I should have read the reviews before scheduling a massage here. Worst experience ever from a very tired young lady who didn’t have the strength nor desire to do her job. The treatment package was a joke with her facial treatment consisting of a mask that left my face dripping wet with no actual massage or even towel to wipe it clean. The foot treatment also involved almost no massage. The 70 minute full body massage skipped my middle back and shoulders completely while barely touching the neck or head. Combined with the fact the actual massage area with its blinding lights in your face resemble an interrogation or operating room more than a peaceful calming space for massage, and this place sets a record for me as the worst ever by a mile. My complaints afterwards were responded with an immediate 20% discount and an explanation making it clear the establishment was aware their employee giving me the massage was tired from a long day of work and studies and blamed building management for the bright lights rather than their own ineptness at remedying an easily resolved situation. Avoid this place. There are far too many better places for a quality massage in Honolulu at these prices

Wow, I had a Massage from a therapist named Phone and she was amazing! Phone was so good I had to go back and get a second massage before heading back home. A great combination of deep tissue therapy, walking on my back and making sure I was loose all over by stretching me out. Phone was definitely listening when I told her about my trouble spots. Thank you so much! : ) I’ll definitely be back next time over!! 😊 Dennis was also really helpful on the front desk! 😎

I have visited this massage business on two occasions and experienced two different massage styles. The first one involved the use of oil, and the therapists were thoughtful enough to clean off the excess oil with a wet towel at the end of the session. The second massage was with the owner, Dennis, who tailored the massage to my specific needs and executed it with expert precision. In addition to being a skilled massage therapist, Dennis also left a very positive impression on me with his kind and helpful demeanor. He even provided my wife with some helpful advice for her own concerns. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the level of care and professionalism at this massage center.

My message therapist was great. She was really detailed to all my problem areas, but the receptionist was precisely wanting me to tip more. I paid for two $150.00 services and wanted to tip 20 dollars each. The receptionist thought it was appropriate to ask for more money. Very unprofessional and inappropriate. I won't recommend this business, I'm sure there's several other professionals message businesses that won't dig into your pockets for more tip money! Also, the young guy doing my friend message was very lazy and she didn't enjoy her services. Please go elsewhere!!!

I recently visited this establishment for a quick 15-minute massage, and it exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, our experience here was outstanding. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised that they could accommodate both of us in the same room, which added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. We opted for the 15-minute massages due to time constraints, but we were genuinely blown away. In fact, they were the best massages we've ever had. The skill and expertise of the therapists were evident, even in such a short session. The staff deserves special mention for their exceptional hospitality. They were super friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit, making us feel right at home. The ambiance of the place is perfect for relaxation. It's incredibly quiet, creating a serene atmosphere that allows you to unwind completely. You can't help but leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. While we were pressed for time on this visit, we both agreed that if circumstances allowed, we would have certainly indulged in the full-hour service. We'll be eagerly looking forward to our next visit, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking relaxation and quality service.

I went in for a facial, it was so amazing and so relaxing. The lady I had was super nice and did a wonderful job and made sure I was comfortable. I do have sensitive skin and all their products that she used didn’t make my skin flare up. Had an absolutely wonderful experience!

Phon was professional, kind and found the trigger points throughout my body. She was sensitive to the painful areas too. The time flew by. The tea was a great extra. I’ve had thousands of massages. This one is at the top. Mahalo

I don’t agree with the negative reviews, this place is amazing! Convenient location, very clean and friendly staff. My husband and I had a couples massage with Toko and Wendell and they were both so good! The experience was one of the best ones we’ve had! Glad I didn’t let the bad reviews influence my decision. Will definitely come back the next time we visit!

We walked into the parlor Tuesday evening and scheduled a couples massage for Wednesday AM. She showed up Wednesday 5 minutes early and they didn't have our reservation. Very disappointing. No concessions were offered for a rebooking. We will take our business elsewhere.

If you're looking for a great deep tissue massage, I highly recommend TOKO. She worked at the muscle knots consistently and did not miss a single area. I've had so many massages from different places and her accuracy and strength was by far the best. If you experience chronic pain from myofascial trigger points, give TOKO a try.

Toko did such phenomenal work! She was very intuitive & cued into my body's responses as she worked in the various areas. Her use of the hot stones was also a very healing experience for me.

I just walked by. I liked the different massager options from as a quick as 15 minutes. I was a walk in client and within ten minutes or less I was getting a massage by Matt. I didn’t know what to expect but WOW, this spontaneous decision was worth it. I felt so relaxed after. Lots of oil and lots of warm towels and the right amount of pressure. I think I only give 4 stars because you will definitely hear the noise outside and because the walls are just curtains. But the massage itself 5/5.

