Great vibes, but super crowded during afternoon. I'm so upset over the fact that I paid $100 to have multiple trainers cancel on me before finding one that told me he was quitting 3 days into our training sessions.

Awesome gym to come to! Located only 10 minutes away from Hickam A.F.B. & 5 minutes away from Pearl Harbor! Friendly & helpful staff, plenty of equipment for beginners & advance gym enthusiasts. Awesome view of Ford Island, awesome view of people in general. They keep it clean and sanitary which is a big plus for me & my family. Great energy to feed from, you'll just have to come check it out yourself!

Don't go to the gym the owners are very authoritarian and they like to violate people's civil rights

Can get busy at times but good spot to workout.

Love it because it's a great mixture of the old school gym and people putting in that work with dbs up to 200lbs. Plus you add the modern accessories and equipment. Trainers are amazing and truly an Ohana feel when you are in there for the beginners to more advance competitors. Then even taking it a step further now even providing Alkaline Water to drink for free. You can't beat it and not to mention sooo affordable.

it's a small gym, that can get busy during peak hours, but it is comfortable and clean. A good assortment of machines and weights so even if your first choice is being used, you'll be able to find something else to do your workout. Friendly staff.

Apparently I froze my membership due the new rules of being vaccinated and so Apparently they been charging my account when it was suppose to be frozen. And I clearly called them twice to put it on hold and still nothing they said I didn't call and tell them now they are taking money from my account and when I told them I wanna cancel my membership they said there's another fee and the other guy said there's no fee like which one is it they are clearly not being strai! ght up with me which is making me frustrated! They are not doing their job when I call in. Them blame me that I didn't call in to tell them but when I call to check they said they did and noted it down🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Gym is decent and you can work out 24 hours I go here and my hubs cardio in from back weights and machines bring your own luck for locker there us a water fountain . Shower area and can dry hair too. Decent small simple gym I like it

Not to many ridiculous people but rather chill people that many can vibe with. Great family environment. Day care for the people who need, like my sisters which is cool! 🤙🏼 great equipment overall could be a bit more robust but it's cool. Steam room for the healthiess👌 no sauna though. Clean showers for sure all day bruh! Highly recommended overall if your not too needy for more robust classes and fancier equipment like some gyms.

Everything you need if you're a serious fitness enthusiast. Although this gym may be "smaller" than similar gyms you'd frequent on the mainland, it packs a punch with a diverse selection of equipment at a reasonable price.
