return to this location if we need urgent care again. It’s not as close to our house as other spots, but it’s worth the drive.

Went here on Monday in the morning 45 minutes after they opened for flu like symptoms, checked in and waited in my car for someone to call me, no one called or checked in on me after 2 hours and most patients that we're here in morning had already been seen and left. Then, I had to go in and ask if I should come back. They agreed and said they will call me back. I told them ill rest and and be there at a certain hour. Came back and still had to wait for more than 30 minutes. I just drove off and will not come back to this urgent care.

Got off a plane and needed help because i was misdiagnosed by another UC in Ewa the week before. Took me in even though they were closing. Staff was a little new but kind. Dr was experienced and knowledgeable and listened. They stayed an hour after closure to finish helping me. Much better experience than at straub.

Awesome service, don’t believe the hype about how bad it is. Just left the place everything went smoothly. Of course they’ll be times when people make mistakes but no ones perfect in any place of work.. Aloha n have great day🤙

Horrible experience.. do not go here they will not get back to if you need paper work signed for work.. they take there time and don’t call you back.. you have to call everyday to remind them of what you need and they just tell you, oh yeah it’ll be done tomorrow.. it’s been 3 days and I’m still waiting on half a sheet of paper to be filled out by the doctor, it would literally take 2 minutes to fill out fricken ridiculous.. not going back ever and you shouldn’t either save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else..

Staff was kind and helpful. Told me 45 min wait was seen in about 30 mins. Requested to be seen by MD and the Dr was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. For a tourist they were great. They are however very limited on services so if you need beging the basics, you will have to travel far.

You get there early before everyone and park in the designated COVID testing spot like it says yet people who came after you get their test done first. Been waiting for 2 hours now and seen at least 4 people who came after me get tested right in front my eyes and only me and aunty parked to my right actually followed instructions on the website.

The whole staff is absolutely wonderful here!! Something I was told by my primary doctor could take up to 4 months to correct was able to be corrected in a couple hours. Very thankful and grateful for the care I received that made me feel 1000% better walking out the door. Everything was explained step by step. Highly recommend, don’t hesitate going here if needed.

When the receptionist went in the back to ask if they could help me, one of the ladies in the back started laughing so loud I could hear her from the front. Very unprofessional and lack of empathy for someone being in the medical field. Definitely don’t come here unless you don’t mind being made fun of by ignorant staff members. Dr. Carr and his assistant were nice.

Worst experience front desk never answers repeatedly hung up the phone and when she finally answered about an hour later she hangs up again then answers the call with my first name as if she watched me call the entire time…. Then proceeds to give me attitude and argue with me on the phone how professional !!!!! Won’t give u YOUR own medical records from their clinic and made every excuse in the book how it can’t be provided mind you I’ve gotten copies at this exact location before… the medical records from their clinic for a clinic they recommended but can’t transfer the medical record to…. Made zero sense ….never coming back to this location worst patient care I’ve ever received disgusting clinic!!!! If I could give zero stars I would

Had the normal wait of waiting an hour to even get a phone call. Then waited 15 minutes to do the covid test. Waited again for over an hour and 30 mins after they took vitals. No one checked in, gave water, or anything after waiting this long. I could’ve at least tried to recover better lying in bed then waiting here. Urgent care isn’t very urgent. Should take that part out of their name. Waste of 3 hours

I'm writing this review because people typically only write reviews when they have a bad experience or are just having a hard time. Please keep in mind that medical care is hard to get and urgent care has a lot on their plate since covid came. So I'm going to share my experience. I know the longer i wait to go in, the longer my wait will be. I was 2nd at the door today first into treatment. Which I feel was justified being the first patient to actually show up and a guy in his car knowing many people were waiting hurried and tried to get in before everyone else. Pretty rude if you ask me. Anyway...I was there less than an hour total. Same for the last time I went in for a covid test. No pharmacy troubles. No care troubles. Nothing. The staff was friendly and patient and your attitude and timing makes all the difference. If it's really an emergency I'dsay go to an E.R. elsewise show up here early and you'll be fine. Don't forget to have aloha.

😠 Let me preface this review by saying that I actively avoid seeking medical care. I had medical trauma in my mid-20s so I have a lot of anxiety in medical facilities. If I show up to get treatment from a medical professional, it is typically to appease a concerned loved one or I can no longer manage...