We came in late on the day we flew into Waikiki to inquire about massage appointments for our party of 4. I understand it can be hard to fit in 4 people for same day appointments, and even next day appointments. So we agreed to 11:30 am slots 2 days from then. The guy at the reception had us fill out paper slips with our names and everything… but then something odd happened. Where he had originally told us a 50% deposit would be required, and we’re pulling out our cards to pay, he then tells us ‘oh you’re all set, you don’t need to pay a deposit’. So we retire back to our hotel…cause you know, we’re bone tired from a dozen hours of flight travel. True to OUR word, we show up for our 11:30 am appointment. That’s when the receptionist tells us there’s no appointment booked in the system. We’re like yes we did book appointments, filled out little paper slips and everything. She then rifles through a pile of these paper slips that are off to the side and true enough, she finds the 4 slips that we had filled out. When we describe the man who had taken our reservation 2 days prior, we find out that he’s the owner. So this behavior is coming from the top folks. The irony is that as we walked out of his shop that night, we suspected he might do something like this! And it’s exactly what he did lol. When you’re a POC, you become attuned to these things. He should have gotten rid of our appointment slips though, so there would be less evidence of his bigotry 🙄. Like, why the duplicity? Why waste our time? Reading some of these other reviews after the fact, this man claims to be going for this ‘soothing vibe’. Well, this ain’t it. The vibe was off from the get go. It was this weird, manufactured, fake Zen vibe. That’s some fake Aloha when you’re treating patrons like this. Partition your space better with enclosed spaces if you’re worried about protecting the people getting massages from excess noise. POC, please patron elsewhere. There are plenty of wonderful massage shops in Waikiki. We ended up being accommodated with wonderful massages by Lana Kohola Massage on Royal Hawaiian Ave after this man wasted our time.

Horrible horrible customer service. Front desk is the worst . Very shoddy explanations of their services. Poor signage asking people to be quiet. One sign only completely below eye level and none on the doors before you enter. Really they should close down.

The 60 min shiatsu massage was wonderful. Wendal worked very hard. He poured his soul into the massage. They offer deep tissue for what ever specific area, but Be very specific and emphatic if you only want certain areas massaged. I really needed my lower back, neck and shoulders done. But his routine is more full body. So after doing my back, arms, legs and feet too I had to remind him of my neck and shoulders. He only had 5 mins left. A few streathches with a hot towel left me aggravated. But when I payed and explained that my neck and shoulders really needed more. He put me in a massage chair and worked on it for another 5. He did a fantastic job then, and I left a happy camper.

I went here for a soreness in my shoulder felt great when I left went back to have a message on my neck and she was really rough. Inwas in pain when I left and had to see a specialist when I got home. It didn’t help ever since march there is a pain in my neck that has not gone away. Orthopedic doc says my neck was irritated with the message I now have a degenerated irritated disc in my neck Be careful. I wish I had read the reviews on this place before I went. Stay away from here.

I had the “Treat Yourself” package which includes a 70 minute massage. Matt was amazing!! He worked on my sciatic issue so well that I was as actually able to stand up straight without pain afterwards for the first time in weeks. I will most definitely return and highly recommend!!!

My massage therapist was Toko. This was the best massage I've ever had. She got every knot and area that post therapists had neglected, nor did she hit a bone once. She fixed so much within 30 min. I also enjoyed the massage table with the cooling pad around the face, and the heating pad on the rest of the table.

We did a couples massage and had a wonderful experience. Price was great and the staff was professional.

Decided to visit Shiatsu & Massage Center while on vacation and it’s the best massage I’ve had in years! I received a Swedish massage from Matt and his hands are magic. Perfect pressure the entire time and super relaxing. Definitely worth a visit and ask for Matt.

I went to get a deep tissue and reflexology massage with Wendell Hermano on 3.12.2020. He had a great handshake, was personable and trusting. He gave one of the best massages I've had in 10 years. He was attentive and extremely intuitive with massaging the muscles that needed extra attention. He listened to my needs and met them all. (Not a lot of therapists actually listen to what I want. They usually do what they want). I've been massaging for 11 years now. I'm extremely picky about techniques and pressure... he just did absolutely amazing. I wish I lived here. I would see him once a week.

My wife and I had two massages while on vacation both with Wendell and Toko and they were fantastic didn’t want to get off the table when done felt great! The first one we did a package deal which include deep massage, hot stones, and a facial and our second was a 75 minute massage and as I stated above absolutely fantastic. If you are in need of massages in Oahu then this is the go to place!

I've gotten a ton of massages over the years. There was no consistency in the massage. The lady ended up hurting me more then she did help. They also put my friend and I in the same room for our massage, which was strange because we didn't ask for that. Nor was it a couples massage. Would not recommend

Went in for a couples massage after a hike. (Rating by a LMT) Pros: clean, relaxing atmosphere, my husband had a male therapist who he said was absolutely great. I had a female therapist, she was a bit light on pressure but listened well to my needs. Cons: it’s a bit of a massage envy, lacks the personal experience of a better quality spa. There aren’t any walls just curtains, which is a bit odd since I could hear the man in the next “room” But overall I think they did a great job.
