    I like it a lot! I go almost everyday! They have Hot Pilates and also Hot Yoga class. It’s not only help me to build up my muscles or lose weight but also make my body more flexible and body circulation better. Really recommended!

    The BEST yoga practice I’ve ever experienced. Catherine’s studios cultivate the feeling of belonging and family synergy that welcomes everyone. There’s nothing Superficial about the studio. It fulfills it’s purpose by making sure yogis have an amazing practice. Other studios my be bigger with more bells and whistles. But you won’t leave feeling like you’re just another dollar practicing yoga. Your yoga practice will significantly improve in the shortest amount of time, because of the nurturing and inviting instruction from TOP NOTCH professional yoga instructors.

    Really impressed with this studio! My first ever “virtual” experience and the entire set up was on point! Great communication, comfortable atmosphere and genuinely caring owner/operator! Highly recommend and I will definitely be back! Thank you!!

    I purchased a 1 week visitor package which included a mat while in Honolulu. The studio is cozy, heat and humidity well controlled and staff was super helpful and friendly. Owner Katherine is so professional and welcoming. I really enjoyed practising at this studio and look forward to practising here again. All regular students seem to have discipline and are serious about their practise. I highly recommend taking a class at Hot Yoga Waikiki.

    Simply the best. Nice, clean, perfect sized studio with easy parking on site or on street. Lots of choices for classes. Studio is big enough to feel a sense of community but small enough to get personal attention specific to your practice. Katherine is passionate about yoga and wants the best experience for everyone. Would write more but just believe this studio is a godsend

    I am so glad I found Catherine’s studio! Hot yoga has changed so much of my life! I love the community, the class hours are so flexible for my lifestyle and I have never felt this good physically in my life! If you’re in Waikiki take a class!

    Convenient location, convenient class times, clean, efficient, no fuss. Great place to get in, get your practice on, and get out. Staff and other practitioners are extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend

    Catherine΅studio is one of a kind experience in terms of Hot Yoga. It has everything any yoga addict is looking for. It is also a great place for beginners to start their adventure in Hot Yoga or just enjoy a new experience as a visitor. It is clean, organised, and welcoming. Only master teachers from all around the world will teach you here. There are cameras strategically placed in the room. This allows the teacher to precisely see your postures and correct you if needed. I am always amazed at how the teacher can see even a slight error in my postures. The big bonus is the 5am class which allows you to practice every day if working a 9-5. The app used for booking a class makes it easy to reserve your spot or cancel a class. I have never felt in a better shape thanks to the amazing and hard worker owner of this studio. Catherine, you are simply the best!

    Excellent hot yoga studio centrally located in town. Lots of classes to accommodate everyone’s individual schedules. The variety of classes offered and the excellent instructors makes this studio my favorite! If you’re looking for a studio to join I highly reccomended HYPE/ Hot Yoga Waikiki!! Also shout out to Lisa! She’s amazing and keeps you motivated to keep coming back!

    Hot yoga is on point ! Great instructors and community here . Pilates is super hard and you feel accomplished afterwards.

    A beautiful studio with glass walls giving lovely green views. Short walk to heart of Waikiki. Catherine was great enthusiastic teacher. All Namaste Aloha style.
