Expect 2 pay the price! Before buying any of their equipment. Check online 1st. I did n saved hundreds!! I ordered the same exact machine from the mainland priced @ $499 + shipping a lil under $100 versus $1049. I still saved alot. I love 2 support local establishment but not if I can save that much!!!

They are selling gym equipment with good prices. I think you will pay $15/20 extra from the official websites but you gotta think too that they bring it here. Rogue, titan fitness, torque, American barbell they do not delivery here and if they do like torque(depens what you order) they will charge you like $1900. Thanks total fitness to help me to keep my work outs during this covid19 days.

Huge selection of high quality fitness equipment at reasonable prices. I've purchased a bunch of Rogue Fitness equipment to add to my home gym and they beat buying direct (because shipping is so expensive). Can be difficult to get what you want for popular items due to what TF gets in their containers. Keep up to date on their website and see what is coming in. Purchase online and they'll send you an email when it's ready for pickup. Parking is limited to a few spots but usually isn't an issue. Pickup could have a better organized system when there is a bunch of people waiting but it's not too bad if you go before lunch.

Salesperson (Jim) was rude & condescending. Jim managed to talk me right out of the store. Asked to speak with the owner about my experience, did not receive a call back. I’ll spend my money elsewhere… They carry really nice & unique equipment.

A bit pricey but they have everything you need to get started. The staff is super helpful and if they don't have it... They can get it! Purchase my PRX rack and storage.

Very irritated that I am a hundred miles away from these guys and it takes them three weeks to get a few in stock items to me. Not to mention I have spent over 50 thousand dollars with these guys over the years and get treated like a stranger every time I deal with them. Not happy

I was looking for Titan Fitness Linebacker Attachment V2 which has been out of stock at Titan Fitness website for a while. I came across Total Fitness USA through google search. I decided to give them a try. Initially I was having some issue with ordering it online so I sent an email. Rose Delacruz emailed me back promptly, asking if we could talk on the phone. She was a thorough professional on the phone and was extremely helpful. Within a matter of minutes, she was able to help and figure out how to get the product to me. I appreciated the fact that she went through different shipping options with me instead of trying to push for the most expensive shipping option. The product arrived exactly on time as promised. It is a brand new piece of equipment, unblemished, in its original packing and I could not be happier with the customer service. Shout out to Rose Delacruz for an excellent job!

Awesome! I emailed them about one of my powerblock pieces breaking and they got back to me the same day and I was able to get a replacement. Can't say more about their customer service, I doesn't get any better. I would highly recommend them and will be coming back for any of my fitness needs!
